I ordered flowers from Troys Floral and told them to deliver it to the hospital. I gave all details and paid with my card, afterwards I got the email, where they indicated that the delivery would be today. My mother didn’t get the flowers, but when I contacted them and started to argue, these guys tried to assure me that they have sent cancellation emails. I haven’t seen them, so I don’t believe them.
