I ordered December 30, 2016 through a website UGGBOOTSAUSTRALIA.com everything looked legitimate. I received an e-mail invoice stating what I had purchased and the total amount of $216.00 for 3 pairs. On January 11, 2017 I received ONE large box that smelled terrible. I opened this box to find TWO UGG boxes and the chemical smell was overwhelming. Upon opening the boxes, the first box had one pair of UGG boots in it with 1 single boot "which is half of the third paid ordered" and the color brown had stained the colored gray boots in that box. I opened the second box and there was the second pair of UGG boots with the other single UGG boot to match, what was in the first box. These came from China, totally fake, the sizing is wrong, the wool inside is fake fur. The worst part is the smell, the odor coming from these boots and the boxes was so intense. I went onto the website to return them and you have to send an e-mail to "uggonlinestore7x24" which is never responded to. Then I get my credit card statement and they actually charged me $265.00 not $216.00. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and keeping my fingers crossed. I did notice the website is gone and a new website has opened called UGG CLOSET... BEWARE, I still can't get the smell out of my house.

Bought a pair of Uggs from this site. The shipment was received and it came directly from China (first sign of potential problem). The color of the Uggs were off and the quality of the leather was different from those found locally. I contacted them to return through the information on the website. I received an email back which was in very poor grammer (second signal there was a problem here) which did not give me the information to return and after back and forth correspondence of the same nature I realized this was not the type of website I wanted to do business with, but it was too late now. I was basically told that my return would have to be sent back to China and besides that it would cost me another approximately 10% for the return to them. The person I was corresponding with suggested I try to sell them to a friend which I ultimately did at a loss just to be done with the whole thing. Lesson learned went out and bought them at a local sports store for a higher price, but I knew that they would at least stand behind the sale.

I ordered from calo-boots.com on December 26th not suspecting that these would be fake UGG boots as I did not know about counterfeit before. I ordered the tall chestnut ones. They arrived January 15th which was later than I had expected. Despite, the fact that these boots arrived late, they looked obviously fake. First of all, it seems to me like these are way shorter than real UGG boots. Also, these boots are made with synthetic fur rather than real sheepskin. I also think that the heel is way lower than that of authentic UGG boots.

We ordered a pair of ugg boots from this website on/about 12/3/09. After following up with the website 2 times, we received an email dated 12/15 stating we will receive he item in seven days. Needless to say, we never received the item. When I checked the website today, it no longer exists. It is a fraudulent website created to scam customers out of their money. Now that christmas is over, the website is defunct. We have no way of getting our money back. The company is based in Singapore/China I believe.

I ordered online Metallic tall UGG boots. They represent themselves as the original UGG resellers. They put the original coost as $210.00 and cross it of and put a deal price of $118.00. No where does it mention made in China nor the shipment will be coming from China. When I received these pair of boots, smelling of glue, the stitches criss cross and plastic UGG look alike... Wow how fraud can this be... Don't fall for this.. Please please I am already kicking myself. Tried to email ask for return, at fancyuggboots1@hotmail.com and their reply was we don't accept returns or exchanges at this time.
I also believe that they are operating under other names trade-uggs. Also tradeuggboots.com, and the charges wa by www.haha.com. we need to stop this. I wish google would take them out of the web too.

I ordered ugg boots from this company. They will answer my emails once in awhile, but never with a straight answer. They took my money right away, but I still have not received the boots. I ordered them over a month ago. The last email they sent me stated my boots were lost in the mail. I have not received another email since that one and that has been over a week ago. Unfortunately they do not have a contact number to reach anyone.

Another bad UGG boots site: bestbootsclearance.org. Offered free shipping, then billed for shipping. Cancelled order same day as order because the whole site looked fishy. Now they refuse to issue credit for entire charge. Site is now unavailable. Website Domain Tools show it was taken down right after I cancelled order.

No offense, but if you are going to order a shoe that has animal fur on it then you get what you deserve! It's cruel to use Sheeps for boots! Idk why ppl would want the real thing when the fake fure looks just like the real fur! People like u are sick! I can understand the rest of your complaint, but not the fur part! Yuk

I was also tricked. The website does not say they are in China. They are FAKE and fall apart. I bought 2 pair and they arrived in a plastic bag/envelope wadded up. They have fallen apart in less than 2 months. Any helpful ideas on returning them to China?

This site is terrible! I am so upset that these people just stole my money! I ordered this about 2 weeks ago from this exact site and I have yet to recieve them and they took my 80 dollars! I called the bank and they credited my money, but when I was on the phone the lady asked me if I has ordered uggs boots and I answered yes... why? And she said the same thing happened to her . She waited 3 weeks to get them and when she did get them they were 2 left feet! WOW! China sucks! stop stealing money!

i just ordered boots from this site about 2 weeks ago. I have not recieved anything yet either! I am so upset! And atleast they answered you! they have no answered any of my emails and i have sent them atleast 5 emails all together. Its terrible. I had to call my bank and they credited me, but it makes me sad that people just are stealing my money! It was ironic though the chase representitive that I talked to she asked me if i had ordered uggs and i said yes why and she said she did too. She didn't get them for 3 weeks and when she did it wasa 2 left feet! so either way she couldn't wear them! this sucks! i hate china!

I also have been scammed by this miserable excuse of a "business." We ordered back on Dec 1st then an e-mail with a fake tracking number came across on the 14th. and tried to e-mail nicely the first time and then second time threatening legal action and reporting to FTC. Still no response nor boots. I did find a phone number, but it is from China, if it's even real. This is what I've found and complained with per who owns the domain name thefirstboots.com:

YOU CAN PURCHASE UGGS ONLINE...JUST GO TO THE UGGS WEBSITE (www.uggaustralia.com)...THE REAL WEBSITE, THAT IS...AND YOU CAN EASILY SEARCH WHICH ONLINE RETAILERS ARE REPUTABLE AND WHICH ARE KNOWN TO CARRY THE FAKES. THE SITE OFFERS "COUNTERFEIT EDUCATATION"; CLICK ON THIS LINK LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM, RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE PAGE AND YOU WILL THEN BE ABLE TO SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR RETAILER OF QUESTION...THE UGG SITE WILL RESPOND WITH WHETHER YOUR QUESTIONABLE RETAILER IS KNOWN TO BE FRAUDULENT...ER, COUNTERFEIT. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DO THOS SEARCH BEFORE BUYING WHAT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. HOPE THIS HELPS...AND GOOD LUCK! :)

I was fooled too. the button says proceed to check out but is really the check out button. I sent an email immediately to cancel order, but my payment went from pending to charged and now my bank won't do anything for 30 days! They charged delivery fee tax and shipping when the website said free shipping etc. They don't respond and I have yet to get an order confirmation from them.

i got my uggs after about 2 months plus i had to pay €20 customs. they are terrible, one is bigger than the other, the stitching is coming undone after one wear. they are not worth €10 nevermind €120 i spent on them. when i got my boots the name REALUGGBOOTS.COM was on the box, so i think they are all the same shower of frauds trading under different name to avoid being detected.

I ordered boots from uggbootsdiscount.com and did receive them - however - I've been trying to return them for a different size and now I'm getting the run-around. Just noticed their website is completely down... not a good sign. Anyway - the email address I contacted them at previously is uggbootsdiscount@hotmail.com. Good luck - I've learned from this experience NOT to order uggs online.

I have ordered ugg boots from greatsales2you uggbootsdiscount.com original shoes with free shipping
back on December 6th . I have not received my order, all I keep getting is emails back saying they are working on the problem. I ask for a phone number to contact someone and they never send one.
I never received a tracking number for the order so if you order boots make sure you receive tracking number soon as you make the order cause if you do not get one then you better believe its fraud and stop payment right away.So billyfo7 looks like we are in same boat and have been scammed!
Can't someone do something to stop this? I am willing to do what it takes to stop this fraud. I just need someone to help me with direction to take further action against these companies. I saved all the emails, order forms and any transactions between them and now i can't even get there site to come up but i did get greatsales2you to come up. I am sending email to the greatsales2you site and see if i get anywhere because they are the ones on my credit card for payment. PLEASE be careful when ordering boots... better to just go to a store and buy them, lets stop people from just taking our hard earned money from us! Lorraine
