I ordered skin care product from the website www.trynulexa.com. I paid only for postage, which cost me about $5. After that I found out that this scammer charged me for $89.99. It was full price of this product. I contacted them and asked why they took so much from me, but these jerks told me that it was for further orders. I cancelled all further orders, but they continued to take money from me. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

These people have been scamming me for months and you call them and they will not cancel anything. All of the phone numbers they have listed, which is about 5 of them you call and then get disconnected. i have tried to get a phone number for their office in Florida where the product comes from and you can't get a number. I have called the BBB and they say they are not listed. Now i am going to have to cancel my bank account to get it stopped which is a lot of work for me because i have to cancel auto payments. These people need to be put out of business now! I have told them 5 times now to cancel this and they will not do it. How do they keep getting away with this...shut them down now!

Even when you call and cancel with them and argue the charges they continuously give you the run-around. My credit card company says they get plenty of complaints about them.

I also purchased Skin Essentials and Vibrant Skin cream and they charged me $4.95 and $4.99 for shipping only. Now my visa card has 2 new purchases for over $200, I called their Customer support Line and when I eventually got through its sounded like chaos in the background, they told me their system was down and they couldn't pull my order number up, and was told to call back in half an hour. FRAUDSTERS! I had to cancel my visa card so they could no longer keep charging it. This company has to be shut down.

The same thing has happened to me - thought I was paying £2.99 for a face cream and they have charged me £75.95 for postage and packaging! Apparently my own fault for not properly reading the terms and conditions and nothing I can do to get my money back now. Guess I will learn from this expensive mistake but feel that they were deliberately unclear on their web site about the high cost of this product. Please be very careful if you are considering buying this product. And also I haven't seen any difference in my skin since I started using it.
