This company charged my Visa account $79.90 for a business kit they claim they sent online. When I called the 800 number to find out who they were, they had no record of my name, phone numbers, or address, yet they were able to process this alleged transaction. They said they would not give my money back.

On 11/3/09 this company charged my credit card i never heard of this company nor have i ever ordered any bizkit or any other home base business ever in my life time when i called the company i explained to them that my credit card had unathorized charges on it from there company and yet they refuse to refund my money back and even though i explained to them fraudulent charges was taking off my credit card from there company when i never ordered he said in there terms and conditions they dont give refunds at all not even for fraudulent unauthorized charges and that the policy cant be overided or changed for any matter then that really pissed me off them when i snaped on him then he said they only would give me half of my refund see now u no they was wrong if ur terms and conditions says no refund even on fraudulent unauthorised charges then y would he offer half of my refund they claim the order was placed in july 2009 and every month they charge there customers a monthly fee for there program but they charged my credit card this year 4 months later after the alleged order date i think this company is a scam and sum how tapes into getting peoples credit card information without there permission i never used my credit card for purchases online ever and i think this company has its own credit card hacking system or they are buying from companies who keep credit card transactions when a person buyes sumthing from there store so i filled a dispute with my bank and it is confirmed on the alleged date they claim i placed the order by the same credit card my bank said it wasn't even on my bank statement so that proves they are a credit card hacking scam company

I also was just hit with fraudulent charges by this company. They charged my card 79.90 as well. They would not give me a refund. I opened a fraud case with my bank and ordered a new card. Scary part is they not only had my card number, but my 3 digit number on the back of the card as well.

I was also charged 79.90, which they said I signed up for their services. I noticed the charge against my bank account and called to see what this was all about. They informed that I had signed up with them. They said that they would refund MY money too, within 10 working days. I called today 11/9/09, 14 working days after that phone call and was told that they were NOT going to refund any money and that they had not told me any such thing! The woman I spoke was SO rude and obnoxious, that I was wasting my phone minutes talking to her. I explained that I had notified my bank of this unauthorized charge and filed a fraud charge against them. Seeing the comments here, shows me I'm not losing my mind. I had to cancel my card and get a new, too. I'm hopeful that seeing these other complaints that something will get done and soon, before they rip more people off.

I don't even remember signing up with TQG onlinebizkit...cuz I never did. They took almost 70 bucks out of my bank account. I can't believe they would do this to me and I have never ordered anything from them. Not one. I never heard of that company. I'm going to the bank immediately after class and make my bank send threats to get my money back. I had to cancel my debit card this evening so I'm waiting for a new one. this is ridiculous! this is an unauthorized charge that should have never happened.

I signed up to receive their marketing kit one time for $1.97. I did not received any marketing kit or any CD as they promised. I see charges on my credit card for two months from this company. It's fraud and illegal for them to charge with out my authorization. This company should be down.

I also signed up for their marketing kit for 1.97. I did not receive any kit nor CD. But they are charging my account $79.90 every month. I did not authorize them to debit my account. Can anything be done about this? I am not able to reach any one to talk about this matter

I also requested a Marketing Kit for $1.97, which I never received. Now I open up my statement and there are charges for $69.90. I tried to call them and they are closed. I will call back tomorrow. If I can't get them on the phone, I am going to file some type of fraud charges against them. I will try to find out what state they are operating in and get to the BBB to investigate this company. So happy that I am not the only one.

This company has been charging me $79.90 for the past two months and I have no idea what this is so called "Biz Kit" is all about or how they got my bank card number. I called and demanded they credit me for this bogus and fraudulent activity and they refused. The person I spoke to said his name was Scott. He said that I need to file a police report and then fax the report to them and then they will release the I.P. address of the computer that placed the order for the "Biz Kit".
