There are no need to reiterate my experience here again since it is the same story told in the above link. I am only posting here for the benefits of other. So please stay away from them if you have not use them yet. If you are a victim like us already, we should consider banding together for a court action against them.

I am also a victim of this mob company. They are now advertising themselves on Kijiji as Sterling Movers and are using the website www.greatertorontomovers.ca. Their "Godfather", ***Kumar Gautam***, presents himself as "George", but also plays the role of "Alex", who answers the phone. He uses a voice changer over the phone. He hires immigrants from India and offers them tax-free employment. One of his employees suggested as an extortion that "George" has associations with a local Italian mafia (and that I better be a "nice boy").

They keep changing their names and have mutliple names active:

This company is now advertising under "SMS Moving Inc". PLEASE people, for your own sake DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

My story goes like this ... I hired this company and they were suppose to arrive at 3:00 pm. Itwas 3:30 and no show, so I called. I had originally dealt with "Mark" but as the other complainant said, they all sound the same and use a voice changer. He said he would contact the driver and call me back. half hr. later I called back since he never did. He said they should be there shortly. 4:00pm called again, he know said they were stuck at Steeles and Kennedy and would be here in half an hr. 4:45 called again. Mark said he'd call me right back, never did. 5:13 i called again and they said they'd be here in 10 minutes. 5:45 and now i am beyond my boiling point. Their response was now ... if they do not arrive in 5 minutes we will send another truck. I asked him "why did you not do that once they were an hour and a half late???" called back afeter 10 minutes, and now they were ignoring my calls. Called again from a different number and they answered ... Long story short, it is now 8:00 pm and they didn't even bother calling! I have all my things outside and no truck!

I urge all the public to never deal with these people, if you call any of the above numbers and you get the same voice as the people you are trying to hire ... DO NOT CONFIDE IN THIS COMPANY!!!
