| I have received two of these letters in the past week, both addressed to me. I presumed they were scam Postal Letters that can be sent to the US postal service, as they used the postal service for fraudulent purposes. I've had to file these kinds of complaints before. I almost didn't catch the light writing on the back of the portion to be returned either, but it is readable if you catch it in the right light. If you want to send a complaint to the US Postal service, they will probably file further complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and Antiterrorist Organizations Worldwide. These types of things are to get your information and to get signatures, banking information, addresses for passports, driver's license numbers all for the purpose of trying to get you to give as much information, and money in some cases for obtaining money... as you've probably seen in emails, or other letters. These tell you not to tell anyone, but to send money for this or that via Western Union. Those funds are collected not for the tariffs, fees, etc, for you to get your money, (like the Caritas Lottery), but are a way of collecting money for terriorist operations worldwide. Nigerian originated letters, at times have required the winners to fly to Nigeria, where instead of obtaining their funds, but to be murdered for their trouble. I ignore all of these attempts that people use to try to get me to be someone's heir, when they left a large estate, with no heir... I have never in my life seen the things I have seen in the past 4 years... a |
