We have made an order from uk soccer shop around 6 months ago that included 4 authentic customized jerseys. We have received the order after around 1.5 months without one of the items and another faulty item. We reported that to their complaints department, and they advised that we need to send the faulty item back for exchange while assuring us that the undelivered item will be delivered soon.

We made sure that the items sent to them were delivered to the address presented on their website and they have confirmed that delivery. However we have not received any of the items for around 2 months, so we sent them a request for a refund of the undelivered items. They gave us several assurances every week that the request is being processed and we will get the refund in an appropriate amount of time, however that was not done until this day.

They even stopped reply to our e-mails for the last month as they have not been supplying us with details about our numerous requests. We have wasted a large amount of time on those e-mails and still they cannot supply us with a definitive answer about anything. Not once they have took the initiative during this long period of interactions. Their total disregard to the customer's needs coupled with the low service levels have been simply appalling .

Could you please advise us on the way we can proceed with this situation? Any body of control or administration that you could point us to, would be greatly appreciated as we have had it with this company.
