TwinkleDeals products not shipped as promised

When I placed my order on the 17th of december, I picked products that said would ship out within 3 days! They didn't! Some started to ship on the 26th of december. That's 9 days! The information on the website is deceitful. The last item was shipped on the 30th of december. I'm disappointed and beyond frustrated with my decision to shop twinkledeals. I still don't have my grand kids gifts. Christmas was the 25th of december.

As long as this order is taking, please start a refund, or I can have my bank get my money back, I will return the products and go shop somewhere reputable.

I'm happy to submit a review.

TwinkleDeals mermaid blanket

My name is kimberly alvarado. I purchased a mermaid blanket online in november. I received confirmation that it was mailed out on december 15. It is now december 29. I still don't have my blanket, which was supposed to be a christmas present! I want a full refund ! The tracking number is t1612010832234626. The reference number is 1zy16w78yw99701659. When I try to login to your website to track the blanket, it says to enter a valid email address, even though the email address I enter is the one I registered with, and the one your company sent me the confirmation email to! When I try to reset my password it says email not found. When I log in with facebook, the only order that shows is an order I placed in september. TwinkleDeals women's clothing and shoes

I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 3, 2016, for a Velour String Loose Hoodie, an A-line floral embroidered skirt, a pair of chunky heeled round toe zip boots, and a pair of earrings for my daughter. I then received an email on December 15th that part of my order had just been shipped. Today, December 22nd, I called the shipping company and was told that my shipment was still not in the United States, and that they were not able to track my package until it reached the US. I have searched in vain for a phone number for the company, but no such luck. This is no way to do business. I would like a full refund for all my items.
The hoodie is sku #[protected] size small, color wine red, USD $20.39. The skirt is sku #[protected], size medium, color black, USD 18.56.
The shoes are size 37, sku # [protected], color black, USD $33.43. The earring are sku # [protected], USD $1.91.

Why have you not got a phone number so customers can contact you?
I've been tracking my order & since December 4th it hasn't moved, it says Beijing airport and left. If it's left Beijing airport on the 4th it's now the 9th how is it that it's not reached it's next destination yet? I understand you use the slowest form of delivery but it's very annoying when I can't contact anyone with my issue.

This internet site completely has unprofessional and dishonest service.
I ordered some home textile stuff, first they kept us 1 week without contact us.. when we contact them; they said we need to extra shipping payment from you, if we want to received them faster! What i know; when you buy things they should have give all the info and choice before your payment! no they took our money, and kept wait for extra shipping.. unbelievable! anyway we paid, and started wait things again it arrived, but postman asked 23 eur for shipping tax! it was unbelievable! it's more cost than goods and again they didn't tell us about that not finish i opened to package of course poor quality stuff and they sent us missing items. Probably they will send us which was missing, we will pay again shipping tax for nothing! And when i contact with customer support she copy-paste to me shipping policy again and again..

and i contact them via fb page The customer support her name is Sonia she started what ever i asked she sent it to me maybe 10 times same copy-paste policy even i told her ths is make me more anger.. she copy paste again and no answer about missing items!

TwinkleDeals two items of clothing, coat and trousers

I made a purchase on May 8 with TwinkleDeals, all of the details of which are outlined below, and have subsequently sent at least 5 tickets asking them queries that have NEVER been answered and trying to use their chat lines which do not work.. So far I have had NO CONTACT WHAT SO EVER by any means except for an automatically generated email saying we will answer you email in 24 hours. ###! NO product has arrived and neither has there been a postal advice of failed delivery either.
this claim"Please feel free to contact us for any questions and suggestion. We will try our best to serve you" is simply a JOKE

TwinkleDeals dresses

I ordered TWO dresses from TwinkleDeals.com the April 6, 2016 and now it's April 29, 2016 and I never received one of the dresses I bought. I also got a dress that was 2 sizes too small and they DO NOT accept returns. They tell you that if your dress doesn't fit, go buy another one from them! I've put in at least a half dozen tickets with complaints and nobody gets back with me, or seems to care that I paid for two dresses and only received one! (And that one was the wrong size!) This is an awful site that is a scam. Do not buy from them.

I'm having problems for some reason they need a picture of the dress the package it come in the writing on the ticket. For what I've never in my life have I had to take pictures. I think this is a scam . The dress I ordered is to small all I want is to return the dress for a larger size. It doesn't take a genius to give the consumer a address. When you receive the dress take all the pictures you want. The method twinkle deals uses is ridiculous. Make it simple for the customer if you really appreciate there buisness. Making people is mad is bad buisness.

TwinkleDeals lack of customer service!

Back in January I've purchased a swimsuit from TwinkleDeals. They said that shipping usually takes 10-25 business days. It was ok with me since I still had plenty of time before my vacation. It is now two months after I made an order and I finally gave up. I've tried to contact them many times but never heard back. Then I contacted PayPal and they returned my money, but I never hard a word from TwinkleDeals. I'll never order anything from this site, they are quite unprofessional and the lack of customer service is beyond ridiculous!

TwinkleDeals poor customer service!

I've purchased a dress from TwinkleDeals back in November and received nothing yet! Whenever I send an inquiry about the order, I get a "computer generated response" about how they are thankful for me being their client. It takes them forever to process the order. Well, this is not the first time I have ordered things from Twinkledeals and must say that I could walk to China faster. I have ordered from them two times and have yet to receive any of the orders. Luckily, I received a partial refund. I have opened a complaint with PayPal and only after that they've ordered me a refund. Please, stay away from this place!

TwinkleDeals very bad customer service!

I've purchased few swimming suits from TwinkleDeals website in late January. Later I actually received an email stating that my order was going to be shipped on March, but that never happened. When I made my order they stated that shipping usually takes about 25 business days. Completely ridiculous! I've contacted customer service many time, but they provided no help.
I suggest everyone to stay away from this terrible website!

TwinkleDeals awful company!

Back in January I ordered one item from TwinkleDeals and paid extra money for rush shipping. Two weeks passed and I received no confirmation email and no tracking number, so I contacted them to ask what was going on. They said that everything was fine and shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. Really? I paid extra for the shipping and they shipped my item with the most slowest shipping company ever! Then after another week passed, I emailed again but received no response. And then I decided to read other's reviews and was shocked. Awful company!

I made an order in early February and received nothing yet. I contacted TwinkleDeals customer care and asked about the status of my order and they said that it is on its way. Then I received a message stating things I ordered were out of stock and they asked me to pick something else. I refused and asked for a refund. Their rep claimed they never give refunds and the only thing they can do is to send me something else. Absolutely ridiculous! What if I don't need anything else? What if I wanted things that I paid for? Terrible company! I already contacted my bank and they promised to help.

TwinkleDeals awful website!

I ordered a dress from TwinkleDeals in a large size. I knew things were coming from China and from the previous experience have learned the sizing difference between US and China. This time dress finally fit but the quality was way off! It was absolutely terrible and ugly, there were no button holes or loops for the buttons! Material was itchy and scratchy. When I contacted customer service and told them I want to return the dress they refused to give my money back. They asked me to send pictures which I did, but they said that the pictures weren't received. Liars! Never again!

TwinkleDeals poor quality

I purchased a jacket from TwinkleDeals website and when it arrived I was very disappointed with the poor quality. It looked nothing like pictures on their website, it was just a cheap copy of the product. The material was rubbish, and the zipper was not even working, it was stuck. Moreover it had a strange smell. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they suggested me to keep the jacket because shipping back would be too expensive. They promised to give me a 50% refund, still waiting for my money. I will not recommend TwinkleDeals.

TwinkleDeals where is my order?

I ordered a dress from TwinkleDeals at the beginning of the month. I accidentally found this website and decided to give it a try and see how good it was. So the dress I ordered was rather cheap. I decided to order something cheap first. It is now the end of the month and I received nothing yet, not even a confirmation email or tracking number. Tried to call them but no one ever answered the phone. If this isn't resolved within a week I will be canceling my order and getting my money back.

TwinkleDeals waste of time & money

I found a gorgeous dress on TwinkleDeals website and immediately ordered it. Unfortunately what I received looked nothing like the picture on their website. It looked cheap and very poorly made. I opened a case via Paypal. I tried to contact TwinkleDeals customer care, but was completely ignored, so I asked PayPal for help. Later I finally received a message from TwinkleDeals stating I would be refunded within a week. Thanks to Paypal I received a full refund! TwinkleDeals is the worst company I have ever purchased from. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Please do not order from them you will regret that.

TwinkleDeals unethical behaviour

I purchased 4 dresses from twinkledealscom and only received 3 I was also given the wrong sizes the material was not what it was suppose to be and they are all very see through as well as the patterns on the dresses don't even resemble the dresses on their site also one has a seam running down the front of the dress the other one that has no sleeves starts falling down as soon as I start walking. This company has really miss represented them selves. I am on a pension and it took me along time to save up for these dresses and now I am going to be out of pocket and I have dresses that I cannot wear. The dress that I did not receive was the Sexy Plunging Neck Cross- Sleeveless Dress

TwinkleDeals ridiculous!

I wanted to make an order and when I was ready to pay for my item, TwinkleDeals requested a photo of my ID, driver license and passport. They took my money and after that they asked me to send them an image of my credit card. My card was charged and my order was put on hold for no reason until the images requested are sent to them. I refused to send them a copy of my driver license and credit card as this seemed very strange. I’m an online shopper and must say that there is not a single online company who has requested these documents. It is also really bad that they go ahead and charge your card while putting order on hold. After I declined to give them any photos, they cancelled my order and promised to return my money within 3-5 days. I contacted them several times and I'm still waiting for the refund.

TwinkleDeals "coat" and sweater not as described

I purchased a "coat" and sweater from this company on 12/22/15, it arrived on 1/13/16, fine. The problem is the quality of the product is ATROCIOUS! The "wool coat" I ordered looked like it had literally been cut out of felt. I am a size 4 womens and this only fitted my 9 nine year old, not me. Not to mention the quality was HERENDOUS. I also ordered a sweater that again was cheap, poorly made, and not as described on the website. Very very disappointed, please stay aware from ths site, it is shipped from China, and the product is not deleivered as described. SCAM!
