Tumbleair review: The seller shipped the order partially and I still didn't get the second part 2

I bought mats from Tumbleair and money was taken almost immediately. However, the seller has provided only half of the order, so I started to send multiple emails to the seller. I wanted to know the detail of the next delivery and why the order was shipped partially. The seller replied only once and said that they had technical issues, but everything would be shipped soon. No dates, no excuses. I won’t buy from them again.
