Tripsta flight cancellation

We have two seats booked to fly from Edinburgh to Brussels on 27th march. Tripsta ticket number F52001277
Due to the problems at Brussels airport this week KLM flight KL1731 has been cancelled according to the KLM website.
I have called and waited for Tripsta customer service for over twenty minutes before getting through to someone then they cannot tell me what is happening with the flight. They have also not responded to my e-mails today requesting simply a call back to my mobile.
I know the flight from Amsterdam to Brussels is cancelled and they appear to be dragging their heels even to call me.
Very upset at this poor customer service.

Tripsta no response for cancellation despite repeated requests...

Hi, i booked two flights through tripsta company online on 19 nov and 26 nov respectively. vide booking numbers F45779914 & [protected] respectively from Chennai to new delhi for 18 dec. and from Chandigarh to chennai for 27 dec.. now i want to cancel my flights.. but no response is there from companu. i have put 4 mail requests since 8/12/15 to till date. even made 6 calls to their contact number . but no customer care executive is available for the talk...at all.. plz register my complaint against the company for poor service n alleged fraudant attitude, irresponsile behave of company.

Tripsta no service at all, no reply and I paid already

If possible, I would not even give one single star! I booked a flight from Copenhagen to Dusseldorf on 06/JULY/2016. On 20th Nov Tripsta sent me an email saying that the schedule had changed and asked me to reply to see how to arrange. I did send an email, no reply. Then I called the service center, they informed me impossible to get an refund, fine, but "what should I do?" I asked the center. They insisted me to send an email again. AND I DID AGAIN! Until now, 2 weeks from "the schedule change" email, I still have no idea about my revised flight! Is it confirmed or what? POOR POOR service. My reservation: [protected].

I would not even give one star for tripsta service.. I booked a flight from tel aviv to Tenerife south on 30/June/2018. On 07/June/2018 i sent an email to airline company (not tripsta) to find out some details about me flight, they saying me back that the flight was cancelled, all this time nothing from tripsta (any update for the cancellation). I did send an email, no reply. Then I called the service center again no replay...now I got no alternative flight and not refund to my money.. Reservation number: F99083999

I booked international flight with tripsta. I was supposed to have a layover in London. When I was flying before, I never had to check out and check in a transit city, even through I was flying with different airlines. Tripsta didn't bother to inform me that I will have to go through customs in London. There was no information given during booking process.When I found it at the airport and tried to call their Сanadian branch, the number turned out to be invalid. I couldn't log in to their website, they would simply write that there is a mistake. So there is no way to contact them. I had to miss the flight that was taking me home. Now I'm stuck in Calgary and have to buy a new ticket after losing 930 dollars. I sent them 3 e-mails and haven't heard back. I wish I had looked at the reviews before and would know that it is a very shady, irresponsible website that doesn't provide any customer service.

I booked a flight they took my money, the airline would not accept the
booking, so they canceled my flight, refused to tell me by email, i found out by phone, they then refused to refund the money, for 10 - 15 days, and also to this day Ihave nothing from them apart from an email confirming my flight !
Based in Romania and obviously a bunch of thieves !

Tripsta poor service not prepared to alter or cancel a flight

MY daughter wanted to book a flight to Inhambane from OR Tambo. We did not notice that it went via vilancoulous until we received the e- ticket. From that minute the 8 November I have been trying to change the flight. I am prepared to pay penalty pay in extra money, not get money back. I just don't want my daughter to fly alone to Vilancoulous having to stay overnight before flying to Inhambane the next day only. Tripsta merely said they could not due to airline restrictions. When I phoned the airline LAM directly they tell me that there are no restrictions from their side. The reservations agent was so rude when I Said the airline said there were no restriction he said then they should change the ticket. I said I bought the ticket through them and he said I'm flying with LAM not with Trispta. He also said he would not answer any more of my questions. I just want to change the flight form the Sunday 27 December to the Monday 28 December and fly OR TAMBO, MAPUTO, INHAMBANE but seems to be impossible to do. It is more than a month in advance but they are not in the least bit interested to help me. The agent is a man who speaks with a foreign accent. he should not be dealing in customer services

Tripsta flight to ho chi minh city from hong kong

Date of incident - from 16th-21st September
Booking reference - F40099168

Details -

After booking a flight from Hong Kong to Ho Chi Minh City I decided I wanted to change my flight date. A week and a half before my intended flight date I tried numerous times to contact Tripsta. The number on their website doesn't work, it gives you a new number that also doesn't work, then when I tracked down another number that seemed to be correct (judging by the automated voice when you call) I was put on hold for ages each time I called. I was on hold for 10 minutes with no reply, while calling from Hong Kong so it was costing me a lot to stay on the line.

I sent numerous emails to their contact email on the website and I have never had a reply. I even left them my phone number to contact me another way if email isn't possible. As anyone knows flight prices will keep going up so after days of no reply, I've had to book a new flight which has put me out of pocket by nearly £200 - added to the cost of my original flight as, over a week later, still no one has replied to me! I've asked for my money back and some compensation for having to buy a new flight. I'm still getting promotional emails from Tripsta despite no reply to my emails which is patently ridiculous.

This is an awful company who can't even manage basic customer service. I was concerned when I bought a new flight that maybe I should wait longer for a reply, but clearly I was right to organise new flight as still no one has contacted me in over a week. This company is a scam, plain and simple.

Desired outcome - a refund for my original flight which I was unable to change and compensation (part payment to full payment) for my new flight as it ended up costing me more due to waiting around for Tripsta to contact me to book it.

Today is 4th July 2017, I was meant to change my flight with tripsta, but I failed after calling them for more than 10 times as nobody answered my calls, which also cost me many calling fees. This agency is the worst one I have ever met, no one should ever use their service again!

My booked flight was on 27july from doha to calucut and return on 8 sept by jet airways. I received amessage from tripsta that booking cancelled and until now i didnot receive my refund. All customer service number is not answering also. Jet airways says the amount refunded frim them to tripsta.

Hello people,

I have tried calling tripsta as many times as possible and fed up as no one answers the call nor responds to the email, I want to cancel my ticket and get my ticket changed to another date, but none of the people from the company answers the call.

I suggest you to book the ticket through airlines instead of relying on such agents.

I used Tripsta to book flights from London to Florence. CityJet (the airline) had to bump 10 passengers off the flight, and I was one of those people. CityJet has refunded the cost of this flight to Tripsta, but I can't get in touch with Tripsta to get this money passed on to me. The phone numbers are invalid, and no response from the contact form

Hi,

I have booked flight tickets in Tripsta but when wanted to change the booking, Tripsta is not responding for the mails

Also, the site is very bad and no contact number.

This is very horrible experience as I have already spent my money for the tickets.

Now I am feeling bad for doing it and not sure whether my tickets are valid or not.

On 16th may I have booked an Air ticket from Dubai to Trichy, Website got freezed on final payment page and amount deducted . Ticket also not generated

Even after sending so many emails still they are not responding properly

I tried mail to support line of Trispta but i just received an automatic message without an answer. When I try to call to web page contact, it doesn't exist. I need an extra baggage and it's impossible to do the request. Am I in the 21st century?

I was informed by mail I will receive refund on my ticket and I just have to reply to email to confirm and I also bought refund within 2 days but Tripsta said it may take 1.5 month I already replied email but didn't got any response still one week
Please let me know ASAP

Tripsta cancellation run around

I'm truly disappointed in the customer service by Tripsta.com. I've tried unsuccessfully to contact all of the two airlines I'm reserved on to attempt a cancellation or credit. Tripsta tells me to contact the airlines. Ive contacted the first one for my trip, who tells me to contact the airline of the return trip. As you can imagine, that airline tells me to contact Tripsta.com. I cannot get anyone to work with me on this.

I would not recommend them in the future.

Tripsta cancellation fees

They said i didnt write my first name when booking online. So they charging £150 cancellation fees. If i ddnt write my first name how did i get on the next page? Also on there policy it says after we have booked ticket they double check if everything is correct. They ddnt tell me that there was an error. Im the one who contacted them after looking at my eticket which said mrs mrs *****.

Tripsta is a fraudulent agent. They scammed of 90GBP to change the tickets. Which was supposed to be free and it is not in the term and condition. They lock you out of the airline and won't let me change change the tickets directly with the airline. Customer services are almost not existent. Stay clear book with other agencies!

Don't order through Tripsta! you won't be given any service or support ! i had an error on my order and they wouldn't change it unless paying huge amount of money (equals almost to the whole deal! ~800 eur)

Do yourself a favor and find an agency that respects itself and its clients and willing to help its customers

Tripsta is a thief agency becous I pay 15 pound extra for cancellation and back my money, my ticket was 175 pound but this agency giv me onley 20 pound.

Do not ever to deal with tripsta — I have bought a return flight for a friend and one month before my friend realized that she can't visit me. the tickets were bought with a possibility of cancellation, however when I tried to contact tripsta they have answered they cannot refund me anything.

Customer phone doesn't work.
I repeat:"do not try to buy tickets from tripsta'.

Keep away from that site and company! Not only that their costumer service is a joke, but they also trick users into paying more for cheap flights without informing them at all that the cost doesnt include the baggage and that additional charges for that will apply. They simply hide that information so theres no way to know what kind of flight is that, that it doesnt include any baggage, adding which should cost additional 65 euro. They show no indication for that during the whole purchase process, while for the user it seems as if he's paying for a standart, regular flight. Not only that but when confronted on that matter and being shown direct evidence that the costumer is right - they simply disappear and stop responding, ignoring the costumer. As said - a fraud!

I am very frustrated right now. I do travel a lot but I have never experienced anything like this in my life! all I wanted to do was to cancel my ticket. I would understand if it was a late notice but hell no it was not! they did not want to pay my money back and on top of that they said they would only pay back to me, 3 euros. I paid almost 200 to them. how come it makes sense them to pay me 3 euros back when I do not even want that ticket anymore? 3 euros? is that an inside joke between their customer service peeps? like, really?

Please informed that, I have also a very pathetic experience with tripsta. ae. I have booked one ticket of qatar airways through tripsta. ae, after 2 hours I received one email from them where they mention "your booking cannot be completed due to some technical issues" furthermore they mention that transaction has been cancelled by the system and your amount will be refunded within 2-5 days. but still I did not receive that amount. now I have register complaint through "consumer protection department dubai" and also register the dispute via dib bank.
Please be careful to use this fraud website.

The negative review for tripsta is absolutely right. my experience with tripsta is about to happen for my september 2016 flight to prague from dubai. tripsta sent me a confirmed ticket for 02 september 2016 flight after paying them using my debit card. upon checking with the airline, I have discovered that there was no existing flights schedule on 02 september 2016. hence, I sent an email to tripsta on 02 august 2016 and today 03 august 2016 to amend my e-ticket. as I am writing this comment, I have not receive any response. I believe I have to book directly to the airline in order to make sure that I will be able to travel on the specified date. this is a very expensive way of "charging it to experience" as they say. by the way as I have checked it again, airline smart wings - 1201 has no existing flights or operations during fridays. this is a notification so that those who purchase tickets for bound to prague on 02 september 2016 [smartwings 1201] may be able to consider buying a new ticket now than to be sorry if they need to travel urgently.

I've tried to book a return flight for two from hong kong to da nang. it went all the way to the payment process but after i've key in the authentication of my credit card payment, the website told me that
"the booking could not be completed because the fare is no longer available".
But then, I got a text notification from bank that the payment had been made. i've tried to reach the customer service both on phone and online but in vain. I want my money back.
