Dear All, Let me share my ugliest experience with TPG Customers Care team and Ms Aprillove Altoveros who I understand is a Telephone consultant with a title of Compliance officer highly unprofessional, rude, aggressive who owns extremely poor communication skills. She is very good at showing off her authority. I strongly believe that she should not be working for the TPG. I am extremely disappointed the way she was eagerly showing her authority which she does not have. let me start my experience and why she jumped in with out an invitation. I had a TPG Mobile account. It is my great pleasure to state that TPG has made a really wise decision to join Vodafone which is the best service provider. TPG sent me a new sim Card which was compatible with vodafone and was initially told it will take 2-4 hours for the activation process to complete but it did not happened. I called TPG Customer care Team which unfortunately is in Manila to report that given 2-4 hours time frame has lapsed but unfortunately Sim card yet is not active. I was told by an agent it will take 24-48 hours instead of 2-4 hours intially given time frame has lapsed and that initially I was never told it will take that long. operator kept saying it will take 24-48 hours. Operator mad no attempt to investigate but kept saying it will take 24-48 working hours for the sim card to be active. I agreed with her knowing that operator is just making up stories. It took almost just more than a week for the activation of the sim card to take place and every time I called was told the same 24-48 Hours time frame. Funny thing is that I received an e mail stating my sim card is active and just after that e mail I rang again to enquire I was told it will take 24-48 hours while my sim card was already active. I noted that when I checked my e mail in the evening. This is the ugliest example of poorest customers service from the TPG customers Care team in Manila. It took almost a week for TPG to activate my sim card. I was very much frustrated the customers care team was handling my concern. I e mailed the Customers Relation Team who I experienced is usually good in paying attention to the Complaints and I thank them. In response to my complaint to the customers relation I received an e mail from this Telephone agent a young lady MsAprilove Altoveros advising that my case Manager is Erwin who has stepped out and she is responding to my e mail. I could not work out why would she start e mailing me showing off an authority while my case manager is not she. i was very surprised to note she wrote in her e mail suggesting I can move my number from TPG to another carrier. that was the time I was convinced she is phone agent who takes calls but has a title of as compliance officer. how the hell can she suggest a client to move away than helping him . I was indeed sick and tired of her attitudes, I rang to discuss this with her on 17-11-2015 three times left messages but she did not reply to my calls. Finally I called she answered my call refused to talk and hanged up on me. I e mailed requested her to please allow me to have access to that recorded conversation which is very strong evidence of her ugly behaviour. but she did not let me have access to that recording which I was wanting to post it in here to share with dear all. i am so depressed and angry with her and the customers care team that i have formed an opinion that Aprilove should not be working for the TPG but should get a job in the fish Market selling fish as she is giving TP a bad publicity. I have failed to understand why TPG has a call centre in Manila and has formed an opinion from my recent experience that TPG call Centre in Manila is a Institute which produces Mental illness and are highly unprofessional. I am certain that TPG is leaving no stone unturned to provide best Customers service and spending millions of dollars, if that money is being spent for the right Cause than am sure I would not have gone through what is stated above .I urge Senior management of TPG is independently investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Aprilove who is simply highly unprofessional, show off, rude, aggressive, she is responsible for the bad publicity TP will face due to this post if she had ben nice I will never do what am doing here. she indeed is very scarey and threatning. i urge that the senior management investigate the phone conversation I had with her on 17-11-2015. please listen to the recorded conversation and provide me with the link so i can post it here for Deat all to note. I urge all the TPG customers who has similiar problems with the customer Care team to share with the world. I am confident this matter will receive full attention of the TPG senior management in Australia, One last thing it happened to me twice which is so funny I was talking to an agent from tPG customers care Team in Manila was not getting the informations I was seeking told the agent please connect me to her supervisor so I can complaint. guess what was done i was put on long hold than put through to the Technical support team. Ha h Ha. I encourage all TPG Customers Care Team in Manila victims to please come forward and share the experience, Any one considering to Join TPG please read the Reviews before you make a move.

I have also received terrible service from Aprilove Altoveros, she had no idea and totally useless.

After 6 months of hell was foced to lodge a case with the TIO and I am dealing with this Aprilove now and she is a waste of space has no idea how to do her job. My TPG connection drops 15 to 20 times per day and i want out of my contract. I have spoken to 10 different engineering people who have been useless. They sent me a replacement modem that looks like someone has taken a dump on it. I refuse to touch it. Aprilove still tells me she need to investigate and is Refusing to cancel my contract and allow me to churn to another provider essentially holding me at a 350 dollar ransom which is equivalent to my termination fee. I have learnt that TPG level one complaints is all about loss prevention. I will be fighting this all the way to court if i must. To all people out there fighting tpg hang in there. To all people thinking of joining tpg. Do not you will suffer endlessly.

Same experience, I've been waiting more around three months to connect the Internet and nothing happening no updates feeback or follow ups been given when I call or email just buying time, calling Tpg or not calling at all you will get the same results with no answers so why bother, I even requested connection fees and deposit back and they haven't replied to that too, if you want to waste your time money and nerves call tpg you might be lucky if you'll have an Internet 20 years later.

Totally agree, I have same even worse experience with her and TPG customer service.
