Tupperware India jar lid was broken

Respected sir
We are very sorry inform you about your tupperware products I have purchase the jar but its lid was broken without our mistake your subdealer assured us that is has it has life time gauarantee but when I complained about it it was ignored.
So I want you to brief it properly my genuine complain otherwise I will knock the door of consumer court. So please do the needful and replace it. Thankyou

Tupperware India illegal distributorship

the distributor owner name is neetu prashar and she is running the business which is against the law . she has made some of the fake agents which are even not in the reality. her business is in house, according to rules it is illegal.some of the officers of tupperware also know about it but dont do nothing. please cancel her distributionship untill law do that and the company name gets hurt

Tupperware India manager walks out on party demonstration

I am very upset with the fact that there is no one that you can speak to regarding an official complaint, or they pass you on to someone else and then someone else.
I would not recommend having a Tupperware Demonstration to any of my friends, or to any other people considering to do this. I recently went to a Demonstration on Saturday the 11th October, only to have the Demonstrator, who happens to be the local area Manager be rude and then to walk out and not let the hostess know that she had gone, and she also left behind the few orders that had been made. The hostess of the party was very upset, she also hasn't heard from this Woman. So will she receive her hostess gift or will this be discarded like the orders?
I know the sales order was of a low dollar value, but shouldn't she have taken it? Giving people only 3 full working days to pay for their orders isn't long enough, not every one can afford to pay out a hundred dollars or more within such a short period of time. Maybe if you gave the people a couple of weeks, you might get better sales, as your products are not cheap.
I had been an avid supporter of Tupperware in the past, but now you have lost me along with many other people. They say that word of mouth can either help you or ruin you, and i know which one will be representing you.

So Tupperware clean up your act...

Tupperware India cancelled order

I was looking to buy a large quantity of cups for a Charitable Organization. I contacted Tupperware directly and I was told I had to go through a consultant. I then contacted a couple of consultants and the first one that replied a dealt with. Unfortunately The Organization I was purchasing the cups for had just purchased cups the same day I ordered mine. I then proceeded to call the consultant to cancel my order I couldn't since I already paid for them and she processed the order. I then contacted Tupperware directly again to explain the situation and to cancel the order. This was within a few HOURS of my original order. I was told that this was not something that is done usually. ODD. She processed my request and I was told it was sent to the Escalation Department which can take 2-3 days to review? I phoned back 3 days later to see what the result was I there was no result yet. A week after my original order and my cancellation request I called Tupperware again and I was told the case has still not been decided?

I purchased Midi flow oil dispenser
The measurements on the jar got eraseed
I gave it for replacement to d same distributor from where i bought it
But still after 3 months they are saying that it wont get replaced
for what things are ual providing WARRANTY
kindly help me replace it asap

Tupperware India no response from tupperware

Hello There,
I bought tuppersure back in sept'13 and the cartridge stopped working within 2 months (Hardly used it). I've called the customer service for tupperware ([protected]) in Jan'14 and raised a complaint haven't been given any resolution. I technically stopped using it since dec'13, decided to order a new cartridge from a local distributor and learnt that they only have old cartridges which will expire in couple of months (which was the same scenario the first time I got the product). Hence returned it, cos didn't want to waste 900rs on it again.
I've called the customer service on 9th April 14 again and got an appalling response and wasn't helpful at all and wouldn't put me through to any manger either to resolve the issue (I tried calling them 7 times and no response and 2 other number). I have written to the complaints as well and no response yet.

Tupperware India refuse change product and attitude bad

Tupperware firm at banting have a bad attitude and Arrogant. When i want to change the goods, the worker scold me say it was completed cannot be change. (refuse to change the product). I am very dissatisfied, because the goods was spoiled. So worse, ZZZ

Tupperware India refuse to give the product

Hi,
This is regarding the product which I have already bought from on our consultant. Now that consultant is no longer a dealer but we had to replace one of the lid of the Tupper ware Bottle which we had bought from her.

The dealer with whom we had purchased asked us to contact the Manager[Shilpa - who is the Area Manager] here. She treated us very badly and said WHO YOU ARE. U HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANY THING FROM ME...

Here she being the manager, she is not supposed to be so impolite when I have given her good amount of business thru her consultant.

Tupperware India no replacement for 2 1/2 years

I have been waiting for 2 1/2 years for my replacement tupperware lids and containers. When they were first bought a major selling point was that it is life time guarenteed. I now have containers with no lids and I have had to go and buy other containers as I was short. I have been dealing with the manager at tupperware and even that has gotten me nothing. Out of all that Tupperware would be making, replacing a few products would be nothing. I have since stopped people from buying Tupperware and holding parties so they have lost money there. If they don't want to replace it, don't garantee it. The products obviously aren't made to last and they are so expensive.

We have purchased Tupperware Classic Slim Lunch Box and Executive Lunch Box, the caps are not siting properly after use and leakage can be seen. We have spoken to the tupperware network agent but she is not helping us . Request you to look into the matter urgently as we are facing problems .

Tupperware India flawed cookware series

Purchasing Tupperware has never been such a headache! I have purchased the complete nonstick chief series and tools recommended and have had nothing but trouble. I have had three items replaced with in the first two years and the last couple I have had consultants dodging me left right and centre. They know they are majorly flawed hence they have now dropped the line and replaced them with the stainless steel selection. The non stick peels completely away from the sides! I have never nested them always on own with lid on (their reasons for not honoring the warranty) and how can you over heat a pan when boiling veggie? Isn't that it's job! Some items were used no more than 5 times where others were used continually with the non stick being digested because I could not get a consultant/team leader to sort this out earlier! And now no warranty and still 4 years left on it! Shame on you Majestic sales! And shame on Tupperware for putting a dangerous item for sale! Now do I just wait for the health problems to set in? Over two and a half grand I spent! Never another cent!

Tupperware India replacement of lids

I had been promised replacement -lifetime of loos elids etc by tupperware agent when i had bought the containers . have complained since 2011 and have been assured that the lids have been returned to the company and we are awaiting the replacement. Most of my kitchen storage is Tupperware and now the agent says that the company is just not catreing toour complaints and is refusing to replace the lids . what should we do?

Tupperware India canceled order

I was previously a Tupperware consultant. I wasn't successful and left the business. The recruiter kept in touch and I decided to rejoin and give it a go. My first order had a question and I didn't get a response. I then asked how to return items and I was told that per my agreement, I could not return products. I can't believe this. Furthered, when I rejoined I did not sign up myself, the recruiter did. I had not reviewed it and certainly did not remember this. In the meantime I had placed a second order and requested it be cancelled before it was shipped out. I was told that I couldn't do that, even though it had not been shipped. I refused delivery and then requested a refund as the sale was not completed. I was once again told that they would not issue a refund and I would need to place my original order again. This is ridiculous. They have had my money for two months now. They won't refund my
Money.

I am a Tupperware consumer, not dealer and I tried to cancel a large order within 3 Hours of placeing that order. I contacted the consultant I ordered from and she did not know if that could be done. I contacted Tupperware directly to ask for the order to be cancelled before being shipped. I was told that was not the policy of Tupperware and I filed a request for review with the escalation department which I was told would take 2-3 days to review. A week later it still has not been reviewed.!

Tupperware India denial of life time warranty

I Have been using tupperware products from years. I had purchased many of the modular mates. Around ten of these lids have been cracked. So I called the consultant for the replacement. She came and took 4 of the lids 20 days ago and told me to get them replace and when I called her today she said company is not replacing them and buy new ones for Rs 100 each.
This is not fair and it means company is not keeping its word for "life time guarantee of replacement."

Tupperware India very bad service

I am consultant and placing my orders with "Happy Faces", Bhupsandra, bangalore. I am working woman and joined this as i am great fan of Tupperware. I am using these products from past 12 Years. however joined as consultant recently. My concern is i need to go to the office on different days for different work like to place replacement only on Tue, to get consultant gifts only on Wed and Saturday, that too if i dont pick my consignment for the same weed on Saturday i need to pay Rs25 as fine( i.e new consignments only comes on Friday and i need to pick within 2 days). now if i want do replacement, gift collection and consignment picking is feasible to travel 15KM and come three diffrent days to the office. where i am not earning anything from replacements and those products were not purchased from me. and if i dont collect my gifts within time period because of this different days for different activities i will loose. so how can i cope up with this. Why this is not mentioned while joining the tupperware. it is not changing life it is making lifes hell. i lhave writted to tupperware many times on this issue. no response

Tupperware India bad treatment

Hi, I am an establihed manager with tupperware go getter party sales since a year now, I had joined this business as I am a big fan of tupperware products and I did enjoy doing this business but I am really disappointed by the treatment given to consultants and managers by the office staff and it is more disappointing when our distributor supports the staff. Consultants and managers also have to hear badwords and all sorts of insults and humiliation, moreover often we have to take other products which we have not ordered for and also we dont get our activities and gifts for more than six months. Sometimes we get products in such a bad condition that they cannot be given to the customers, we get the reply from the staff that if customer notices and complaints then only get them back, there are so many complaints against our staff and db but dont know whom to fetch and also here in vasai tupperware has become famous for all wrong business (esp. Discounting and false recruiting)

I fully agree. Even i left this business only becuase of this bad treatment. They will treat you like any thing. They are not at all helping in nature. Also there is no transperancy in Vasai Tupeerware business. They have separate rules for indiviual.

Where, today, does one find "housewives" to invite to these "demonstrations" as they were once called. A little OT, but, Is Stanley Products still doing this? They had great products at my moms demonstration (I mean "party") about 50 years ago and she got a great dutch oven and skillet that I still have and use today!

Sir, I have purchased a Tupperware classic lunch pack in Shillong (meghalaya). while purchasing I was assured of the life time guarantee given on the Tupperware products.But after few months the lids of the lunch boxes cracked.I contacted the lady whom from i purchased the product. She informed me that she is out of this bussiness and i should contact someother agent. Tupperware India sales consultant

Problem with lids simply popping off at will, no rhyme nor reason, on the vent 'n serve product purchased recently. To make a long frustrating story short, when I advised the Sales Consultant of the quality issue (within 30 days as per their website), she was all nice at first, telling me she didn’t know anything about what it said on the website, and that I was only eligible for a refund if I had reported a problem within 10 days. The fact that delivery of the product didn’t happen until 10 days were well past didn’t seem to be a factor. She told me I could get replacement lids, replacement product or a product credit. By this time, my faith in this product line was nil so I agreed to a product credit and proposed some items that I could use that would come to approx. the same price. The next thing that happens is she gets her Director to call to tell me that she "does not expect to hear from me again”. They were not going to help me and to call the 1 800 #. I never thought I would be disappointed in a Tupperware product; however, I certainly didn't expect to be so rudely dismissed by the Sales Consultant. It seems she was all about the sales commission, and trips to Hawaii and obtaining enough sales orders to win a Mustang from Tupperware.

Tupperware India return policy - satisfaction guarantee

I recently purchased the round cake taker and cake taker accessories, along with several other items, totalling approx. $150.00, through a tw party. The cake taker cover arrived with a broken edge, and the egg accessory that was part of the cake taker accessory package did not fit securely, allowing slippage of the top tray of deviled eggs. Even though the tw website indicates they want customers to be completely satisfied, and offer returns/exchanges, the party rep indicated that the policy for party purchases is no returns or exchanges. The only allowance I can get for this problem is the broken item replaced. This is ludicrous! How can one level of purchasing allow returns/exchanges, and another level not allow it? If I had known this, I would have purchased the items online, or not at all. Tupperware used to be the best quality and design of any of the food storage brands. For some time I have realized that I can get rubbermaid for much less, and it lasts just as long. Now, tw's designs are faulty, and their company integrity is questionable in my view.in the future, I will stick with rubbermaid and other brands, I can purchase in a retail store with a decent return policy. I also noticed that tupperware's website conveniently (for them) does not allow contact with the company via internet — only by phone or mail. How archaic and ineffective is that for customers?

Tupperware India cheaply made

Purchased ice cream scoop from tupperware. Was not an inexpensive item. All types of glowing remarks about how well made it was... Etc. - the plating started to peel off the metal portion of the scoop. I could not believe my eyes. After just keeping it in a kitchen drawer for sometime, I was told that tupperware had a 'lifetime warranty'.

I just got off the phone will tupperware customer service. They informed me it was only warrantied for 1 year. I will never buy another product from them. The item number was 3045a-5. What junk. I just purchased a stainless steel scoop on amazon.

Tupperware India lid replacement

Iam a tupperware user for the past 5 years. During sep 2010 I gave my tropical twins lid which was very loose for replacement. The agent took the lid and till now she is unable to replace it. When contacted hershe bluntly tells that company is not issuing the lids at all. So I asked to get me a new one also so that it will be paid by me. I have tried with other agents also till now none of the agents are able to replace me the lid for the tropical twins. This makes me not to rely on the companys products and their life time warranty replacement also stands false according to me. Please help me to sort the issue.

The web site is very difficult to get through. I need a lid for a white 12-cup bowl with a blue lid. It just cracked and split open. I have had the bowl for so many years that I'm not sure the name of it. I used it all the time now it is useless. I have had tupperware for 48 years and it is terrible that I can't find anybody to help me get a lid.

its same story being continuing. If company gives that word as life time warranty then should keep its promise otherwise should shut down the company and refund the customers for selling products of non-standard ones. I strongly agree with this, even I sent couple of lids and boxes to one of the Tupperware members for the replacements around Oct 2011 and till date not received yet. I seriously suspect whether Tupperware is unable to maintain the standards of their products what they promise to the customers and are these middle people (Tupperware members) playing the trick. Its totally disgusting.
