I placed order for lifeproof waterproof Iphone 4S phone case in the beginning of August. My credit card was charged immediately but I have never received the product. I sent numerous e-mails and called phone number and left message. I still have not received product or received an answer to e-mails or call back. Treegloo.com is untrustworthy company with many scamming schemes and fraudsters working there.
I ordered a case for my Nexus 7 in December 2012. I inquired a couple times during 2013 and was told it would ship soon. In January of 2014 I inquired again and I was told it had shipped some time ago. Strange. Never arrived. No email telling me it had shipped. But, they said, since I hadn't received it they would gladly send another. Now it's August of 2014 and again no product, no email announcing shipment. They beat me out of the $70+. What a bunch of crooks.
When I ordered my case the owner lived in Texas, now she lives in Utah. Hmmmm maybe I will file in Utah as well.

I ordered a case in November of last year 2013. Tried like the dickens to get a hold of this company. Finally I gave up and filed a complaint with both my bank, thank God for Visa! As well s the Texas Attorney General. I just heard back today that the Attorney General’s office is following up and going after Treegloo. So good news folks. Score one for us little guys.
