TrendsGal.com dress/romper

I ordered one dress and one romper from this site and have not received my order after 20 days. I also logged back onto my account and magically I have "no orders" anymore. However, I was charged for both of those items and this website has taken money from my account but has not actually sent out any order. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TRENDSGAL.COM. THEY ARE AN ILLEGITIMATE COMPANY THAT HAS NO RIGHT TO TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY AND PRETEND THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT OR EVEN RESPOND OR ANSWER PHONE CALLS ABOUT COMPLAINTS.

I ordered from trendsgal from the 29th of September which said to be a 3 day shipment but it's now the 20th of October. I message them but they never respond to when would i receive my orders. They took $162.97 of my account and i want my money back or my shipment. If anyone is planning on ordering from this site "DON'T "

TrendsGal.com swimsuits way too small

Are these children's sizes? I ordered two XXL bathing suites. XXL should measure 40-42 inches (101.6-106.68cm) in the waist. The ones I ordered are at least half of that measurement. This is very upsetting. I waited eagerly for nearly a month for these to arrive and now have to return them. Surely the shipping is going to cost more than the cost of the bathing suits.

TrendsGal.com bad quality/misrepresentation

Ordered 3 items from website, Paid Expidited Shipping Fees more than Order, to Washington DC ;even though company California, Goods came from China via Singapore /Hongkong 9days later only ...tracked it various Times via ticket /Confusion reigned with replies from Cannot trace item ...to You must pay Tracking no ...to Delivery will be 15 to 20 days ...biggest Load of B.S..Ever ...!..Eventually Goods arrived ...White Dress ordered for my Daughter Confirmation looked like it was Stitched by a Blind person, And Fabric was cheapest see thru Crap ...my dress XL was the size of a year olds mini...and the Totally not the Bandage Dress I anticipated. ..The Quality was appalling...The Black Dress was the only Wearable item ...!...I will never use this website again...WHAT U SEE IS NOT WHAT U GET ...cheap bad quality overproduction Chinese imported Crap ...and and i am from South Africa ...I will rather Pay double the price next time

TrendsGal.com website is a complete scam

Company is straight up trash I spent over 600.00 dollars for clothing to sale in my boutique . and the item I received was bullsh**. 1st after a received my items in one small white package that had all my clothing jam pack in ball all up in it .and after I had open it it was a complete Disgrace Smell was awful and the clothes look like SH*** ... A disable person could of done a better job then them... I try calling left messages and still not return call from the company.. Then on top of it the clothes didn't look nothing like the ones I order so be aware people DONT ORDER FROM TRENSDGAL... So Trendsgal yea you got me and took my money.. So Merry XMas.from me you to . Cause u will never get a $$ from my company again

TrendsGal.com wrong item/size

I bought a crop top and a pencil skirt. They were both supposed to be one size but when I received the top and tried it on it would not cover even half of my breasts. And the picture for the skirt online showed it as smooth but the one that I got was ruffled. Neither item was what I expected. I contacted the support team and they told me that I would only get 85% of my money back if I returned it. I told them that I would no longer buy from them and they would get a bad review if I did not get a FULL refund. They have since told me that I will get a full refund. It is just to much of a hassle to shop from this company and it takes way to long for the items to be shipped out. I waited almost 2 months to get my items. Also there is no one available for the live chat so you have to wait 24 hours for someone to respond. Don't bother shopping here unless you want low quality items that take forever to get to you.

TrendsGal.com refused refund

Awful! Horrible customer service! I signed up for the VIP option and paid $9.99. When I went to complete my order the shipping cost more than my items. I decided not use this website. When I asked for my money back (as i will never be using the website) they basically told me too bad. I would never order from a site that does not care aboutgood customer service. They certainly do not care about how they treat their customers and only care about getting their money. I mean, how dare they refuse to give me my money back! They pretty much stole from me! I asked for my money back literally about 10 minutes after i paid it! Everything is operated in Asia. No one even speaks decent English. I'm aware of the items they sell and you can get the same items for cheaper on other sites. Do yourself a favor and move on! Don't waste your time with this ghetto site!

This was my 1st order. They took my money, shipped to the wrong address AFTER sending me a confirmation e-mail with the correct address and phone number I provided and then after a month and inquiring they refuse to accept the confirmation email copy sent to them and showed their mistake, they still will not refund my money or reship the order to the correct address and offered only to put points on my account for a discount off a future order. DO NOT ORDER WITH TRENDSGAL.COM

Breach of contract by Trendsgal because they advertised the items to be of excellent quality which is why I ordered the items in the first place. They have intentionally deceived me in the hope I will not return your items because of the high cost of return postage and difficulty of receiving a refund. By law I am to receive a full refund including postage paid because the items are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.The seller is refusing issue a full refund. They have offered a partial refund for the items only minus the high postage I paid. I don't think it is fair that I am out of pocket because the seller sent me poorly constructed garments.I ordered these items on good faith and paid with my hard earned money for garments not fit for purpose. I am still awaiting my FULL refund.

TrendsGal.com bad-quality of coats and problems with the delivery

I ordered 5 coats from the company www.trendsgal.com. They have real problems with the delivery, ‘coz they delivered only 2 and didn’t reply to my emails. Also the quality of the coats was the worst and they smelled like old ones. The communication was awful and seller almost all the time ignored me. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

I Completely Agree with you Its Been Since 8-17-15 And It Is Now 9-3-15.. and I Have Not Receive Anything ! Im Worried From Comments That I May Not Get My Money Back. But They Showed Me Pictures Of My Orders ! And They Had My Name On Them!" I Can't Even Track My Order ..What's Going On!?
