Watch out for this agency as you can't trust them and they will offer you fake promises. I have my own experience through them. I moved from Florida to Dallas leaving my best paying job behind just taking these guys words and ended up in an entirely new place without a job. Not only i didn't get the job i was promised, as the hospital didn't had a vacancy(which i was unaware of) and infact they didn't even receive any records about my contract. The agaency disagreed to reimburse my expenses for the move. They were not even courteous enough to answer my phone calls thereafter.

I signed an 8 week contract with Trustaff. They stole some of my first week’s pay. Told by recruiter and clinical manager, to do modules. Put education on timesheet. They didn’t pay me. Worked for 3 days, they only want to pay me per diem for 1 day. Trustaff is ran by criminals. I’m contacting OSHA and the Labor and Wage Board. They are about to be fined big time by OSHA!

I have just now completed my second nursing assignment with Trustaff Nursing. I had worked 6 weeks of my 13 week assignment when I found out that the facility contract dates and my contract dates were different. I contacted my recruiter in Boca Raton, Florida. He researched the contracts and found that the account manager for the facility neglected to change the start date on my contract, he only changed the names. I am certain that he had already gotten his commission for placing the previous nurse and that he intentionally did not change my contract dates. Due to his oversight I lost three weeks of pay and I am not happy. My recruiter has been helpful, I have no complaints about him. I am sending them a breach of contract notice from my lawyer and I will see if I get the lost wages from Trustaff. I sent an email to their senior staff just a few hours prior to receiving a new contract with the dates changed to show a 10 week assignment instead of the original 13 week assignment. I am refusing to sign the new contract and I do not ever plan to take another assignment with Trustaff. I hope that they do not cause me issues when I apply for another travel assignment with a company that has a better work ethic.

I worked for Trustaff and recently quit. They are a [censored] show operationally and all of your issues are valid. I'm sorry that you fell victim to the incompetence. They're a disorganized company that does very little to rectify their problems operationally and in management.

I had a contract in an Ed in Venice Fl with Trustaff. I passed the exams that they or the hospital threaten you with that if you do not pass the exams/ med tests/ and ekg strips you will be fired on the spot and asked to leave that day. Having passed the exams, I was taken to the ED right away, NO HOSPITAL ORIENTATION! I went straight to " work" without a scavenger hunt to find things, ie: the bathroom, breakroom. etc. I was told I would not have a locker or secure area to lock up my purse/work bad. I was seriously told to leave it on the floor in an unsecured room for the entire shift.
I had NO FORMAL introduction or classes on their EMR. On day 2 I was running 4 rooms by myself. Not only made difficult by the floors units being on paper and I could not look up labs/xrays and the floor being on paper could not review the results either. Having told Trustaff of this so called " orientation" or therfore the lack of., they said to give them 2 weeks notice at the hospital. I said no, my license is on the line and not being able to chart properly put me in a real bind. I was gone in 2 days time. TRUSTAFF DID NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION! So, I have been blackballed from the company and the others they are affiliated with. Ridiculous and no support. After all, I did at least 40 hours of " at home" online coarses for this hospital and Trustaff. What a HUGE WASTE>>> NO BACK UP! Warning...

I am in the process of bring a class action lawsuit against Trustaff and Travelers Haven (they are the same company). Lost wages, unpaid wages, and over-charging for housing. Would you be interested or know someone who might. There will be no money up front, but you will need to provide documentation to the attorneys. cornflakegirl00@hotmail.com

OK these posts are all truly irritating to me. I am a traveler as well and have been screwed over by unscrupulous travel companies. WHO DO WE REPORT THESE COMPANIES TOO? WHO IS WATCHING THEM? They constantly get away with embezzling our money!

I am a CST, and unfortunately have been with Trustaff for a few months. My first assignment in El Paso was going ok until the charge nurse and I had a disagreement, and her boyfriend, also a CST in the same OR threatened to wait with his friends for me to leave work to fight me. When I reported this to Trustaff, their response was, "Well do you think you can stick it out?" I chose to leave that assignment early, just for my own safety. My second Trustaff assignment was in Wausau, WI. The day I flew in and had just gotten settled into my new place, I received a phone call on a Sunday afternoon from the OR director Shelly, only to be told that my agency didn't properly handle my flu declination form and that I wasn't cleared to work in their OR. I asked if I would be paid for having to miss a day of work, and was given the usual runaround from my second recruiter Amanda. I never did get paid for their mistake. My third assignment was to be in Chandler, AZ. I interviewed well, was offered the position, and signed the contract. I was told by my recruiter Amanda, that getting credentialed would be very easy. Unfortunately the credentialing specialist Marcia Blythe, one of Trustaff's real geniuses, sent me a list of documents that I had already sent in for my first assignment and they were already in possession of. I called and emailed her to get some clarification as to why she requested all the same documents. I didn't hear from her or my so called recruiter Amanda for days. Finally she responded via email stating to just send in whatever was on the list that I didn't send in previously. Well, there was a request for a State of Virginia Tax form, the only problem was that my assignment was in Arizona. Once again, I emailed both Amanda, Marcia, and Jeff asking for a specific list of exactly what they needed from me in order for my file to be 100% complete and acceptable for the facility. Days went by again, so I finally sent a less than courteous email to both Amanda and Marcia informing them that they were incompetent and needed to learn how to communicate more effectively. To my surprise I FINALLY received an email from another one of Trustaff's misfits named Jeff informing me that he had made a "managerial decision" to terminate my employment with Trustaff due to my vulgar and unprofessional behavior towards his staff. I was simply trying to find out what I needed in order for my file to be complete, but apparently asking the lackeys at Trustaff to simply do their jobs efficiently is grounds for termination. Most other agencies would value an experienced employee with the initiative to want to complete their file ASAP. Not Trustaff! So there's my Trustaff experience. Thanks for reading.

There is no integrity with this company. They promise the moon and deliver sewage. They get you on a job (maybe), and do nothing once you are there. If you are looking for a bad experience then this is your company.

What law suit? I worked with them in 2016 which was a horrible experience for me and a friend of mines. What makes it even worst was I was discriminated upon as a DAV. So please I want in on this issue because I was trying to figure out how I could get some kind of justice for the both of us.

This was by far the creepiest company I have ever worked for. They put me in an extended stay filled w drug addicts.. we found a camera in the room..that worked... they had me work three weeks and I never saw one paycheck the claimed they lost tons of money and had to cancel the contract. What a gross abuse to human beings. they don't care if their nurses go onto the streets w no money. Human predators and the camera was the all time creepiest of the whole set up. Reporting them to all law enforcement agencies and to BBB anything else or anywhere else I can. This experience was over 5 years ago however I believe the owners are linked to the porn industry. Total creepy predator weirdos...

Glad Trustaff cancelled my contract, or breached the contract before it was started, so I don't have to lose money with them as others
have reading the negative comments. Everybody, PLEASE SUE this company out of business fast for the sake of our healthcare
profession. Trustaff thinks healthcare provider employees they hire are cheap, don't work for them, they will treat you horribly, then
will try to ruin your name in the healthcare arena. Stop using Trustaff everyone. The few of you out there who aren't have trouble with
Trustaff, good for you, you probably have a great recruiter then, the other recruiters are not good and some even will mislead with false
promises, even after the contract is in black and white, Trustaff will not honor the contract, and they don't care if they are sued.
Go elsewhere, and have a good life and fun! You won't find it here.

Trustaff cannot be trusted for the following reasons: Cancel contracts before assignment begins; quote a wage then change it lower;
all paperwork submitted and complied with company requests, only to have been hired by hospital, then Trustaff cancels contract before assignment begins. Went to one assignment after hired by hospital, travelled across the USA to arrive to assignment, only to
find out Trustaff breached contract without cause, they didn't even care, only laughed, even when I had contract in hand on arrival to
job. Hospital frustrated too. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD Company!

Took a second assignment with Trustaff. Heading to Florida. The hospital gave me no orientation, then floated me to a floor I had never worked on once again with no orientation. I complained to my recruiter explaining the unsafe situation at the hospital and the risk they were putting on my license. Then I show up to work to find out from the hospital that the floor I'd never worked on I'd be the first to work on everyday I was there. I refused the unsafe assignment, was threatened, insulted and attempted intimidation by their admin. All reported in great detail to my recruiter. The contract was cancelled, the company reversed my paycheck that was paid the previous Friday and I am certain I will never see a dime of the one owed to me the following week. They had already taken out housing etc., to add I spent $500 of my own money not reimbursed to get to and from this assignment. Now recruiters are dodging and not returning my calls even though they were "on my side" last week and looking for me a new assignment.

I am currently on assignment with Trustaff and have given my 2 weeks notice. As the company REFUSES to pay me my housing and food per diems for hours the hosp calls me off. Worked less than 15 hrs over Thanksgiving so only got per diem for hrs worked. How can anyone work for that? Im sure they will put the screws to me these last 2 weeks also.

I took an assignment with Trustaff and I was quoted one rate of pay by my recruiter, worked extremely hard to get all my paper work submitted, pre-employment screening done and when my contract was submitted to me a lower rate of pay was on the contract. I was devasted! My recruiter SS acted like he couldnt remember the initial rate of pay that he offered me. He told me that I was trying to beat the company out of their money. This happened two days before I had to leave for my assignment. I told him that I didn't like being offered one rate of pay and a lower amount put on the contract. I told him that I was not going on the assignment because of that. I don't like Trickery! I had left my full time job to take this assignment. Quite tearful I called the Manager at the assigned hospital and explained to her what happened and apologized for not being able to come to work there. I wish I had read these reviews before I dealt with Trustaff. I would encourage any nurse to read the reviews because they are real! This happened to me 2013.

Currently on assignment with trustaf and highly unsatisfied with them. My job fortunatly is great and I just started an extension but when this is over I will never work for this agency again. Have had multiple problems with pay, unreliable communications...been through three recruiters in as many months and now they won't even take my calls...don't answer emails...they charge me almost twice what my housing actually costs and they charge the facility my full wage for on call hours but pay me less then $3.00/hr. They PUSH assignments on you...even when you tell them that you don't want this sort of work or location (this is my experience in a different regional office of Trustaff) Highly unorganized with paper work...sent me timesheets with incorrect information and fax numbers...told me incorrect dates to sign up for benefits...the list is endless and like I said, when they get tired of your complaints or cant offer any justification they simply ignore you. NEVER NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE PEOPLE...beware...this company is under the umbrella of AMERICAN MOBILE as well

I recently accepted a 3wk contract in IA. The pay I was promised ended up being $300 short a payweek. (I was not the only traveler with Trusfaff up there that their check was also short) My recruiter promised me a bonus to make up for pay loss, she said her manager had agreed to it. I found out today, it had a stipulation: I had to except an extension assisgnment before I got that bonus. I remember questioning a few parts of the contract but took my recruiter's word. BIG MISTAKE! Mind you, I'm not a new traveler, so I really feel stupid at this point and I realize that there is not a damn thing I can do about it.(except to warn other travelers) The big money offered up front is not what your going to get, it's a blended rate(my first experience) no matter what your recruiter tells you. I even told my recruiter that I would blog their company. We, as travel nurses show up in short notices and bust our [censor] for our company to find out later they put the screws to us. We deserve to know which company's are BAD and a big MISTAKE to TRUST or WORK for them.
