Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor fraud

Was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, purchased ugg boots from www.ugg-boots.uk.com, was charged the asking price, no problem there and although delivery took a few weeks, i got the boots, that i paid for on 20/11/09
now on the 17th&18th/12/09 money started to get taken from my bank account, 1 small payment & 4 large paymets, adding upto £625.05 now as i only use paypal & amazon, which i have never had a problem with, then i use ugg-boots.uk.com which i find out are a chinese company, i start getting money taken from my bank account, the payments went to a company called - intersafe glabal which i have never heard of before, ive contacted my branch and the fraud team and its now in there hands, so please be very wary about buying from this company.

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor this company stole money from me!

I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this company, and they sent me fake boots. I had to jump through hoops to find a return address to get a refund. The refund NEVER happened, and it cost me 50 dollars to send them back. The company promised for weeks that a refund was processing. After 2 months they told me the boots had arrived damaged and that they would send photos. Yeah right! Still no refund. I gave them plenty of chances to make this right before I shared my experience. I hope you read this before you get scammed. This is the site http://www.uggaustralia-site.com/. Don't be fooled. It is not worth saving the 20 bucks - not when it cost me almost 175 in the end.

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor - fake boots

I ordered boots suppose to be original Ugg Australia boots in size 5 in Chestnut color with cream color buttons. When I received them they are rust color with brown buttons and very poor craftsmanship. They are not at all as advertised and since they are not the original Ugg boots they are definately not the correct size so I am stuck with them and now they...

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor fradulent

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on this site on 2/13/11 and as of today 3/4/11 I've yet to receive them or receive a response to my inquiry of the status. There is no way to call the supposed company as their site only allows you to submit a question through the website. I should've known it was sketchy at the outset, but I didn't. In Googling the name I found I'm probably not the only person that's had trouble with this and/or similar companies so watch out. I've contacted my credit card company to ensure the charge does not go through and inquire what I can do to protect from future fraud since this company now has my credit card number. I'm guessing I'll be switching my credit card number and hopefully they will put a block on any charge. I guess at least no apparent fradulent charges have gone through thus far, but I'm concerned it's only a matter of time.

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor need to return boots

I purchased a pair off ugg boots from this company. They arrived about a week and a half later and had to be signed for at the post office. They were in a box from shanghai yu swhi li trading co.in china and had shipped unknown to me from the china post office. I brought them home and tried them on and they were way too small. They did not come with a packing slip to return them and the company has no address or telephone to reach them. I e-mailed them several times and they told me that I should either sell to someone or give them to someone as a gift.

This site looks just like the original Ugg Australia site but seemed they were an outlet store. I got the UGGs the actually came from China. They smell bad, the fake fur is falling off, there is Jagged cuts along the edges of the boots. They are fake. No where did the website say they are knockoffs. I can't get my money back.

I was in the process of purchasing a pair of uggs and as I was going to chose my payment method, it redirected me to a pay website. After giving my information, I was automatically charged from my bank account and I went back to the Uggs website to find that my order was never placed, yet I was charged. If anyone has ever purchased anything from here, please let me know. I need my money returned!

Did they tell you they won't refund your money? I have 2 pairs coming which are obviously fake after reading this and since they are coming from China. I'm considering refusing to accept shipment so they're returned to them and I don't have to deal with paying shipping costs to China. If they won't refund your money though, I might as well keep them and let my credit card company get the money back. So frustrating!

I went on line to buy UGGS. This web site came up discount UGGS looks just like the official website until after you hit the checkout button to confirm payment then it pops up product from china. When i opened the box and looked at them the lining of them looked like the covering from a cheap stuffed animal. not like the other uggs i got from journeys. My granddaughter will not wear these she spotted it right away. They come with certificate of authencity inside the box and all. I went to there website and you cant send a email or return them . I paid $95.00 for them. I had to go out and buy another pair for $149. which I should of done first.

I received two pair of Uggs today from this fake ugg seller. Both are too small even though I ordered the correct size. They do not have removeable footbeds that authentic ultra uggs have. The chocolate color as shown on the website is not at all what I got.
The shearling is fake and the bottoms of the insides are so hard my feet hurt after having them on for two minutes. I cannot find out how to return these awful fake boots since their is no legitmate customer service website, no phone number and the postal slip was all in Chinese! I feel foolish for having trusted this online seller. NEVER order from them!

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor fake shoes

I order Ugg boots on the website www.godloveugg.com!
I get two pairs of Uggs, one ok, but the other just a ugly fake plastic shoes! I'm writing mails since one week, and now they said to me that if I send the parcel back they will be fired and that they earn only 150$ per month and that the job is very important, ... they said that the shoes is real"skin"! But I can recognize already from the strong smell, that it is plastic.
They give me an address in china to send the shoes back (Qu Yuting Street 606 room 4# xigeng AnzhiFang Putian City Fujian 351100 China ), but I'm sure that I will never have my money back.
I'm very angry and I would like to do something so that nobody will order the shoes anymore. But how?

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor inferior quality (very poor)

I ordered a pair of black Bailey button ugg boots on the 8th Dec 2010 they finally arrived yesterday6th Jan 2011 and are a very poor quality, the lining is not sheepskin but a poor nylon fur which comes away in your hand when you touch it, and the suede on the outside is so thin. I have slippers from M&S that cost £15 and they are much more substantial than these boots. I wished I had found this website before ordering. I only ordered from this company because it was a secure website but when my bank statement come in the payment was made to www.Diggingshop.com. I emailed them and ask why they have deducted money from my card and guess what no reply.

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor counterfeit merchandise

I unfortunately ordered TWO pair from different vendors - this was one of them! They are definitely counterfeit! If you have received boots (which I have), you can google "ways" to tell if they're fake. The boots I received failed every test! I tried to get my money back...and they offered me $20...but not directions on how to return the boots, which is stated in their return policy! Live and learn. We ended up paying the price for a real pair from Dilliards...and yes...they passed on the tests for authenticity!

Bobshoestosell - the Christmas thieves!
I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas on the 13th December 2011 - they took my money promptly but I never recieved my order. Although I got emails with what looked like a genuine order tracking number and emails to say the weather had caused delivery delays. Any way they took my money but never delivered! Clearly a fruadulent site.
Thanks guys for your true Christmas spirit - I can rest assured you will get your comeuppance one day!

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor Scam Artist

I ordered Uggs from this web site on 2 Dec. I immediately realized something was wrong because I did not receive an order acknowledgement/ confirmation. You can't contact the company by phone, so I tried contracting them via email. Low and behold, the email addresses are bogus too! I contacted my credit card company right away. More bad news! The total sale price was $70.00, but they charged me an additional $23.00 for shipping. Turns out the company operates out of Shanghai, China. I recently checked the web site, and the same boots that I ordered for $70.00 are now selling for $77.00, so~ it appears they plan on scamming more people out of more money. I have yet to receive any information from this company and am in the process of letting my credit card company deal with these folks. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. They are definitely BAH HUM BUG.

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor multiple false online clearance sites

Tried to purchase Ugg boots only to have a charge submitted on my debit card by TCTechnology Putian CN, This company is in California and is legitimate but does not accept debit cards. Some scam artists in China are processing debit and credit cards under that name. They have created multiple websites. You cant login back in to your account using your email, you cant track and order and when you try to contact them they have no physical address and come up with some hotmail or gmail account. Websites to avoid are:uggbootsclearance.net, uggbootsclearance.com, xmasuggbootsclearance.com, ugg-boot-clearance.us, . If you cant contact them through a legitimate email, call them on the phone or see their physical address then DONT BUY THESE BOOTS. I filed a dispute through my bank and they are removing the charges. I learned the hard way!

This is a scam site, Ugg Boots Clearance Outlet. Not contact info or physical address. Boots did arrive but they are cheap knockoffs from China. They are too small (not to size), orangy color, and are not sheepskin lined. Cheap fleece. At $95. no bargain. My teenage daughter ordered these while I was busy and we didn't research reviews of site first. Our mistake cost us. You can't return them because all the addressing on the outer packaging is in Chinese characters and no address on website. Extra charges incurred as well with no notice given--international charge fees, etc. STAY AWAY!

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor never recieved merchandise

I ordered ugg boots advertised on sale at ugg australia - ugg boots online sale. The site is also known as ugg boots, australia ugg boots, cheap ugg boots, discount ugg boots, ugg boots sale, classic ugg boots, (copyright @2010 bootssalesshop). After you make a purchase, you get an email from visamasterpay.com and an order number to print from the ugg website. Dont not not purchase anything from any of these sites. You will not get your merchandise and visamasterpay.com who is a third party that handles the transaction is a joke. They also charged my card an extra three dollars that does not explain it's purpose. I have tried to contact them to no avail. I will take this one as a lost and a lesson learned; if there is no store address in the us, don't buy the merchandise.

This place is a scam. I have been arguing with them since we placed the order. They won't send our money back or the product, The so called customer agent Angela, is a complete ###, they are threatening not to reimburse or charge 30% of the refund, But we haven't received either. trying to get through is a nightmare. This women Angela email's late night, from Asia. Tells me because it went through a third party order we won't get our refund. I reported it to the bank, they are investigating and will pursue legal proceedings. Report them to your bank... This is the biggest scam and should be reported to your bank .. I am so fed up dealing with this witch, No customer service contact, no phone, which should be a red flag. but didn't realize till we ordered. I am so sick of dealing with it...Hope we get our money! This looks to be a huge problem. The domain name for the site that I had is now www.theuggs.org - it looks just like the actual Uggs website. However, if you do go to the actual Uggs australia website they have a place where you can enter in a website to verify if it is legit. Mine was not. They also have a place where you can file a complaint, which I did. It will not help you get your money back but it may help somebody else in the future.

I UNFORTUNIATELY did not read the complaints before I too ordered from UGGSBOOTSBAILY.com I found this site when I was going back to the site for information. I immediately calld my credit card company to dispute the charge. My bank told me that I would get my money back if this company picked up the money which of course these crooks will pick up the money. I am disappoined that any bank cannot stop a transaction in a "pending" state. I have no hope in getting what I paid for...reading the other complaints I guess I could get a faux something or nothing at all. My bank tells me the entire process can take 45 days. I ordered 2 boots from uggs outlet .com, Ordered them Dec. 12th and stated 5-7 days for delivery. The first pair came on the 31st. Prior to Christmas I tried to check the tracking numbers with no luck. Then I emailed several times and Emily emailed me back with this email

hello dear claire,
nice day.
Your item left GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP on December 21, 2010 .but no the ems company has not updated the newest information, .so track later .
and the delivered meaning is that we have shipped out your order.but not arrival.
you may receive your order for your daughter before christmas.no worry/
yours,
emily

I did not get them before Christmas but I did get them on the 31st. Upon receipt, the box was beat up and sent from China. They were in a Uggs box and upon first inspection I was relieved. HOWEVER, after I compared them to my Uggs THEY ARE FAKE! The fur is different, the boot is lighter, the button fell off the first time my daughter tried them on. If I did not have an identical pair I would probably believe they are real until they fell apart from poor quality workmanship.

STAY AWAY FROM The Uggs Outlet

I ordered a pair of boots from alibabyboots.com and have yet to get a confirmation email or my boots. Does anyone know if this is a fraud site?

They are thieves--DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SITE! I wish the reviews were posted before I ordered! I ordered paisley print UGG boots from them for a Christmas gift. Unlike others, I received the boots, after paying a surprise $22 shipping that appeared on the order confirmation after I completed the order. Got boots in the mail, with no UGG box, but they were plain gray sold on their site for $30 less than the ones I ordered. they did reply to my email, said if I really want to send them back it will cost me another $35 for shipping and they didn't really think it was worth my time and money to do that! Nice! I have decided it is worth my time to make sure nobody else gives them any money! Funny addition, just got another message from them saying that my order was shipped on the 11th of Dec. and gave me a tracking number--this was in response to 5 emails about receiving the wrong boots! I will be looking into getting money back from my card company.

I also have been scammed by this miserable excuse of a "business." We ordered back on Dec 1st then an e-mail with a fake tracking number came across on the 14th. and tried to e-mail nicely the first time and then second time threatening legal action and reporting to FTC. Still no response nor boots. I did find a phone number, but it is from China, if it's even real. This is what I've found and complained with per who owns the domain name thefirstboots.com:

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor internet scam-ugg boots

I ordered boots for my daugther off of this web site. I'm usually very careful where I order from on the internet but I was in a hurry. My first clue something was wrong was when I put in the details of my order and credit card and hit submit, there was no "review" or double check, such as "are you sure you want to place this order?" I was immediately charged and given no order or confirmation number. When I went to the contact page (which I should have done BEFORE ordering) I saw the only way to contact this company is via a HOTMAIL account . RED FLAG! So I immediatly called my credit card co and was informed that the charge was to some chinese name in Bejing! So spread the word...do NOT order from this site or you will be lining the pocket of some chinese punk and will never get a response from them...much less your boots.

Ugg.com / Deckers Outdoor no email responses no confirmation of order and quick cash withdrawl

Bootsbuyonline.com and UGG aubootspayless.com...both these sites are fraudulent!

I ordered from from one and minutes after ordering I emailed to cancel never received a reply on the email nor did I ever receive a confirmation email nor any tracking number.

I ordered from the other site only to find out after placing the order it was exactly the same as the previous one. Once again no email no confirmation...they took the money from the account. I tried to stop the payments but it was too late. I called my bank and am filing a claim against the sites and Im hoping to get the money back. When the money was taken out it only said post c technology was the company that took the money out of my account. This disgusts me.

I have filed a complaint with my bank and they tell me they will try to credit my card. I received one pair of boots yesterday they look like UGGS but the stitching isn't perfect. My son signed for it so I'm afraid to send it back... I'm awaiting another pair and I have informed all not to sign for it so that it can be sent back. I will only stick to well known sites. My boots did come from China as the outside of the package was in Chinese...

YOUR MONEY WENT TO SOME CHINESE A**HOLE..THAT'S WHERE! And so did mine! I just ordered a pair of boots for my daughter today and realized about an hour after I sent the send button that i ordered the wrong size. That's when I really realized that this was a scam...the contact info had a hotmail email address and I never got a confirmation email or order #. Of course they were quick to charge my card $80. I've contacted Visa and they are reporting it and hopefully the charge will be removed. I would NOT use a debit card or paypal on any internet sites...too risky and you will probably never get your $$ back.
