In fairness, I cannot speak to the quality of their service, because I have never used it. In equal fairness, I can say that their responsiveness to me when I filed a complaint was very quick, and directly from the CEO. Now the standard response I got from one of the techies was less than stellar and riddled with standard "not our fault but yours" language.
As to what I can speak to... they are guilty of regularly sending emails to various invalid email addresses at a domain owned by me, which I get in my catch-all account and must waste my time with. I did not solicite the emails, I do not want the emails. They provide no information about the sender. They provide no link for me to unsubscribe. And when I request that they stop sending emails to my domain they refuse. And their only defense is the old lame "ISP defense" of "We can't help it when our customers send you SPAM". Being a middle man to SPAM does not release you from the culpability of SPAM.
TransferBigFiles is just TERRIBLE. Our files almost never go through. Support ghosts you. Stay away from this company.
Transferbigfiles is truly one of the best. This guys deserve good remarks and respect. They help me just fine delivering my documents easily and with a less price. Keep the good work
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS IS RIGHT! Biggest scam ever! not sure why they keep trying to bill me. I have sent 3 requests and my bank knows that I will be disputing any charges. They don't provide you with information to speak to anyway. I will be posting EVERYWHERE bad reviews for this scam company!
I originally posted this review under the name "Kerry M." on www.sitegrabber.com. Since that time I have had multiple conversations with the CEO of TransferBigFiles.com and am satisfied that they are now addressing my problems appropriately. However, my complaint now is with this website, because my review was plagiarized word for word, the title "Stay away from these guys" was added without my knowledge, and this was all done without my consent.
TransferBigFiles.com never sends SPAM. Accusing TransferBigFiles.com of sending SPAM is the equivalent of accusing GMail, Hotmail or Microsoft Outlook for sending SPAM because a user of those products sends unwanted emails.
When TransferBigFiles.com finds a user who has used the service for SPAM, the user is immediately banned from the system.
You should try the service out before telling others to stay away from it.
