Hello Friends, I write this complaint against Trident Hyundai service station in Bangalore. This service station is located at Inner Ring Road. I had recently give my Hyundai Santro car for servicing and had requested them to change the damaged Shocker kit. The service was good but the Shocker kit was repaired and fitted, though they charged me for a new part. I was really upset with the folks there and wanted to talk to their manager about it. But they didn't allow me by saying that the manager is off today. I wonder how they can treat customer and cheat them like this. Please be careful while dealing with this service station. I also heard similar complaints about other service stations while discussing this issue with my friends/colleagues. The customer needs to be alert.

This is pertaining to Trident Hyndai service station at Seshadripuram. My only request to them was to replace my door opening handle as it was broken, the rest of the things like oil change, coolent was already done. The service adviser told me to get engine belt changed at 40k kms, though the standard kms for this was 60k. I did not find it as a major thing so said yes. And can anyone guess the total bill ? It was unrealistic 7800 Rs. What was changed? Just a door opener and 2 belts which might max cost 300 Rs. The rest was all charged to Labour charges and Tax (understandable - if it was only for the parts ?) when there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
When I complained saying I need to speak to Manager, the same service advisor called me literally begging not to complain as this will negatively affect his appraisals. So I prefer giving to a small time mechanic at least they won't be cheating us like this.
I am deeply hurt with this attitude of Trident Hyndai as they are highly unprofessional and don't own their mistake. So request you all to be very careful in choosing your next service station. Better off give to a known mechanic rather than this big farce !

Very bad experience with Trident Hyundai Service. Every time I give my car for service there will be something would be spoiled. If I report them they just ignore. I don't know what they think. The customer care calls and just do nothing. This is absolutely cheating. It is very frustrating. Now my even steering is getting stuck after the service. And if I complain about gear or something they will everything is fine. This is absolutely frustrating from Hyundai. I would recommend everyone to be careful if possible go with Maruti.

I had good experience with Trident Hyundai. I got better buy back price where as Advaith gave me very less price for my Alto.
I am yet to give my car for first service, their follow up till now is satisfactory.

This is a cheat company, they sold a dented car saying its a new Car, the marketing team is full of cheats gave me incorrect details

Hi All,
I recently has the worst experience with Trident Hyndai.
I visited their used car showroom. Its not about a Showroom, but Trident Hyundai As a dealer.
1. I went to Chord Road Office. For a week, there was no one attending bcoz the person to whom the case was assigned was put on field. No one else took care.
2. After a week for delay and frustration, i went to Whitefield office. I saw that the cars posted and i enquired on the phone were not there.So i tested a couple of other cars. I was satisfied with a Chevrolet Beat and wanted to purchase. When i met the concerned staff member, i was told the car has already been sold. That's OK some one was quicker than me. I asked to test another vehicle - Ford Fiesta - Reply - Keys not available. I asked for another one - response, No Diesel in the car.
3. I went to the Jakkasandra Office to see a Fiat Linea. As told and confirmed by the Whitefield guy, i got the details and visited. The car was there. I test drove. When i wanted to talk, the price told to me at Whitefield was 4Lacs. Here at Jakkasandra, the price was 4.25Lacs. When i asked for the reason, the Reply - "You can go to Whitefield and check with the guy there"
All the Trident Pre-owned Car showrooms have pathetic response. From Rajaji Nagar, i went to Whitefield and then to Jakkasandra, travelling a round across the city, and these people have no courtsey for the client.
DO NOT VISIT TRIDENT HYUNDAI.
Better Off. Advaith hyundai, the car i wanted to see was at another showroom, they drove me the the location and gave me a test drive. They followed up for the reviews.
MUCH BETTER THAN TRIDENT HYUNDAI.

I totally agree with all the complaints against trident ...It became the worst mistake of my life ... I booked the car before 25th of jan and made the entire payment on 31st Jan 2013 . Before the payment was made they were after my life to make the payment so that i get the car on time and after i made the payment i had to call them all the time to get the status of my car. Forget about keeping the commitment i still dont know even if i am getting the car or not becoz according to them hyundai people are not sending them the car... f*** U MAN...###S... When i ask for the status the salesgirl simply gave the call to manager who said sorry and then put the entire blame on hyundai...I HAVE ONLY ONE QUESTION TO ASK ...WHY DO U COMMIT WHEN U CANT FULLFIL IT ON TIME AND BEFORE THE PAYMENT IS MADE EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE AND AFTER IT IS DONE ...WE CUSTOMERS DONT EVEN EXIT FOR THEM...

18th November I gave my i10 car for servicing. The car was returned after service, and one of the rear tyres has been changed with New spare tyre available in the car. The same has not been informed to me. What was the need for changing the tyre is not infomred even after customer care called and asked about the quality of service. This feed back call is only eye wash and without any proper followup. These service centre only want make money and do not bother about the customer feeling. It is pity we indians have to up with this kind of careless car dealers claiming to be serving the customers.

Even I had an issues with Trident Hyundai JP Nagar service station. They serviced my car and after 3 days my car caught fire from inside due to a short circuit. And no one is taking the responsibility. That is crazy u pay for service only to get your car burnt :)

I recently got my car i20 serviced from Trident Hyundai Kalyan Nagar service station located in outer ring road. They charged me nearly Rs.5300/- for the service including Wheel balancing/rotation, brake pad replacement, engine oil/filter replacement. Later, i realised that they have not done any wheel balancing/rotation, as the new tyre stepney was still lying in the dicky and all the tyres were intact in place and were not rotated. I wonder whether they would have replaced the brake pad or they just added it to the bill?. i also doubt are they replacing the engine oil completly or partially its added to the existing? i have raised a complaint with trident hyundai but i dont have much hopes that it would be solved

Trident has one of the crappiest services. My list of bad expriences started very early : within 3 weeks of buying my car I had a problem with the remote locking. Till date they put a temporary fix on it. Dealing with the fat head mechanics is another story altogether. Recently I renewed my car insurance through them as they told me that if I took the insurance through anyone on else, I was on my own incase of any claims. After giving the cheque, I am having to follow up every day with them. Its been more than 10 days and I havent got back any documentation from them. Shamelessly each day they repeat the same non-sense that they are sending a soft copy withing the same day. And the next day I will get the policy delivered by courier.Bunch of good for nothing idiots. Though the i10 is a lovely car to drive, when it come to service no one can beat Maruthi. You even have a wide range of centers to choose from. We have had 4 cars from Maruthi earlier, after this Trident Hyundai experience for my next car I am definitely going back to Maruthi.

Trident bangalore inner ring road service is really bad and they deceive customer. I have similar experience. They have not serviced and have not changed oil but charged saying it is done. Better destroy your vehicle instead of giving it to them as they will do the same.

Triedent Hyundai Indira Nagar Branch..They are one more cheater. recently i bought a second hand santro car from them.since i have little knowledge about cars i thought buying from trident hyundai will be a good option and they have also asssured. After i bought the car the attitude of the manage is changed totally he is not even bothered to pick my call neither call me back. and the battery is gone bacd within 2 months and when i ask him about that the way he is answering is very bad.we expect some good inputs from hyundai people if they know that the battery is going go bad in two months they would have suggested me to change the battery.the manager is saying that when i took the car it is wroking it seems and he is asking how it is gone bad after 1.5month.
when i check with other people outside battery ususally doesnt go bad so easily it seems and people are giving 4 yrs warranty for a new battery . so hyundai people know the condition of the battery and they have not informed. I am new driver and i went with my wife and 1 yr old kid and stuck up in the traffic and the car was not starting. and the reponse from the manager is really very bad.
I am goin to give a complain to the managing directo of trident hyundai on the same.if anyone knows the contact details please update me.

TRIDEN CAN FORGET ABOUT GETTING MY RECOMMENDATION... THE WORST CAR DEALERS EVER... THEY CANNOT DO THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.. I HAVE PAID THE ENTIRE AMT FOR THE CAR AND THEY HAVE STILL KEPT ME ON WAIT FOR THE CAR.. NOT SHIPPED THE CAR I BELIEVE... MY FOOT SERIOUSLY...
THEY HAVE TO GET THE SALES GUY OUT FROM THERE AS ALL THEY NO IS TO ROB PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER AS PROMMISED...
I LOST MY VACATIOPN BECAUSE OF THEM...

Trident hyundai hosur road showroom has not kept its word in providing me an exchange bonus amount of 15k for buying an Hyundai i10 . My registration number is KA 01 ME 6780 .

I strongly dont recomment Trident hyundai with my personal experiences.

I have a same story to repeat, we had finished all our free car services, 1 week after that our car broke down in the centre of the road as the clutch is spoilt completely, when my mom went to complain, they were all laughing at us, as if it was a joke, mym mom had to stand in the sun for 2 hrs bec of that person to come,
very bad treatment of employees to treat customers like this

I definetly agree to all the above mentioned complaints, TRIDENT Has the worst customer service ever...rather lets say that they do not know what Customer service is...i apparently had a pathetic experience with TRIDENT SERVICE CENTRE in Seshadripuram...my friends car had met with an accident and was apparently not in a condition to be driven...when i took the car to this service station...it took 45 minutes for them to even acknowledge my presence at the reception and it took another 20 minutes for the service advisor to show up...But apparently even after he came ...all i got to hear was "SORRY SIR, WE HAVE TOO MANY CARS TODAY...CAN YOU PLEASE COME BACK AFTER 3 DAYS FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS"...there was no chance of they taking the car and repairing it even after seeing it in that shape...they were not bothered one bit as the service advisor said this and walked off...i just hope that there management does something about this...

Trident Hyundai dealership should be taken back sooner than later. This is the worst and most unprofessional dealer one can ever think of. They are the bunch of most stupid lot in Bangalore. Don't even think of customer satisfaction etc. I don't understand what kind of verification Hyundai does or they are just happy by the bottomline. May God give some sense and humanity to Trident staff and owner. Future buyers take the advise seriously and look for Adivath instead of Trident if that helps.

Dear All,

Like to brief you about the attitude & reception that Trident Hyundai on Outer Ring road, Koramangala exhibited when i requested them to service my Accent car. It has made me feel that we literally have to beg with them to take our car for servicing, and also to collect them back from the showroom.

PICK UP / DROP facility is definitely out of question... A general service takes around 2-3 days approx. Ive personally stood there to get my car serviced & u would all be surprised to know that my car was attended at 2:45pm and only then the service started..And to the list of complaints that i had asked them to look into was all covered in 3hrs... which makes me feel whether it was looked into or not...

They charged me for General Service and never cleaned the car inside (just a body wash)... and was told that they would do that at the time of service. After delivery from service there has been no slightest difference from what i expected... I have tried servicing with one of the private car service dealers here in Koramangala - ALI & SONS.

They are far ahead & better than any of the Authorized dealers of Hyundai.

IF ANY OF THE HYUNDAI PEOPLE READ THIS MY QUESTION IS:

All other car manufacturers charge lesser for a general service... but we pay more for a Hyundai service... inspite of this why is there a deficiency in customer care & service...

Should Hyundai need more charge us... but give us satisfaction for what has been charged.
