Towed my vehicle 3 weeks ago. He damaged my car and brought it to a repair shop Cary Collisions 919 460 0406.
The estimate for repair was $ 3800.00 He will not repair vehicle and he refuses to give me his insurance information so I can sumit a claim. I am getting rides to work with friends because he would not give me a loaner vehicle.
