this site is a waste of money . They have a good idea with their call center but the management is poor . My business works with many emergency call centers and truckers assist is by far the worst . Missing info about the call . Such as the weight of the truck, if it is loaded, does the driver speak english ? These questions make all the difference when you have to travel 20 miles to get to a service call . If your price is too high by their standards or your ETA is too long by their standards your company will be suspended until a resolution is made . Mind you this service is not free to the service company . It will cost your company an additional 200.00 us. to be added to their preffered vendor list . You can make two mistakes before they cut you off and keep your money . This is the only site with a call center . Maybe their is a reason for that . I got my two calls in two days . My prices were considered to be to high for their customers . Havent heard from truckers assist since . My advise stick with the bigger older companies ( truck down or NTTS ) Truckers assist wont be around much longer if this is how they treat their preffered service providers

Hi TNT Truck Repair. I appreciate you taking the time to write your review and would like to invite you to contact the owner of Truckers Assist directly to address any concerns you may have experienced in the past. It's 2023 and yes we are still in business and welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience. In terms of "guarantee's" this is something that is never conveyed to any service provider when signing up as I have no insight on when and where tractors/trailers would experience a breakdown. What my guarantee is that if a unit is broken down in your service area that we will always position you to receive the call whether it's an inquiry directly from the website or our call center. We always advise vendors to evaluate the membership over the course of a year to ensure you receive a ROI on your investment regardless of how large or small it is. Given it's 2023 and we are still in business, we have thousands of members that are receiving work and have experienced further growth opportunities and PM leads from our service. Our #1 priority is to ensure you receive more visibility on service requests in your area from Truckers Assist.

I look forward to your call.

Hi dilligaf666. I appreciate you taking the time to write your review and would like to invite you to contact the owner of Truckers Assist directly to address any concerns you may have experienced in the past. It's 2023 and yes we are still in business and welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience. In terms of information provided to service providers, if a request is made for a minor mechanical like lights, pigtail, gladhands, etc, we typically don't require the weight of the unit to be reported. If you believe this is important for providing mechanical services then simply feel free to request that upon dispatch and we would then request it. In regards to being "cut-off" I would need more information as to what specifically led you to believe you were. Lastly, just like any other website you pay to list your services, we also offer the same as it's another forum for you to receive more visibility on service requests in your area from Truckers Assist.

In reference to your eta's, yes we always ask a vendor to confirm their eta and if a driver is waiting with a unit and you advise that you won't be onsite for at least 4 hours, then it's our obligation to our customers to get a vendor dispatched in a reasonable amount of time especially if the driver is roadside and safety then becomes paramount. Since 2008, no vendor has been "penalized" by Truckers Assist for having extended eta's as we understand that you have other calls on your daily list however, Truckers Assist gets measured on Roll Times so we need to always be cognizant of that in exploring other options.

I look forward to your call.

We recently signed up for this site and was guaranteed that we would get customers and in 2 weeks we have received nothing at all, and they say we can cancel but they keep our money which is total crap. We also use NNTS and we get much more work and better customer service there. I personally think this company is a scam.
