TrialPay Keep a distance from them

I had an account with them as a software developer (a merchant account then). When people purchased other items a license of my software could be selected as a prize and I would receive a few dollars for that.

Since sales were rare I asked Trialpay to pay me the balance of approx. $50 to my Paypal account and cancel the account. Request it 3 times and never received any answer from them. For me Trialpay is a total scam organization. Keep a distance from them.

Completed the offer from Netflix and as I expected, there was no "instant credit" of the free movie tickets offer. Complied with their request for proof of purchase and still nothing. They are just a scam.

Used it, completed offer, received unusable code to Godaddy.com Contacted TrialPay and was brushed off to contact Godaddy.com. Godaddy.com acts as if they don't know, and the whole "free" thing originated from their site.

Avoid both companies.

TrialPay Avoid dealing with this ppl

I have no idea what has happened. I suddenly received an email informing me that TrialPay has decidedly opened a credit card account in my name, AUTHORISE It, without my approval, and charge a copy of Win-RAR AND a maintenance package with it. I've written two emails to them without any response or explanation as to what is going on here. How can a company possibly, legitimately, open a credit card account in someone elses name, authorize it, and charge a product to that account? I'm calling the police AND the FBI tomorrow as soon as they open and I'm filing a fraudulent complaint with the credit card company. This is insane.

I purchased a $50 restaurant.com for $20. I used my bank debit card and it posted to my account 5/24/11. I have received nothing and no credit is showing on my restaurant.com account. In the past these show within 2 to 3 days. I have gone to the website and tried to find out what was going on, with no luck.

Is TrialPay legit?

Our verdict: Complaints Board's thorough examination reveals TrialPay as a legitimate entity with notable strengths. Despite a 16% resolution rate on customer complaints, which invites a closer look, TrialPay stands out for its commitment to quality and security. Clients considering TrialPay should delve into its customer service record to gauge compatibility with their expectations.

TrialPay earns 91% level of Trustworthiness

Perfect Trust Endorsement: TrialPay achives 91% ligitmacy per Complaints Board. Highly recommended, yet always stay vigilant.

We found clear and detailed contact information for TrialPay. The company provides a physical address, phone number, and email, as well as 3 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.

TrialPay has registered the domain name for trialpay.com for more than one year, which may indicate stability and longevity.

Trialpay.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Trialpay.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with TrialPay, is very old. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.

TrialPay website is deemed to be popular and indicating that it receives a high volume of traffic. It is important to be cautious when using a highly trafficked website, as it may be a target for cybercriminals looking to exploit vulnerabilities or steal personal information.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While TrialPay has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 16% of 12 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • There was some difficulty in evaluating or examining the information or data present on the trialpay.com. This could be due to technical issues, limited access, or website may be temporarily down for maintenance or experiencing technical difficulties.
  • TrialPay protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
  • We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to TrialPay. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.

TrialPay I am extremely upset and disappointed by the actions of this company

I completed a Trialpay offer advertised on World Golf Tour where you sign up for a William Hill account, deposit £10.00 and recieve 3500 credits for doing so. I contacted Trialpay support who said I should forward the email William Hill sent me as confirmation of my £10.00 deposit. I recieved no such email and contacted William Hill customer services who informed me that they have no such policy of sending out confirmation emails for deposits so what Trialpay asked for connot be obtained therefore making their advertising false. I managed to obtain an email from William Hill confirming my deposit directly from their customer support team and I forwarded this on to Trialpay along with my case number. They have failed to get back to me since and will not answer my emails. I am extremely upset and disappointed by the actions of this company as they have asked me for something they know cannot be obtained whilst I have fully completed their offer leaving me out of pocket. Any advice and help appreciated.

TrialPay Don't waste your time with customer no service

Well I do the free offers and that is part of what they do since they are paid by the advertiser and one of the issues I have is if basically you can prove 100% that it happened, they can say you didn't anytime they want. OR if you are doing a survey to get credit and are half way done, they can say oops on your 10th question you no longer qualify...really? It didn't say anything about qualifying, what it takes to qualify or anything...so they get 10 questions which in itself is a survey and enough for companies to pay for and for all we know everyone doesn't qualify, there is no way of knowing, so you did the work, gave them a ton of info and they can just say sorry...you just wasted your time stupid!

Last but not least, there is no customer service so don't bother. It only works on a simple error. Anything major you are out of luck and they just send auto-scripted emails over and over, never answering questions...only saying and I quote (and this is all you will ever get)
"you must follow the instructions and complete the offer as per the full offer terms of completion. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but as it is left to the discretion of our offer partner to establish the requirements for completion and customer eligibility, we are unable to credit you at this time.

If you would like to receive additional credits, please return to our checkout and select an alternate offer to complete. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know." So basically the "partner" can say I am doing a survey and on the 20th question (after I get all the info I need) the 21st question will say how old are you, and if they enter anything less than 200-years old they don't qualify.

So my suggestion, use them and roll the dice, get ripped off, I told you so and don't waste your time with customer no service.

i have to agree with you
trial pay is a joke company

i complained over purchasing a dongle that was worth 120 fb credits
they did issue the credits but said that because i had participated in surveys within there site i was participating in the deals and unsubscribing instantly afterwards

erm.. it was a survey you ###s not like i ordered a tv for 3k points and then cancelled the deal 20 minutes afterwards
yet according to them they can be all snippety and touchy with others but when you log a complaint with them for being ineffective in their actual investigative works
and actually ascertaining that i participated in anything outside a survey they ignore you and start issuing automated messages

the company is useless there staff is below useless and there knowledge base is beyond useless ..
do so work with them at your own peril for if something occurs .. well .. warned

Thank you for addressing your concerns. I apologize for the frustration you are experiencing with our checkout. Please note that TrialPay does not generate these surveys and we do not decide the eligibility requirements.

I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused but I can assure you that TrialPay is an honest company, with genuine offers and upon receiving notification of a completed survey, your credits will be automatically delivered to your account.

Please feel free to contact us at generalsupport@trialpay.com or through your in game support link if you have any additional questions.

TrialPay Avoid like the plague

I linked to a site called ProFlowers.com and spent my last $30 on an order of chocolates for my girl on Valentines day. The link from Kabam.com gaming site promises 190 game credits to be funded instantly upon completion of a $19.99 order. Nope. I got zero, zip, nada, zilch...Then I read the TrialPay reviews on here and am now worried I got hustled. It's only been a few hours but if they DO come through with my game credits, I'll update my review. If they DON'T give me what they promised...Well...I'm only 40 miles from their office in Mountain View, CA. I wonder how they'll respond when I'm standing behind the CEO in the parking lot.

I've used trialpay on occasion since 2017. In the early years, they fulfilled their promises and delivered the software flawlessly upon completion of the offers. Recently I put in an order for book collector software "collectorz.com" and when I did not receive my order I contacted trialpay.

The responded that I was using two different accounts (complete bull) and that I was not eligible to receive the product.

I think they are losing money and ripping off their customers. Stay away, far away. I think we should just pay for the software directly to the good companies that create it.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I signed up through Trialpay's netflix referral. In this, they were supposed to give me $15 ebay bucks (ebay's reward cash) for signing up for a free trial of netflix. However, when I signed up, even after roughly a month, they failed to give me my promised "bucks". I emailed ebay, trialpay numerous times, and called netflix multiple times.

*Warning, Trialpay has no public customer support # as far as I'm concerned, which is very suspicious.

TrialPay Ripped off

Did a few trialpay offers for in game credits to get platinum "edgeworld"
24 hours passed, so contacted them, they said i used a proxy server to bypass security to take
advantage of an offer... being a network technicial i knew it was all bullcrap anyway.

a few days later i figured id buy some, spent $50... 6 hours has passed and im still waiting.
these guys need to be shut down.

Even if i get my credits i will never use a service that required me to use trialpay.
Other companies can do it instantly "ie like paypal, google wallet, etc etc" the fact these guys cant get it
together is a big red flag. I threatened to call a lawyer but honestly, that would cost more then what ive lost "and they know it"

all i can say is, never again- i suggest others follow suit.

TrialPay I will not be using this website again and cannot recommend it

This website is a scam. I completed an offer, followed all instructions and requirements, and was still not credited. I sent in a copy of my receipt to trial pay's customer service and they basically said that they can not confirm my purchase. They then suggested that I contact the company to obtain more information about my purchase. The company's customer service is not helpful and doesn't get back to you within the time frame that they promise. I will not be using this website again and cannot recommend it.

TrialPay Triple Billing?No Merchandise

Legacy Interactive Games uses TrialPay, to handle their billing for their merchandise, which is mainly downloaded games.

What happens when you order something with your credit card, and click on SUBMIT, It looks like it doesn't go Thu, and a sentence in RED comes up to check over your transaction, so you check it out, then click again, and the same thing comes up again. At the same time they are billing your credit card every time you hit the SUBMIT button.

What TrialPay does mainly is if you buy or try a certain product like Netflix movies, they will give you a discount on the product, if you try it for a certain length of time, after this dealing with them, I wouldn't trust this company as far as you could throw them!

What happens once one company tries a SCAM, then others will follow! Just like what Happen on Wall Street. You can now file a Complaint with the FBI, if you feel you been SCAMED, which I intend to do. FBI now handles Internet Scams.

I have contacted this company by e-mail 5 different times but no answer. I can't find a phone number for customer service.

This is the last E-mail I sent to their Customer Service:

There are three things in Marketing
QUALITY SERVICE AND PRICE! YOU HAVE FAILED IN ALL THREE, Your president and CEO talks about scams, well he should look at his own company. I tried to order from Legacy Games, Emergency room CODE Blue, last Saturday, and you took my money double and even tried to triple charge me for the game. However the third charge was blocked. Your billing seem to me to be a FRAUD, as it shows that it doesn't go thru and then you try again, and again, at the same time you are billing my credit card 3 differet times for the same game. I want all the money you took from me back, or I am going to file information against your operation. $39.90 I belong to Facebook & Twitter, and certainly let then know of your method of operation. This is the forth time I have e-mailed you and have no answer except a automatic reply, and you seem to have no phone number for customer service.

TrialPay Didn't Award Episodes

On 04/27/2010 I completed an offer via TrialPay in order to receive free episodes of Family Feud, a game I play frequently on the internet. The offer itself was deemed as "immediate" and referenced that I would receive the 36 episodes within 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went, and now 3 days later I still haven't received credit. I've contacted the company on 2 separate occasions via e-mail and received what seemed to be a computer generated automatic response which was not helpful. Consumers, beware!
