Ulta Beauty

On 12/19/16 I went to Ulta Beauty in South Gate Ca.
Alazea plaza after waiting over 20 min in line to pay- only one cashier available at 1:40 pm. The cashier rang me up 3 times ( maybe she was new)?
so another wait of 10 minutes, finally she calls 3 other employees for a mistake on the cash register. Finally she calls the manager Carla Butler / Southgate office and I try to tell her that I'm on a work lunch break and would like to cancel my transaction since it's been over a 30 minute wait just to correct the cashiers mistake. I had given the cashier $140.00 dollars and the remaining would be on my card. The Manager ignored me and grabbed the money out of my hand and yelled " NO" I was bewildered at her rude and unprofessional attitude and kept on asking for her to return my money she went on to ignore me until she aggressively said "YOU CAN'T ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANT" I stated that I needed her name and her attitude was beyond bad for a manager. She said" well whatever" finally the line became so long she was pressured into letting other people go ahead of me. I was ready to call the police when she came back with my money. Needless to say after waiting for such a long time be treated so horribly I walked out with nothing but a very sour taste in my mouth. To be honest I feared for my safety with her aggressive attitude. I hope you can assist in the matter and call her out on her poor and belligerent managerial skills. The cashier who helped me did not know how to ring up products with money and debit card.
I left over $300.00 worth of my products due to her inaptitude .
