TransUnion Credit score - update information process method uncivilized

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH USA CREDIT SCORE SYSTEM - IT IS HOPELESS

I aware of two type of website expose people private information to earn money. Like the white page, my life and those kind of non-sense. I think that is totally criminal backup website. I am 52 years old, have over 15 years working experiences in the working field like office, Advertising, sales, marketing and customer servicing. When I first heard of credit score system I was very exciting about this I think it would be a very good idea. But it is not what I thought. A lot of the credit score company is scam.

The next type I wanted to discuss and complaint about is like Trans Union this type. I used it almost years I still do not know what kind they do to me. For instance, this month I found out my credit report is shown up almost half information doesn't belong to me, in fact is my sibling sister? And how can it be? This is a very seriously wrong doing. Our name even not sound and look the same, I do not know how people can do that. Like the address details, is wrong the addresses they shown is my sister's prior younger age stayed address where I do not know it cause she moved to USA by herself in the years ago. I do not like it. Because this is not careless mistake or look similar mistake, it is someone purposely add it on. So, I called trans union and wanted to update and correct it, but they only offer telephone operator to assist you, and her language is like not very fluent and sound very Asian. There is no way update all this important information like this on phone for 3 hours. And I request she send me hard copies on how to update my credit information so I can have a more accurate credit score to reflex my status. And she said Trans Union do not have that, and yep that is what she said, called every time to update and talk like and deaf to a blind. This is ridiculous. Is it really true?

And we are talking about 3 different credit reports to update and how can it be done smoothly and easily. Please help and provide some information and advise. Because Trans Union it is it, Nothing more can say, just very uncivilized. I still paying nearly $20 every month for 2 years. And just that to check on my husband and my credit score.

Can some perfect people let us know how to make/manage your credit score update in these credit score company, so the information in the credit score will be maintain safe and useful to people?

I still paying monthly payment. But I do not know what is this company doing? I called for update my record and request them to send me a leaflet about how to do the updating on paper by mails. THEY SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE THIS, I HAVE TO TELL HER RIGHT AWAY TO UPDATE IT. I said this not right I have a least 5 pages each pages over 1000 words in English for something very important can not have typo error and mis spelling, but the receptionist with the sound like South East Asian with incompetent English speaking and unfriendly tone and voice. I believe this is a joke and scam.
And still all the information in public is wrong. They even put my younger sister on my credit say is me.? They are not good people. And do not know who can help and shut this kind of company down.

TransUnion Credit report

I was on an internet job board and looking at a job. A notice popped up saying something about a required credit check. I gave the information requested. I was later billed $1.00 by Transunion. I figured I had been scammed but for a dollar I let it slide. Several days later $24.95 was deducted from my bank by Trans union. I called the bank to stop payment but they were un helpful and said it would take a long time and my entire account would be shut down at Christmas while they were doing it. I called Transunion and got one of their robot minions reading from a prepared speech as if they handled these scam reports all day long. He said he would cancel my "account" but the money was theirs. So besides scamming me out of the money without my consent they have not delivered their "product" after payment in full. I did not apply for the job. I get free credit Karma reports almost daily. My score is around 800. This is organized fraud and I assume the government will eventually shut them down but it is not helping me. These people are supposed to be the honest ones. Apparently they are run by the mafia.

TransUnion My credit so called report

I don't know what your actually doing but it is a dis-serve to me and others. At this rate I will never ever have a house payment car payment and any loan possible. Just so you know I can't file bankruptcy Transunion has never done anything for me except cause problems I can't get a loan to get a better car I have never bought a new car. All I keep getting is these denial letters but I don't blame you for my continually of bad luck but it would be nice to give me a break then again look what you are.

TransUnion I was unaware that I was signing up for a recurring monthly membership with a fee of $29.95

I was trying to make a transunion.com account. I was unaware that I was signing up for a recurring monthly membership with a fee of $29.95. I tried to cancel my membership and am not sure if they will keep billing my card monthly or not. I have tried to call and speak to a customer service representative, but no one answers. The billing departments line is a busy signa. The Facebook customer service doesn't respond to the messages. I have yet to get any response. I would really like my money back. I was not trying to get a credit report as they "billed" me. I just wanted to dispute some information on my report. As in my employment information. Really, really frustrating and it is not right at all that they are doing this to thousands of people. I was only trying to create an account not sign up for anything.

TransUnion makro reference [protected]

My Makro account was paid in full January 2019.

I spoke to a gentlemen at Makro and he said my account was handed to Munnik Basson Dagama Inc Attorneys on 11 Oct 2018 with outstanding balance of (R2853.00) but the balance given to the attorneys was my original loan amount of R6 457.40? The ITC amount was R2 853.00 as per date 10 October 2018.

I paid the following in December at Makro Wonderboom
9/12/2018 R1 000
19/12/2018 R1 500

Since then the attorneys deducted the following from my bank:
29/1/2019 R 600.00
28/2/2019 R 600.00
28/3/2019 R 600.00

I stopped debit order due to a Dispute? I went to Makro Wonderboom but Neither Makro Wonderboom nor the Attorneys can assist me is this regard.

Can Transunion please assist with this dispute? My Makro account was paid in full in January 2019.

I am writing in response to the letter you received from Mr. Phelps of AT&T (under AG Pam Bondi's Office). The matter remains unresolved. The assurances made to my wife Felicita and I by AT&T's representative Mr. Bauer in September 2017 remain unfulfilled. I have not received any calls from AT&T with regards to this matter. Also I have called Mr. Phelps Office Four times and have not received a response to my calls. There response has always been " He's in but not available at this time and we will have him call you back" which he never does even though he indicates that he has in response to my previous letters of complaint (when he's responded to Ms. Bondi's office).
Further the amount owed to my previous wireless carrier Verizon is $2, 226.00. Which they have now sent to collections has had an adverse affect on my credit rating .
We were told on Sept 17th 2017 by Mr. Bauer that the monthly cost of our four phones would be $150, 00 per month it is in Fact 275.00 per month. Also our previous Verizon phones were never returned to Verizon and our outstanding bill for service was never paid to Verizon as told to us by Mr. Bauer.
Further the phone number given us by Mr. Bauer of 508- 845-0705 is not in service.
I look forward to a call from a representative of AT&T to resolve this matter ASAP.

TransUnion poor customer service

To whom it may concern
I have been trying to reach out to Transunion for assistance with login details without any effect. I am subscribed to Transunion yet I am unable to access any reports online and it's very difficult to get through to their call centre operators. I am very frustrated and really don't know how to proceed from here. I even wrote on their twitter handle without any response or at least acknowledgement.

TransUnion bad company and service

In October documentations was sent to TransUnion to remove judgement and an email reply said they are working on it, time goes by no feedback, then contacted them and they say they need a document said that the account is paid in full before they can remove.so an email confirming the account was paid in full was sent and time goes by, again phone them and the excuse was they need an invoice/receipt from the person that has then the judgement before they can remove it, so and so a document that reveals everything is been paid up was sent to TransUnion.and wait again phone TransUnion and then they say the email confirming nothing is outstanding and paid in full is not good and that they need it on a letterhead, confirming .i tried to explain the lawyer that did the judgement to not want to provide a letterhead document and that they have all the proof they needed to remove the judgement . Transunion do not want to assist even if all the evidence are presented.it is pathetic

TransUnion payment in arrears

Good day,

The Company I represent as legal adviser, Health Solutions Africa - South Africa (Pty) Ltd, rendered services to the debtor, Endless Life Group (Pty) Ltd and the debtor has not paid us for 5 months' services rendered (April - August 2017). We are not credit providers, but deliver tech and software solutions. We have requested that the outstanding amount be paid and if within a certain timeline, we would have offered a decreased settlement amount.

I have written Notice letters of overdue payments, Letters of Demand as well as Acknowledgement of Debt documents, which the debtor agreed to sign, but never did. This ongoing communication timeline is form August 2017 - July 2018. We contacted them again and wrote another Letter of Demand and sent it via registered mail, as well as hand delivered the Letter, receipt acknowledged by them April

Said Company is still registered under CIPC, but is undergoing a deregistration process.

I wrote them a letter, as required by the National Credit Act, advising them that we will be blacklisting them within 20 business days, which 20 business days has now lapsed, for which I received a read receipt report. (27 July 2018)

I look forward to receiving your timeous response.

TransUnion credit scoring needs to be reformed in the u.s.

@TransUnion gets away with the most illogical credit scoring system and it really needs to be reformed. Just checked credit karma - while my Equifax score remains the same, @TransUnion score decreased 17 points because 5 credit balances DECREASED and one very old account was removed. Huh? Only in this country do you get a better credit score when you max out your credit and do not cancel credit accounts. It makes absolute no sense - it is all done by computers not humans and

TransUnion debt review appears on report which is in-correct - not getting any help in removing this

I called Transunion on 7.8.2018 to get my credit report, upon viewing the report I noticed that it stated that I was on Debt Review and also had different employer details for me, I call back and discussed this with the consultant, and I stated that when I got my report earlier in the year (April) there was no issue and everything was correct so how can this now appear. She advised that she does not know and I should log a case. Two cases were logged with 2 different references numbers and I sent thru all the required documents I was advised that it will take 20-21 bus days for it to get resolved.
After not getting feedback I called back on 17.9.2018 consultant advised that there was a system problem and it did not remove the listing from my report so she will escalate and I must call back in 48 hours.
On 20.9.2018 i called back, the consultant named Buhle advised that there was no feedback and she will escalate, i must call back in 48 hours.
26.9.2018 i called back and spoke to Pride, still same information given to me, after putting me on hold and referring to the team leader she advised that the matter will be resolved by the end of business and an SMS will be sent to me and of no SMS received then I should call back.
No sms was received so this morning (27.9.2018) I called back and spoke to Caroline, she advised that they now require some other document but she not really sure what document it is she referred to the team leader Ahmed and I must call back, I asked what time frame and she said she did not know as she does not know when feedback will be available. I asked whats there process for complaints as i was nit happy with the service and she advised that they did not have a complaints department. She was very aggregate and had no service standards.

This entire process is extreme frustrating and no one can assist in a solution. I need some one to resolve this and get back to me.

TransUnion my credit score

I paid off Two Jaguars and a House with credit score at 780. upon paying the house off my credit score dropped to 676 and I am totally confused with how that can occur without any late payments ever on any accounts. I proceeded to contact TransUnion who in turn told me that my mortgage company said that I was latewith my last payment, which was impossible due to the fact that I paid the house off completely before the last payment was due in that month.

TransUnion inquiries still not removed after logging a dispute

I had logged a dispute with transunion close to 2 months ago for un authorised inquiries on my report. It had past the 20 business days that was a month ago and when following up I was informed they have escalated to have it removed manually as there was a system error. I followed up a week after again and got the same update it has still been escalated. My credit score has dropped as a result of this unauthorised inquiries this had to be removed after my dispute and you people are not doing your job why have you still not removed it its 2 months later after my dispute and I am really passed off. Please help in removing this urgentoy.

TransUnion getting credit report and score

They are always saying get your free credit report but when you go to sign up they ask you for a credit card. What if you have bad credit and don't have a credit card. When you try to calm they never answer the phone. I think you should have better options do it us easy to access your credit. It's terrible when a company you are trying to get credit from you can do it in a minute and you can't even get your own report. Pretty bad.

TransUnion credit score

For the past 12 months I have faithfully watched my credit scores fluctuate up and down. I paid off all creditors April 2017. My score, slowly rose to a 670. I unfortunately lost my job and was forced to file bankruptcy. My score dropped again to a 656 until Feb. 3, 2018 when it dropped to a 564. I have not attempted to obtain credit from anyone up until today. I have not attempted to do anything regarding my credit. My loan with Fed Loan Servicing was given a year deferment two months ago. Still I have not applied for anything or done anything concerning credit. My score dropped 59 points suddenly. It seems that no matter what I do, Transunion continuously does as it pleases concerning my credit score. In addition, I have been one of the many individuals that have been apart of your failure to protect my information. I want my credit score refurbished back to a 670. I have worked hard and refrained from being in debt to anyone for anything. This seems to be a another practice against Black Americans to establish, maintain, and grow in economics. There is no way you can explain how one incident dropped my score more than 100 points over a course of a year!

TransUnion blocked account

On 12-23-17 I purchased a card at 7-11, it was a transunion 7-11 prepaid debit card with visa logo
Wen I got home I attempted to activate the card and was not permitted. I became frustrated and went to sleep. The following day I reattempted n was denied access only being told I would have to talk to fraud department after xmas. The whole reason I purchased the card was to purchase greyhound ticket online for xmas. After xmas I was approved and within a day or to I was blocked again. This is insane. I also sent in picture of i'd as well as card and receipt. It doesn't make sense I can't spend my own money that I worked for therefore myvl holidays were ruined. Thabz

TransUnion no service.

I complaint at Transition about a blacklisting of Telkom.The lady told me that if Telkom does not react within 30 days, the blacklisting will be removed.Nothing happened.They did not remove the blacklisting.I have register's with transfusion, but it is totally impossible to get into my account to see what is going on.They unblocked my account, give me a new password, but nothing is working.

Somebody bought a cell phone for the 5 time on my name at Telkom mobile.Telkom has done nothing about it although I informed them about the problem.The police at Wierdabrug refuse to do something about it.

All I whant to do is to make contact with someone at Transunion, but invain.

TransUnion customer service

I called the contact center on [protected] and spoke to a lady named mbali who told me several times that she cannot help me. When I asked for a reference number she advised there are no reference number. When asked to speak to the supervisor she stated he was on tea. When asked for her surname she said that she doesn't have a surname. All I wanted was clarity on the documents that I needed to resubmit that was unclear and I was given such pathetic service. If all calls are recorded then i'm sure my call made on 12 may 2017 at 10:08.

TransUnion purchasing report

I purchased my credit report for 9.95. When entering my card info, it shows an error message saying my card number isnt correct. So I enter it again and says the same thing. I then check my bank info and I am charged for both transactions. I call transunion and they say that they show no charge. Call the bank and they say that they will go through because they are already charged. So I call transunion again and they show no charges. I think the error message needs to be changed because it shows the fees on my bank account. So the number isnt incorrect then is it? You have all the info wrong. I feel as a customer that buying your report sucks! One shouldn't have to go through all this bs of trying to do something that should only take a few minutes.
