On the 30th of November 2007 i purchased 2 XXL croatian jerseys off the uksoccershop website. All went well with 2 jerseys arriving but unfortunately 1 jersey was an XL so it was organized via email that i would pay to return the jersey and i would be refunded and a new jersey in XXL would be sent out. After they received my jersey they told me that there were no XXL in stock and would i be interested in choosing another jersey. I told them no and that if they didn't have a XXL i wanted a refund. As soon as i mentioned the word 'refund' that's when everything decided to go pearshaped. Simon and the UkSoccershop team would refuse to answer any of my emails.

If i even sounded slightly agitated or mentioned the word refund i would not receive an answer. I have over 22 pages printed of emails and the tickets i submitted to them about where my jersey is and what is happening. They eventually emailed after i asked what is happening and said the jersey got lost in transit but that i was fully insured on their behalf and that i would receive a jersey, that was over a month ago. Since that last reply, i have emailed them approximately 6 times since the 6th March 2008 and have not gotten one reply. I have filed an internet fraud report with the NSW police and am hoping something will be done about this. I am approximately $150AUD out of pocket and a jersey.

Tomorrow i will be ringing my bank to try to reverse the charge and i now am going to email paypal as it was paid through those means. I also have their number but surprise surprise there is never any answer. I find it coincidental that myself and the other poster are both having problems with simon and the tactics he is using of not answering emails and generally being uncooperative. He chose the wrong person to mess around with, i WILL get my money back!

DO NOT ever use UKSoccershop for any soccer apparel, unless you want to get ripped off, or have the wrong size sent to you. I think i'd get further with bashing my head into a wall then what i have gotten from simon. Stating his online e-tailer is the best in the world is a far cry from the truth.

I hope this helps deter any future customers from using his online store.

absolutely agree. I'm still waiting for my retro shirt and after numerous emails still no joy. Don't try phoning as you'll get no reply. I am now looking at ways to get my money back and will be in contact with all others suffering from this rip-off.
