I did receive order#205413, but it was suppose to be new still in original package. I've have tried to watch the series and some do not play it has commercials and the series is not complete. I can not reach on the phone number that was provided and the card i got with my series says contact customerservice@dvdavenue.com they sent a e-mail back saying they don't even carry dvd's. I contacted my credit card company when i could not reach you to find out were they where. E-bay can't find them. i just want the COMPLETE series were they all work in order, no commercials and there is an ending and no scratches or fingerprints. Ive tried many attempts to email the company still nothing. I ordered before February. I called the phone numbers on my receipt they no longer work.

I have exactly the same problem I order a complete series, and there are commercial adds right the way through, episodes stop playing at any time and they are terrible copies. I also have duplicate discs, in some seasons I have two or three of the same episodes.

I have also tried to contact tvdvdworld, my emails bounce back and the telephone line is not connected. I want to be able to contact someone about this and get a total refund on my purchase.

I discovered this site (TVDVDworld.tv) early april, I placed an order with them shortly after. I got an e-mail notice from them stating that my order is on back-order for 5-7 business days and will not be charged to me until it ships. I have been getting the same e-mail once every day since then, with also a link in it if I wanted to cancel my order. Well after seeing the many complaints about this company I felt that I better cancel my order with them as soon as possible. I clicked on the cancel order link with no luck, then I called their toll free # (1-800-787-1219). The first time I called, after I got the usual voice recording that the next available agent will take your call as soon as possible, I was connected to this woman "Rachael". Every time I tried to speak to her she acted like she couldn't here me, (even though she stopped talking when I tried to talk back to her). So I hung up and called again, and this time I got forwarded to some foreigner that sounded like he was from India, and his voice was very faint and difficult to here. But after giving him my transaction # I managed to get my order cancelled. So from now on, I will investigate these so called fly-by-night video shops before I ever do any business with them.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TVDVDWORLD.COM! These guys will rip you off. I purchased two sets of DVD for $170.00 and not once did they acknowledged my purchase order. It has been 3 weeks! I did not know why. So I looked at my bank statement and noticed the charges to my account. I saw a phone # 866-646-0645. I called them and it is always "busy". That was disturbing sign #1. Sign #2, their website does not post any address. Sign #3, they ask you to email them if any questions and that they will reply timely. I emailed them several days ago asking for a refund...do you think they replied? Not. These rip off artists also have other websites. These are them: TVADDICTS.TV.COM, DVDCRAZE.TV.COM, and DVDAVENUE.TV.COM.
You will see that their font is the same, there is no contact information (no phone #, no address, etc). Can somone report these sites to the proper authorities? I will try but will need help.

I order from tvdvdworld.com got some clearly bootlegged dvds. Needless to say I was unhappy! The set was even missing some of the DVDs, but I was able to get a hold of them @ ( 1800 787 1219) Not only did I get a full refund but I also learned a lesson about ordering from an unknown online companys! I hope this number helps someone.

Thank you, thank you Scott for posting the number 1800 787 1219. I am curious, how did you find them to be a source for resolving problems with the scam 866-646-0645?

What can be done about TVADDICTS.TV.COM/TVDVDWORLD.COM?

Does anyone have an address from their received product? Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau on them?

1800 787 1219 is DVD Express, they say, and have promised a full refund (in advance) and an addressed envelope to send back the product. I will wait to see if this is true and update.

Very scary. Thank you to whomever began this site.

I will never deal with other than Amazon again.

Fascinating. Try connecting to either to either tvdvdworld.tv or tvaddicts.tv or www.allmyfavoriteshows.com -- the sites no longer exists.

I ordered a DVD set in Dec. and waited until March and gave up. I tried calling and emailing, nothing. I took them to the BBB in California and they gave up also after a month of trying to get ahold of them. I waited about a month or two and decided to try it again using my second email address. Now since I had ordered 4 weeks ago, I have been getting a message, sometimes twice in a day, that my order will be fulfilled in 5-7 days. What a rip off and they still have everyones credit card numbers. I just wrote them to cancel my order and how could they advertise DVDs on their site when they don't have them!! Good luck to the people who think they will get theirs!

I have emailed them numerous times to cancel my order and my email comes back undeliverable. How do you get through to these people! What a nightmare. They just keep sending me the same message that I have been getting for the last month. Everyday maybe twice a day I am getting these messages. I sure hope someone else takes these people to the BBB like I did (even though it didn't help) . You are right about them changing names. When I did my first order, it was under a different name. After I went to the BBB of California on them, it came back different name. I am just trying to cancel my order now.

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. I did finally recieve my order, but, like others here, some are unwatchable, and I have 3 discs that are the same also! I also had trouble sending them an e-mail, it was undeliverable, I never tried to call. But maybe this will help others to not get ripped off! And like N.W. said...they have our card #'s...that's scary, I'll be keeping an eye on my statement.

I just went back on their site and found their "guarantee". They say they won't accept "damaged" goods! And it has to be within 5 days! Well if you haven't watched them all within 5 days, you don't know if they're okay! I have 7 seasons to watch...I also have a job and family to take care of. It's impossible to watch that much in that short of time. And since they were "damaged" when I received them! I agree with Dee, I think I'll stick with Amazon.com!
