I ordered in july 3 football shirts from this website. The total prize has £186, supposably there was the postal strike in UK and they used that excuse saying they where posting a questionaire in Royal Mail about my delivery, after a few months in October they said they would re sent it. Since then I have again not receive my shirts and no one answers my emails nothing. First time I ordered here it also took ages, but at the end I ended receiving the shirts, this time they took the money immediately and nothing since then! DO NOT BUY FROM THERE WEBSITE

I have had a similar problem. A jacket I ordered in October never arrived. At first, UKSoccershop.com simply claimed that that there was a delay. Two months later, their story changed: they suggested, unbelievably, that it was MY fault I never received the order, because I didn't know how postal deliveries worked (???). Then, silence: no response to my requests for a refund. This is a business that 1) doesn't know how to treat customers with the respect they deserve and 2) are dishonest, disorganized merchants.

I am having the same problem with Simon from UKSoccershop. I ordered a 4 star Italy t-shirt in November with my son's name and number printed on it. When it arrived, there were only 3 stars printed on the shirt. It was a t-shirt from old stock. I immediately emailed them about the problem. It took ages to answer and never told me whether they could replace it or not in time for Christmas. I took the decision to return it by first class mail asking for a full refund. I was charged on my credit card and when I asked why they had not refunded me, Simon replied that they never received it. How convenient! Unfortunately, I did not send it back by recorded delivery and I think Simon is using this as excuse for not refunding. I have the receipt from the Post Office confirming that I returned the parcel and have logged a complaint with the Post Office. I have also logged a complaint with Puma, the Advertsing Trading Standards and the Trading Standards who are all looking into this. I found Simon extremely rude and un-cooperative, accusing me of not having returned the shirt. He advertises 4 star Italy shirt on his website, however I don't believe he has any. He is just trying to get rid of old stock at rip-off prices. If you google complaint uksoccershop on the internet you will find many complaints by unhappy customers who have all experienced similar problems with Simon and his company.

I am currently being completely ignored by them despite every effort to get through to them. I ordered a Toffs WBA kit thinking id save money which I didnt but I went for it anyway. That was orderd in November its now January. They have taken the £38 from my account and so have there for stolen my money at this present time. I am disgusted.

I ordered two soccer shirts from UK Soccer Shop in October. I have queried endlessly and they just ignore me. They have taken R1300 (102 Pounds) from me!!!

I ordered 27. October 07 - 4 items £117 and paid. I have got nothing, Simon declare post office lost items (November). I would refund, but company ignore my emails. I don t know, what I have do... Pavel, CZECH REPUBLIC.

Fraudulent company. I oredered 3 seperate packages of jerseys, shirts, and jackets and received bits and pieces of the order, which were all in the wrong size. My emails went unresponded and their "ticket" system is just for show. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Is there nothing in place to formally charge them? Has anyone went this route, I am certainly going to be considering some other options and doing some research on this.

Ordered a shirt from there, It arrived with a tear to the stitching. I emailed them about it and they said they would refund me and even pay the cost of postage! Great, I thought.

Weeks passed after I posted it and I hadn't received any refund or acknowledgment. I emailed them inquiring about it as I'd posted it Royal Mail Special Delivery and it needed a signature and Royal Mail confirmed it had been received. UKSoccerShop then proceeded to lie to me and tell me they couldn't find a problem with the shirt. I emailed back explaining where the fault was. Nothing. 2 months and several unanswered emails later I get a reply telling me that there is nothing wrong with the shirt.

Either UKSoccerShop finds items with holes in them OK to sell or they are a total scam.

I paid for two jerseys from the UK soccer shop on the 30th Nov 2007. I received the jerseys in good time but one was the wrong size.
I sent it back and i was assured by simon that he would foot the bill for the return postage and send me a new jersey. Its now mid April 2008 and he has not replied to my emails or sent me a jersey.
The last contact with simon was him emailing me stating that the jersey was lost in transit and that i am fully covered by his insurance, that was Jan 12 08...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING.

Well, it looks like i'm the latest victim in this sorry saga. I ordered and payed for a retro shirt on the 20 june 08 and still waiting as of now 22nd july 08. all emails, phone calls to no avail. I'm looking at ways to get my money back. if anybody can suggest the best way please let us know. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

It has been a year since I ordered two Soccer Shirts from UK Soccer Shop. I am still waiting for them or my money back at least. They took over R1000 (SA) from me!

I ordered a spain shirt in july o8 from this incompotent company its now november, still no sign of it, the thieves have got my money too ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

UK soccershop are frauds

I ordered a top in July, they said they couldn't get the shirt for a few weeks and if i wanted i could cancel the order. I emailed them to say i would like to cancel. They responded saying this was okay. However the money still came out of my account. They said they would refund, but after numerous emails to them, they said i could no longer cancel the shirt, and proceeded to send the shirt(this took about a month). When the shirt arrived it was wrong, and it did not have the patches that i paid extra for, and the writing was not official as stated.

Once i received the item i emailed them, and after many emails, they said to return the shirt for a full refund. Weeks passed and no refund. They confirmed that they had received the return and there was a mix up with the refund. i have kept all correspondence from this company as proof.

Next i knew they were trying to say that they had not received the returned item. I sent this recorded delivery so i was able to send them proof that they had infact signed for it.

Since then they said they would investigate and get back to me. That was on 1st Oct. I have sent loads of emails since then and they have simply ignored my emails. I have tried phoning them and no answer.

I have even threatened to take them to court and they still ignore my emails.

4 months on i am unsure what more i can do. i have contacted watchdog and consumer rights, and will be getting intouch with CAB also.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A PACK OF FRAUDS. THIS COMPANY CANNOT GET AWAY WITH TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. WE ALL NEED TO ACT AND GET ON TO WATCHDOG.

Waited over 6 weeks for delivery. I told them I wanted a refund as I bought the shirt elsewhere and they still proceeded in sending it.
I have since returned the shirt and they promised a refund - but again this has not occured, they seem incapable of refunding people.
I have logged a complaint with my bank and even they are finding it difficult to retrieve the funds.
There are complaints on here dating back over 1 year, why the hell isnt something being done to shut this shop down, its basically fraud, but nobody seems interested in getting it stopped!

I would, but I live in Dubai. I am in the middle of trying to sort out an order sent to Dubai with 3 out of 4 items wrong! I googled the store before returning the items and these tales of woe came up. I wish I had known earlier...

I can't believe I didn't see this page before ordering from Uksoccershop. what a mug I have been! I have followed the previous guys request and sent the story to watchdog in the UK whether that does any good or not.

-many rare shirts, big assortment, attractive prices

-they are incorrect, and send wrong items,
-no invoice with the shipment-so you have minor chance for refund or exchange
-DON'T buy from them!!!

I orderer 4 things on 30.12.2008, they were here(Bulgaria) on 22.1.2009, that is acceptable time for a shipment from that range. BUT then !!
Ordered FC Porto LongS size M -received correct
AC Palermo Eagle JAcket size M- correct
Portugal 2008-2009 shorts Size M -- received size L -- so that was wrong
Brazil 2006 Anthem JAcket size M -- received Brazil 2008!! Track!! JAcket -- another mistake...
actually i thing that they send what they have left, , and i decided to not ship them back for replacement, because there is a serious chance to remain with nothing.

I have ordered a Juventus home 08/09 and a Fiorentina away 08/09 in two different orders. It's been about 50 days since they sent the items and when I try to email them they don't answer me anymore.

I would recommed you to use another site when ordering shirts online.

I also ordered two jerseys from them. The first one had the wrong printing and I never received the other`. A guy called SIMON said that he sent the replacement but it never arrived and they don't reply to your emails. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered two items 2 months ago and only one was shipped. They didn't let me know what happened to the missing item (a kids size FC Porto jersey) until I emailed them and they said it came from a different supplier and would be sent separately. After weeks of emails back and forth trying to get a status on the order, I eventaully told them I wanted a refund. All of a sudden they told me the item would be shipped the following weekend. That was 3 weeks ago. When I've asked them to tell me the exact date of shipment, their latest tactic is to say they can "confirm the item has been shipped" without telling me when. I asked for a refund again today but I'm not holding out much hope for that, either.
