Tribute Communities review: Quality 1

Never buy a house from these crooks again. They build garbage. Where do I start...the roof was just cheap shingle over plywood. Had to replace half of my roof on an 8year old home which included rotting plywood. Had large holes in it. Door frames, not attached. The only thing holding them in is the trim stapled into the frame, large gaps.
Crooked floors, needed to have carpet re-stretched 2x per year. Many nails missed the framing in the floors, causing creaks everywhere. List goes on and on. I am obviously not alone, most houses in the neighbourhood have the same issues. Tribute just keeps smiling on their way to the bank.
