Ulta Beauty harassment

The new salon manager is so unprofessional her name is Andrea and has not one ounce of talent. Her favorite pass time is talking about other stylists behind there backs.
SHE over charges all her clients and is so inappropriate in everything that comes out of her mouth. I have worked at the salon for over 8 years now because she is jealous of me and my clientel I am being threatened and on the verge of losing my job. I am not going to take this lying down I will fight with everything I have.

First of all Andrea this was written over a month ago I have let it go you are the one who is obviously so bitter that you have to pretend to be somebody else to comment on these boards. nobody cares what you have to say obviously this was written about you again you don't have the courage to come out and defend yourself against me yes this is faith who the hell are you. Again it just goes to show the character of the person you are now I see why your son refuses to live with you that's pretty bad when he picks an abuser over his own mother although if it came out of your mouth that was probably a lie too and how's the breast cancer going has the diagnosis changed again lol get over yourself this will be the last breath I ever waste saying your name so Andrea hope you have an absolutely miserable life which I'm sure being the person you are you will.

The truth hurts stop pretending to be an employee that works with Andrea nobody that works with her would speak so highly of her get over it. she is not a wonderful person she is a horrible stylist and even worst teacher and overall two faced liar. Just the fact that you have to pretend to be someone else to comment on this shows what a weak person you are.if you're mouth is moving you're spewing lies.

Who gets let go and then has the time to write a review on there boss. Bitter much? No one reads this crap anyway. Its funny how I even came upon this review. If writing about someone makes you feel better about your self keep typing. If your so happy with your current job why dwell on the past? Get over it. All bitter words. Andrea is so talented and great. Dont believe the words on this upset and bitter past employee. God bless.

I personally work with Andrea at the Plymouth Meeting store and was completely shocked at this review. Not only is she so sweet and professional but an amazing stylist and teacher. She is a team player and loves all her girls at the salon. There has one been one person that has been let go since Andrea has been the manager. And Andrea did not fire her. She... the person who wrote this review is ovbiously very hurt and feels like getting back at Andrea. But there are consequences to all actions and when you steal from the salon and store you will be let go. The Plymouth Meeting salon is a great place to work. Hopefully the false statements of F above will be ignored :)

Ulta Beauty terrible customer service

Ulta makes it impossible to reach them to get my money back. They shipped me less than half of my over 200 dollar order. When I called to resolve the issue they told me. (after 3 calls and 2 supervisors) that they could not help me because a "corporate policy" limits refunds to 65 dollars. I tried to reach corporate offices and was routed to a voicemail box. they never responded to my messages or to the contacts I left on the website "contact us" link. At this point I still have not gotten my money back from them and they have still not responded. The only help the customer care supervisor offered was for me to contact my bank and dispute the charges. I didn't do anything wrong and my bank didn't do anything wrong. Ulta made a mistake and didn't ship my order. They are not taking any responsibility or making any attempt to stand behind their service. I am very upset and will never shop with them again and encourage others to avoid them as well.

Ulta Beauty rude staff and inappropriate attitude

I received the coupon to the Ulta 3 salon. I was disappointed in the services and attitude. At the beginning, the manager spoke with me in polite manner and was really helpful, but after she heard that I had the coupon, she started to behave like an idiot. She wasn’t friendly and polite any more. Stay away from these horrible people and post comments about your stuff with them. I won’t advise this place to other people.

Ulta Beauty employment

I was hired as a part time employee, during the interview I explained how I had a full time job and I was only looking to work between 15-20 hours a week. I explained how my full time was priority and that the scheduling would be based on what I was scheduled there. The manager, Steven Martinez, said that it would be no problem at all. My first week I was scheduled only for the orientation and cashier training. I had to be out for a medical procedure the following week. The week after I was scheduled 32 hours and though I told him I could only work no more than 20, I agreed to work what he had scheduled me. That weekend I was asked to stay later at my other job which I called and notified them of this ahead of time. They said it was fine. The following week, I began to be sick, which resulted in my going to the doctor. I explained to Steven that my doctor said I needed to cut back on the amount of hours I was working and that overworking my body was affecting me. He said it was and it wouldn't be a problem at all. The following week, I called to find out what days I would be scheduled and he said that he have me the week off to get better, I said ok and we agreed to check back the following week. I called at the beginning of the following week and he said that he needed someone that would dedicate 100% of their time to the company and that he hadn't scheduled because he didn't know that I could dedicate my time. I explained that my full time job was never a secret as I was hired for part time only. He said that he doesn't see a way of working things out anymore and then I asked him what exactly was he saying, was he firing me and he responded yes. I said ok, stunned, and I hung up. How unfair was that?

I just quit my job today after 4 years of loyal service. I devoted 150% of my time to Ulta and never complained. The last few months ago changed with in my store. They literally fired the entire management team including the DM. I thought things would be better for me and in the beginning they were. I was even promised higher wages and to be trained for a manager position but I quickly found out that was a lie. Our new GM literally hired all her friends or past employees she used to work with at her previous positions and gave them more hours than me. They also paid them much higher wages than me. And also gave manager positions to people with no experience other than they were friends with the GM and DM. They also had me training people that basically took my position. I couldn't take the favoritism any longer so I said I'm done with this company and walked out. This company is corrupt and they don't care about they're employees at all. I will never work for them again

Ulta Beauty over booked & mismanaged

Re: Ulta in Denton, TexasMay 10, 2014 was Prom for Ryan High School in Denton Texas. I booked appointments for hair & makeup 3 weeks ahead of the prom. 2 weeks before the hair stylist, Chantal, called & said it was her brother's graduation night but she would book with an alternate stylist and text me the details. I encouraged her to alternately book us as family is always first. I told her to move us to earlier rather than later as we live so far away. However, I never heard back from Chantal. So, on the next Saturday morning, 1 week before prom, I went into the store to confirm appointments. I was told my daughter's appointment was moved to Margaret (the mgr) and confirmation would be texted to me. NO text received. I called on Wednesday, 3 days before prom, to confirm and was indeed confirmed for 3:30 with Margaret. We arrived for our appointment at 3:25. Margaret was just beginning another girl's hair, the makeup artist (Bailey) was two girls deep. I asked it they were going to get to my daughter in time for us to get home and dress as we live out in the county. Margaret said "Well, we ARE under staffed". Well hells bells - no kidding. We ended up leaving. I drove right down the street to Great Clips at Oak Tree. I told the ladies there what happened and those women had a plan in place in about 15 minutes and my daughter in a chair in another 10. I ran up the street and bought makeup brushes & some products (from Walmart) and we left an hour later with my daughter looking amazing. She looked like a goddess. I'd send you some pictures to see, but Ulta will never see her, or my $$, again. Ever. BTW - I spend about $200 every two months on products for my family. Say good-bye to that!

You need a new manager in that beauty salon. GREAT CLIPS saved prom night, and thus Ulta's bacon. You should send them a Thank You card for bailing you out... because I'd be calling my lawyer on Monday morning if prom had been ruined after all I'd invested in it.My new mission for the coming weeks is to cross-post this story everywhere that I can find a blog to do so. The Ulta-Denton Texas store beauty salon is terribly unprofessional. The unsuspecting need to know!

Ulta Beauty discrimination and defamation of character

While shopping at Ulta Beauty, my daughter and I were consistently followed by an employer (Nate Krieger), after having received assistance by another consultant. When confronted, he told me that he was just "doing his job" by monitoring the "front" of the store. I began to tell him how uncomfortable it made my daughter and I feel to think that we were there to steal, asking him to stop. I gave him the one boxed item I had in my hand, telling him to place tat the front until I was ready to check out. The problem I have is that he approached us at the back of the store following us throughout the entire store along with another employee. From shampoo to the blow dryers. I deliberately went to different sections to see if they would take the bait and they did. With each area I visited, I snapped a photo with my phone.
Prior to checking out, I walked up to (Nate) to shake his hand, asked his name, and to let him know that I was checking out. He stated, "I'll be happy to check you out!" Upon checking out he turn around to get a sample from a cabinet located behind him to give us a perfume sample (1) saying, " I just wanted to give you something, just because." Further humiliated, I paid for my item and left the store.
My daughter and I satin my car for about 20 minutes before leaving talking about the whole experience. Not happy, I stated to her that I would file a complaint and possibly a law suit against the company for unfair treatment. Thus, I am doing today.
We have never been so humiliated in my life as this is a city that my daughter attends school and Work nearby. I feel that I work very hard for my money and should not be limited to where I go and shop because of the color of my skin!
I would like to see this matter resolved in less than 60days. I have also taken the liberty in reporting to the BBB and Attorney General.
Seeking to settle out of court claim for discrimination against my race and defamation of character. Over $10, 000.

Ulta Beauty unprofessional

I was disappointed with the attitude of the cashier kisha when I approached her to ask about a styling tool that was put on hold for me. I live in ms and when the store there didn't have the product the manager contacted the mobile store and one was put on hold for me after driving an hour to get there and I asked about it she said she didn't know about it but another lady found it and when I got ready to check out I asked about a coupon that I was sent via phone and she acted like she didn't have time to help me or it was the wrong one, I told her not to worry about it I felt like I was being rushed I will never visit this store nor would I recommend this locayion

Ulta Beauty fraudulent charges

I tried to order two items from Ulta.com last night. I checked my "shopping cart"; checked the total, everything looked fine. I paid for my order and, when the receipt page came up, it showed that I was charged an extra $50.00 for an item I never ordered! I contacted Ulta "guest services" right then. Via the website and by phone. They said the order was magically already in process and they could not stop the order. LIES.

They said I could refuse the package when it arrives. When they get the items back, they will refund everything but shipping costs within 60 days?!?! So essentially, I am held hostage while they sit on my money for 70 to 90 days?!

I have filed fraud claims with my credit card company and I have been assured I will not have to pay a single red cent to these hostage taking ###. Meantime, I am tired of this kind of corporate fraud and hostage taking. If Americans don't stand up to this and refuse to pay to be treated poorly... we might as well pack it in now. This is ridiculous.

ulta.com offers 2 for 1 sales but does not tell you that you need to do something to get that deal. You assume that you need only purchase the product and you will automatically get the 2 for 1 deal. So you order and they get the money and you don't get the deal. Surely this is false advertising.

Ulta Beauty never got refund for items returned

I ordered a some items via ulta.com website. I mailed several back due to the lack of quality of these items, i.e. hair accessories. I sent an email to Ulta letting them know that I did not receive a refund and in the email I included a copy of the UPS delivery receipt. Ulta sent an email back to me stating that it had been too long and there was nothing they could do to assist me. I do not understand how it is that they got my money and they got their products back but they will not issue a refund or do anything to take care of me, the customer.

Ulta Beauty misleading salon charges

On December 20, 2012, I called to make hair cut appointments for me and my daughter. I asked if we could have appointments together. I was told we would both be scheduled for the following day. She said I would have a regular appointment and my daughter, I told her was 14, would receive a Jr. hair cut. We also scheduled to have our eyebrows waxed on the same day. I was told that we had haircut appointments at 3:00 and to arrive early because I my eyebrow wax was scheduled at 2:40 just before my haircut and my daughter's would be done following the haircut appointments. We arrived at 2:40 and checked in. My daughter was taken back first. I followed to explain how I would like her hair cut. This was just before 3:00. At 3:10, I went back up to the check-in desk because I had still not had my wax or been taken back for my haircut appointment. The girl there, Keyshara, apologized and said that she was running late due to traffic. I was brought back and my daughter came to me at 3:20 and we Keyshara again went to check on her eyebrow wax and they could still not locate the person to wax her eyebrows. After my appointment ended, she printed out my sheet for the register and was going to walk me and my daughter over for our eyebrow wax. It was now about 3:45. My daughter handed me her haircut printout. Her charge was $40! Mine was $35. I was told my daughter stated she was 14 and that the Jr cut was only for patrons 11 and under. I was NOT told this when making the appointment and when she was asked her age(while getting her hair washed) did not inform me that she was too old for the cut. She was also a D2 level stylist which was an additional $5 charge. My daughter received a wash, trim, and blow dry. No products were used after the shampoo and cut. Nor was a flat iron or any other styling tool used. Even my $35 D1 stylist cut allowed me to have my hair straightened with a flat iron. Once the manager, Paris, was called to speak to me. She explained that the Jr cut was only for children 11 yrs old and younger. I explained what I was told and told by Paris that there was NOTHING they could do about it and I should have/needed to ask questions before services were started. If my daughter was asked her age and they KNEW she would not receive a Jr, why was I never informed. I did ask when the appointment was made over the phone! Had I known this, we would not have scheduled these appointments at that time! I feel completely mislead especially since my daughter received a Jr cut in 2011 which was in the history under her name at which time she was 13! I didn't end up getting my eyebrow wax because I told her I just couldn't afford it with the other charges and apologized. Sierra, the lady who was to wax my eyebrows, asked me my birthday which is in a couple of weeks, and stated that I could have them done for free on my birthday! Paris, the manager, directed me to the store/district manager, not clear because neither of these employees introduced themselves or apologized for the misunderstanding. Instead, I stood in line to pay because no one EVER came back to speak to me to let me know what was going on or who would be speaking with me! Beth B. is the person at the register when I got to the front of the line and I explained that I saw Paris talking to her and wanted to know if she could help me. She told me that she had "little wiggle room" to help me. She brought, Keyshara, to the front to speak with us because she made my appointments and asked her if I told her my daughter's age when I called. She said, "no" and that was that. She said, "There you go!" Really?!?!? Her word against mine?!?! Why would she have been listed on the appointment as a Jr cut if we had not had a conversation about it when the appointment was made. Paris, in the mean time, pulled up my daughter's history in the computer and brought us back to look at it. She said, "See. Last time she had her hair cut, you used a coupon." I told her to check under her name without the middle initial and there it was. JR cut in April of 2011. She said how could I be sure that that listing was my daughter? Wow, that's how we treat customers that spent $75 for two 15 min haircuts. How unprofessional and to top it off Paris once told me that she has clients that pay $45 for a 15 minute cut. Well, that is good in well if they are willing to pay that amount, but I am not! Beth said she would give us 20%discount and that is the ONLY thing that could be done. They did not have any other codes in the computer to make further adjustments. I will admit that I was teary-eyed and lost my cool when I was continuously told that I should have asked. Why should Ulta not be responsible for letting me know that I would have to pay full price plus $5 additionally for my 14 yr old to have a haircut. Beth B. said that they need to make changes to their policies to explain charges before hand. I had had haircuts at this salon a handful of times and was never charged more that $35. The pamphlet I was given today states that Haircut and Style start at *$35. The * at the bottom states, "Please note that additional charges may apply based on density of hair, heat styling, flat ironing or other accommodations that are made. Ask your Salon Professional for details." NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THE LEVEL OF THE STYLIST, D1, D2 OR OTHERWISE. I am a school I constantly preach to my students to "ACCEPT RESPONSIBLITY." No one at your store apologized and that is disappointing on so many levels. An apology would have probably kept me from writing this complaint, left feeling so dissatisfied, and continuing to be a customer at your store. I did ask before the time of service, but Ulta failed to inform me of any changes. I truly hope that your policies and charges are stated before services are given.

Thanks for your comment! I am glad to see that this site is read by somebody. Even if your comment isn't the feedback I was looking for, I am glad that you made your comment, so I have opportunity to clear up your apparent misunderstanding about my post. It was not about paying money or being "hard up" for money. If you read the entire complaint, you would see that I verified the type of appointment for both of us and planned to pay accordingly. The complaint is about the way I was treated. Just like your comment, I was treated with little respect.

The Ulta menu, both online and on paper, states the "starting at" prices. Stylists taking your calls cannot possibly anticipate every question you may have until you ask them. Lucky for you, your D2 stylist was much more experienced than the D1 stylist, and is therefore compensated for that experience, and your cut reflects the benefit of that experience. As you are no doubt aware, most salons occasionally have a backlog when clients are a few minutes late, or the stylist spends a little extra time making sure everything is perfect before sending the client out the door. You may someday be the client requiring a little extra attention, in which case you will receive it at Ulta. Still in a hurry? Go to Supercuts. Oh, and, they do eyebrows too!

Ulta Beauty deception and discrimination by manager of ulta port orange fl

Since october angela kept telling me that next week we will be pulling applications and next week never came. I called on many occasions and was told the same thing over and over again. I was going through a very traumatic situation in my life and was looking forward to working at ulta. When it became apparent that i had been deceived and am now seeing a psychiatrist and a counselor due to the last straw so to be said.

If i do not hear from your corporate headquarters within one week from today (by December 17, 2012) i will be filing a complaint with the ada and age discrimination board. This is one of the most cruel treatments i have ever heard of and i was in law enforcement for over 20 years.

Ulta Beauty loud music

I went with some ladies to the Ulta store at the Forum in Carlsbad. Very Loud Music with bass so loud you couldn't talk, hear or shop. We asked the manager to turn it down so we could shop, which she would not and was very rude. We all left and took our business elsewhere and will think twice about returning. Your manager needs to be retrained on customer service, definately not conducive to shopping.
I will also send a letter to your company V.P. to address this issue since I live in the area.

Ulta Beauty very loud music

I went into store to purchase holiday gifts, makeup, etc with some friends Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012. There was a promotion going on with very very loud music and the bass was turned up so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. We asked what was happening and why the loud music, only to be rudely answered by store manager that a promotion was going on and it will continue. Some of the employees even asked us to mention it because they had to work there all day. We are regular patrons and live in the area, but will probably not return and take our business elsewhere which we did yesterday. Your management needs to retrain your staff on customer service. To cater to a few twenty year olds who came in for a promotion and not to cater to your regular customers is totally misguided.
Our group were not the only ones who commented and left this store. Please address this issue with your manager at the Forum location in Carlsbad.

Ulta Beauty bait and switch! no free gift with purchase!

I ordered from Ulta.com during their big promos and they never sent me my free gift with purchase. They had a big advertisement on their website that tells you you are going to get this free gift with purchase (some of them cost just as much as the item you are purchasing). Then you place your order and never get it in the mail. Surprise surprise! This happened to me and happened to one of my friends. They assume that you will not complain and wind up getting away with it. In addition to the fact that you now have you wait 24-48 hours until a manager gets back to you when you call customer service and when they finally do (if you are lucky enough to answer your phone when they call) they are very rude, talk over you, talk in circles, and then only offer the $10 gift card and claim that is all they can do otherwise they will get in trouble. BULL! Classic bait and switch. I had ordered a Pur minerals pressed powder and a free chisel brush was being offered with the purchase. I just happened to take a print screen showing my basket with the free gift. When I spoke with the manager (who insisted on seeing proof) I sent her this print-screen. Well all of a sudden her e-mail doesn't work and when I explain that it said free gift with purchase underneath the item she says "Well it didn't say what the free gift was." I told her that the advertisement said that free gift was the chisel brush with the purchase of a compact. She then told me that it could have stated that there was a minimum purchase requirement and that it might not have been a full sized brush so all she could only offer the $10 gift card. I told her that was unacceptable and that it didn't make sense to get a $10 gift card in lieu of a $23 chisel brush pre-tax. She said I had no proof of the free gift and that if it "fell out of my basket" it was not Ulta's fault. I then asked her for proof of the minimum purchase requirement and that to prove that it wasn't a full sized brush. She couldn't and then told me that was all she could do. I am planning on calling them every day until they send me that brush. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years but will not be spending any more of my hard earned money at Ulta or Ulta.com. I will be shopping at Sephora instead as they offer better samples and do not try to gyp you on your free gift with purchase.

We also have the bait and switch thing going on in Charlotte for the dermalogica brand. At first I thought it was just popular and it was frustrating because every time I went specially for the "free gift- a $60 value" they were out. After a couple of times of this, I started calling ahead. Funny, they didn't have it at opening on the first day of the promotion. They offer a couple of packets as a replacement- which are hard to use and not a replacement.. It's obviously a ploy just to get you in the store and they don't ever intend to have it. I wish someone would sue them for this- they deserve it.

I agree 100%! Ulta tries to compete with Sephora but its not even close! The Customer Service is a joke, their website is one of the worst out there.

Ulta Beauty falsely accused of stealing

I come into ulta all the time and purchase whatever I want. Lately, i've been feeling like I was being followed throughout the store. Today I went there to purchase one specific thing, but they were all sold out so I decided to browse around. I came across the new kardashian makeup and I picked one up with the intent to purchase it before I left the store. I went up to the cashier and asked her how much it was, she told me, so I decided to browse around more before I decided to buy it. I got a call about a family emergency and I put the item down to rush out the door so I could leave. The manager, or associate, or whoever she was rushed towards me, demanded that I open my purse, went through my personal property, and asked me where I put the item that I previously had. I showed her where I put it, and she snatched it out of my hand. Then she told me we've got you on camera and you've stolen a lot of stuff from us. I have never in my life stolen anything, let alone anything from ulta. I have every receipt for every item i've ever purchased. I'm an ulta rewards member too! So I feel like they can even look up everything i've ever purchased. Being the only african american in the store, I was humiliated and upset. The way she handled the situation was totally inappropriate and I felt extremely violated. I have put in a complaint with the store but I don't expect much to be done about this unfortunately. I won't be shopping at that specific location, i'm just done with the company as a whole.

This store is SO HORRIBLY BAD. I won a $500 Vanilla Visa GC from my work and everyone knows that I am all about makeup, so I thought why not, I'll hit up Ulta. So I went into the store, picked up a shopper bag and started perusing the makeup. Out of NOWHERE this sales associate or whatever the hell she was RUSHES me and looks at my bag and says "Can I help you? Can I take your bag up front?" I looked at her strangely, I was like...no thanks. Kid you not, this rude girl is back TWO MINS LATER, asking me "How are you doing, can I help you?" Repeat, repeat--finally I got so angry I was done. As I was shopping, she was literally following me and shadowing my movements! I handed her the bag and told her that I'd be doing business elsewhere and I ended up at Sephora.
STAY FAR AWAY from this store--the sales girls are rude and will stalk you around because apparently everyone is a thief. SMH...what a horrible store.

This Ulta store is absolutely the worst.

I bought three bottles of Butter London nail polishes and some other stuff in the Ulta store at East Lansing. I put the bag back into my car and kept shopping in that plaza. After one and half hours, I went back to my car and found that one of the nail polishes exploded everywhere on everything I bought in that bag. Since I was still in the same shopping plaza, I went back to the Ulta store, not wishing they would get a new one for me, but at least help me clean up the stuff I bought that were all covered in nail polishes. However, the only thing the store manager said was it was not their responsibility. I asked if they could help me clean up, she said no. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

After I came back home, I filed a complaint on their website and they asked for my number so the district manager can contact me. She called me today and said that she doesn't understand what my complaint was about. And she said they couldn't clean it up because it's a safety issue, the salesgirls could cut their fingers...So I asked her "so you just leave it to the customers to cut their fingers?" Then she just kept saying that once the product is sold, it's no longer their responsibility.

Definitely the worst store ever. Don't go!

Ulta Beauty salon services

Manager did not return phone call. Customer Service did not return phone call. District Manager did not return phone call. Customer Service Manager didn't return phone calls at corporate headquarters. They are a joke! Entire corporation does not care about customer service. Problem with salon, unprofessional to the max. Do not use the Ulta Salons they do not know what they are doing. Untrained stylists. Appointment for keratin treatment and hair cut. Ulta cancelled appointment without calling, they stated when I arrived that corporate did not send the product for the keratin treatment and tried to call me. Appointment was made 30 days in advance. Was told stylist took the morning off due to the cancellation and no one was there to even cut my hair. Drove 45 minutes to and from the salon for this and took a day off of work for this.

Ulta Beauty exchanges/returns

Ulta beauty will take anything back (Even if you empty the container and fill it with water - I had to except a return like this when I worked there) but they will not except my exchanges because I used to work in their store!

This is discrimination at it's finest.

I have spent thousands of dollars in the store and know the rules (That are still stated on their website, in their stores near the cash register and on the back of receipts). They refuse to take my exchanges because I don't have a receipt... I have never really kept them because I haven't ever needed them.

I called guest services and they told me that I would hear from the district manager... Who won't return my call. I have the email from guest services.

I go in the store and the general manager tells me the same thing, still don't hear from him. I do have the conversation with her recorded.

Horrible customer service and discrimination going on at the norman oklahoma store.

I was told by the general manager they thought my items might be older than 60 days?!? They aren't but okay, even if you think that your policy states "if the item is over 60 days old or not accompanied by a receipt then you get an in-store credit" she refused to do it.

In all honesty, I think this could be a lawsuit because ulta is false advertising and discriminating. I don't see it posted anywhere in their store that they have the right to refuse service to certain people they don't like. They are overpriced and over-rated anyway and they don't even carry mac. Go to sephora!

Ulta Beauty rude employee and blaming me for their mistakes

After saving up hundreds of points to be redeemed I was told that I could come back anytime in June to receive 5$ off my next purchase. I go in and somehow I only have 81 points, the woman said they changed the point system and I bought the item I wanted anyways. I still wanted an explanation and my cashier asked the cashier next to him. He was so rude, he kept cutting me off and saying they divided my points by 4 in the new system and kept pointing at some magazine. He kept raising his voice and interrupting me. I just wanted to know why I was told I could get 5$ off and then all of the sudden I don't have enough points to get any money off. He sighed and rolled his eyes because my question was still not answered. I was so frustrated that I left the store. I can't imagine being so rude to a customer with an actual question. I spent a lot of money there but won't anymore, that's for sure. Being rude, not answering questions and blaming the customer will put you out of business.

I've been to the ULTA in Raleigh 3 times and all 3 times left without everything I wanted (once with nothing - left it all on the counter and walked out). The employees are so rude it's shocking. I've never been to another store where employees were allowed to openly roll eyes, interrupt, or even IGNORE customers. I'll never go back.
