I ordered a product from this website more than 10 days ago. At "check out" it claimed "dispatched the next working day". I received an email confirming my order. Ten days later after emailing and phoning (no answer not even a voice mail option) I have had no response to my queries. I would be very weary of using this site. I don't feel very confident of ever receiving my purchase or a refund. BE WARNED!

my son in law purchased a new metal nose cone for the restoration of his grandads 1958 fordson dexta tractor over 300 pounds paid was told dispatched next day no response allowed and phones are dead.. i don, t even think they owned one to post. we are upset and disgusted with there fraud like way, s. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Goods ordered 23 July 2012, payment taken(Sagepay) 24/7/12. Numerous e-mails and phone calls have all gone unanswered. Still no goods as of 23/8/12.

I purchased a product from Sunset-solutions online. They have taken payment but no goods have been received. The telephone number [protected] is a deadline. They do not respond to emails. I have since been online and have now seen that they have terrible feedback and are a scam. They have conned lots of people. They also have other companies related to them doing the same thing. I wish I had researched the company before purchasing from them. I am a pensioner and did not pay by pay pal so will probably not get my money back. This company needs to be stopped before it robs any more vunerable people like myself.
Please advise.

My brother purchased a NONO hair removal system and after a long delay and a few emails it arrived in the post.
It was not workin and was missing some items and was not useable. I have sent it back and will see if they refund the money. My brother is 74 yrs old and this Christmas he wanted to buy of us somethig special from him due to his own personal reasons. I will certainly not let this go and will name and shame. Watch this space.

I Ordered two frozen dresses together with Wands, hairpieces and crowns for my daughters Xmas presents. I have not currently received these items and the phone number is dud and thus far I have had no response to emails. I'll be contacting paypal tomorrow to seek a refund from this transaction.

I purchased an expanding garden hose from this company, it went faulty after 10 E-mails, 3 letters and 60 phone calls I took them to Small Claims Court only then did they refund me they also had to pay another £25 for my court cost so do mess about E-mail them give them 14 days to reply then go to Small Claims Court on Internet and fill in the form this will get their attention, we all need to do this to stop this company ripping us off.

I had the same experience of placing an order for a Vogels TV bracket with TV Solutions UK, getting order confirmation then not receiving the goods. I called the contact number, left my details, and emailed several times without response. It disgusting. When I opened a dispute through Paypal then suddenly I received an order update from TV Solutions saying that my order has been refunded but will check to make sure my money is returned. I don't think these guys are a scam, they're not intelligent enough, they're just a bunch of incapable clowns that can't run a business.

I ordered an expanding hose which came but was faulty so i had to send it back. Still waiting 2months later for a refund. Tried calling and sent many emails also sent a letter in the post but no reply at all! Don't buy from this company they are nothing but fraud merchants!

I rang Trafford Trading Standards and was told huffily that they do not speak to 'individuals'
and that I should speak to 'Consumer Advice' which I had already done and which is based in London ! Given the numerous complaints about this fellow, is it not time that Trafford got off their ratepayer-funded backsides and did something about stopping his activities ?

I put an order into this company on the 12th march and received a email confirming my order which cost 169.20pounds and as of yet iI have not received my goods even though the money has been taken from my credit card. There are about four phone numbers attached to this company none of which are ever answered neither are emails. If indeed you are a small company as you said in one of your comments above and you cant deal with your customers in the UK then why are you taking orders from other countries? Scam pure and simply i have informed our international fraud squad and they are going to be looking in to your dealings as this isn't the first time you have scammed people in Ireland but it will be your last... and I suggest you refund my money or send my goods... order number 60100

Ordered model tractor through Vintage Tractor Solutions. Promised delivery in 2-5 days. No delivery - e-mails ignored, phone not answered. Sent 'time of essence' letter and threatened to report to Trading Standards. Finally got refund. This fellow is advertising goods he has not got and taking customers' money when he knows he cannot fulfil order. If you have paid on debit card, ask your bank to 'charge back'. He won't like that because bank will stop him using pay by card facilities if it happens often. He is either completely incompetent or plain dishonest. I have still made report to Trading Standards.

I also purchased a flutterbye fairy from this company for my grandaughter for christmas.It worked about six times but now doesn't have the power to lift off the base even when charged with top quality batteries.Also one of the fairies wings keeps jamming behind her arm stopping her spinning.E-mailed the company over a week ago to find out if it had a warranty and what their returns policy was.Still awaiting a responce.Come on Mark, and do the right thing towards your customers or you'll soon find yourself joining the benefits brigade. I received a flutter bye fairy but it had no USB lead which is particular to the item and I've had no success in getting one elsewhere. Needless to say a host of emails and calls have gone unanswered. I only wish I'd have googled this cowboy firm before I ordered. Off to Argos now to replace my child's Xmas present leaving me £30 out of pocket.
He claims to be a small firm trying his best, well I'm sorry it's just not acceptable to offer a service, take money from hard working people and then ignore their polite enquiries about things they have paid for.. I wonder how he would feel if the shoe were on the other foot and we didn't pay for items he sent?
I'm disgusted and furious!

I also ordered a flutterbye fairy and got a cheap copy! That also had two of the connectors in the battery compartment missing! My daughter was very upset on Christmas day. I have emailed twice and called but no answer. Disgusting company!

Initial "pleasant surprise" turned to dismay when inspected. Flutterbye Fairy turned out to be a cheap copy " Beautiful Flying Fairy". Not impressed

I ordered 2 flying fairies on the 29th nov. I received a email of confirmation instantly and then a few days later a email apologising for delay. I was then told they were dispatched on the 9th dec and would be sent 1st class by royal mail, and that i would received them in 7-10 working days. But surprise surprise, after several emails and telephone calls (no one answers and no answering machine) I still haven't received them. I to have raised a dispute with PayPal, and will also contact my bank and trading standards if I do not get a response from Mark Hutchinson. I am going to make sure sunset solutions cease trading, if I do not receive my items which was for my daughter for Xmas. Averyunhappycustomer.com. Beware to all!

Yet another complaint, I ordered some items but didn't get them. I checked the company at Company's House and everything seems legit, so why have Company's House still got them registered as active and trading?

I too placed an order 10 days ago and no sign of it yet. My order was through 'Vintage Tractor Solutions' which is also part of the Sunset Solutions group. I have tried the phone constantly for days but had to response and my many emails have gone unanswered. I'm not sure what to do next as I paid with a debit card. I guess I should have checked out the company before ordering but I didn't think a vintage tractor website would be a scam!

I too ordered a Flutterbye fairy for my daughter. I have rung several times and emailed you. Every other company seems to be able to fulfill their Christmas orders except you. I am very disappointed. Just to let yo know Mark Hutchinson I have opened a dispute via Paypal. I hope at least you will respond to that.

I have just received a phone call from my mum who is very upset because she ordered 4 flutterbye fairies for her grandchildren for christmas a month ago and nothing has arrived and she cant get any answers and email not getting sent now. I think this is disgusting that these people are still able to trade and take peoples money. Got no shame Mark... If you have a decent bone in your body you will refund people and close your site but I wont hold my breath. Im sure you will have a great christmas with all the money you have scammed and a good night sleep an like your victims.

Yes Mark, I too ordered 2 flutterbye fairies from you over a week ago, have tried calling no answer and have sent numerous emails, if you are a small company surely customer service should be your highest priority without that you will never ever succeed, I repeat what the above person has said, prove all the negative comments wrong and sent proof of despatch and I too will post a better review for you on this site, this is no way to conduct a business, everyone beware!

purchase a flutterbye fairy for my grand daughter, never recieved product. Tried to phone them and emailed but never any reply. I contacted my bank who refunded the money. Just save any reciepts emails etc the bank send a form you fill in and return it with them and they give your money back. Dont be out of pocket because of these thieves cashing in on xmas

Ordered 8 cuddleuppets for family children for christmas on 12th November. Still no delivery and heard nothing. Emailed three times and called three times - no answer. Now emailed Mark himself. I will be asking the credit card company to treat this as fraud and refund my money. Waste of time. Very disappointed.

Really dissapointed ordered two flying fairys for Christmas gifts. Emailed to check they were in stock after I paid NO reply also called & NO reply. Avoid these people they are nose definately scammers and I have lost out to the tune if £64 no great with it being so close to Christmas!

I ordered an Expanda hose which I received after just 2 days. Had a query regarding connecting the spraygun to it, which was answered & resolved within 30 minutes by "Mark" after my e-mail to Sunset-Solutions.
I must say that I have seldom received such good service and my experience was contrary to all the above.

Surprise Surprise, I finally got my order of 50ft expanding hose from Sunset Solutions, after 12 days, I had gone on to EBAY and found EBAY had them down as" THIS TRADER HAS NO ITEMS FOR SALE", however, I would not RECOMMEND them to anyone, I can only wish you guys that have lost out, will also be as surprised as I was, at getting my order at last, any trader that tells you not to try and contact them as you will not get an answer, should be enough for all of us to say, THANKS FOR THE WARNING, and leave well alone, wish you guys luck,

I think that ALL businesses who trade, like this trader SUNSET-SOLUTIONS, who trade under other names, should be registered to all card companies, that way, any who finish trading, would have to inform card companies that they no longer trade, that way any one buying after, the card companies would not honor card purchases automatically, something must be done to eliminate these rouge traders,
