Tours4Fun 6-day oahu tour not satisfactory

My wife and I took this tour to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. By and large it was enjoyable, but there were some problems you should be aware of.

First, the hotel room that came with the standard package was totally inadequate -- small with only two twin beds. The hotel clerk described it as a "businessman's room, " just a place to lay your head at the end of the day. We were fortunate to be able to upgrade to a much nicer room.

Also, the trip to Diamond Head for a "stunning view of Oahu and the coast" was confusing. We made it only as far as Nuuanu Pali Lookout with a not-so-stunning view. Since we expected to continue on to Diamond Head itself, we took no pictures. Then we were surprised when we immediately began to return to our hotel without going on any further.

Finally, although the bi-lingual tour guides were, on the whole, very helpful, one was very rude. My wife and I were the two English-speaking members of our party; the other 4, Chinese. Yet the guide spent almost all his time chatting and joking with the Chinese -- in Chinese. We had only a vague idea of what we were supposed to be seeing along the way.

Tours4Fun they need to be turned in to the irs

A friend and I book a tour with them and it was awful. We had to change hotels on monday morning. We could not get in room with them till they got here from L.A. That was at 5:30pm and they were late. Then we had a visit from the tour guide and told us if we wanted to see the night life of vegas it would be another 75 dollars and the grand canyon the next day was going to be another 70 dollars. Also a 24 dollars service fee all in cash, I tried to use my card he said no so I had to pay $8 fee at an atm. So we had to give him $200 each. When we booked the tour the lady on the phone said everything was paid for no more money was needed. Bull ###. We left at 5am and stayed almost 2.5 hours. We drove by hoover dam and saw it from a bridge. The lunch was suppose to happen. It did at a chine's restaurant that had close 2 hours before and kept what they had left for us. People had tickets to show at 6:00, but guess what time we got back, up 6:10. The tour guide was rude, ad only talked to us english speaking people (That is how he referred to us) when he had to, other wise it was all chine's. ! Lady fell stepping off the curb and cut her hand they had no bandits on the buss. With all that cash I would say they do not claim it only the money given online. Spread the word they are crooks and need closed down.

Tours4Fun niagara falls tour

I booked a Niagara falls tour for my boyfriend and i which we were very excited about. I ended up very sick and was having complications with my pregnancy. so i tried to cancel the trip as i was advised not to travel. I was given the hardest time ever, and was told i could not refund my money and would only get half of what i paid. i was not happy. so i asked if i could just reschedule the trip instead. I was told i could for a $30 fee. not happy but better than losing $200. sadly i ended up in the hospital with a miscarriage and was not able to reply that day as to my reschedule date. today im home and refocused after my horrible loss and tried to now scheduled this tour as a day away would be nice. I was told i lost all my money and cannot reschedule the tour because i didn't reply right away. ridiculous, it was something out of my control. the lady on the phone was so heartless and showed no care or compassion at all said that there was nothing that could be done. im so upset right now i don't even know what to do. i think these people have horrible customer service horrible policies and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. don't know how they can just keep your money all of it for something you didn't use. horrible horrible

Tours4Fun never again!

I booked a bike tour through Tours4Fun on 3/26/16. There were issues on the 3/30/16 tour, the bike the company gave my husband kept breaking. In addition I called ahead and asked about how difficult the tour was. The tour was more difficult than described. Because of the issues with the bike and the tour was a little different than described, Bikes and Hikes LA was happy to refund our money. When I contacted Bikes and Hikes on 4/6/16 about our refund, they stated that Tours4Fun has not paid them yet and they would send an email stating we should get a refund. B and H also suggested we follow up with Tours 4 Fun to make sure they were processing the refund. I sent an email to Tours for Fun on 4/9/16 requesting my refund and the responded that they will not refund. They were so rude on the phone. Do yourself a favor and do not book with them! I filed a claim with the BBB and filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Tours4Fun 4-day bus tour to yosemite

The company is misleading and dishonest, advertising a bilingual tour but the tour is actually a tour for Chinese travellers, speaking Mandarin about 80% of the time, and English only 20% of the time. I was the only non-Chinese traveller out of 50 on the tour and felt ignored, disrespected, frustrated and angry that I had been lied to. I was unable to understand the commentary, details of the tour and ended up leaving on the second day, booking another tour, with another company to allow me experience the sites in English. This has been a frustrating ordeal, a waste of my time and money. I have contacted the company several times to inform them of my experience and they have been dismissive. Highly recommend to avoid this particular tour.

I Agree, Me and my friend booked a 3 day tour to SF from LA. 70% was chinese the rest were from S. America and a few spanish speaking guys. The tour was a rude, ill mannered old man. He acted like he was conducting a school trip and yelled at us asked us questions on his commentary (which was heavily accented Chinese. Overall it was disappointing and frustrating because we came all the way from India to experience the 17th mile drive and SF along with Yesomite. All the staff at Tours4 fun are good untill they get the funds in their kitty. After that they were not ready to pick us up or drop us enroute at a different destination. They wanted us to pay additional $ 39 each for pick up enroute to the same destination without any deviations.
AVIOD this these guys wit a BARGE POLE.

Tours4Fun extremely bad customer service by seagull - an agency partner of tours4fun

We were on the 7-Days tour from LA to SLC. After some 20 hours’ flight our party of four were expecting to be met by the tour operator. As instructed we were told to be on the lookout for person(s) in yellow jacket from Seagull. Instead, we took more than 15 minutes to finally find them. They were not apparent at the exit. We asked many other people with signboards whether they know people from “Seagull” or seen anyone in yellow. After waiting and looking for a while we left the exit area and went “hunting” for them. Finally, when most of the crowd have dispersed, we saw two persons in yellow jackets some 20 yards away from the exit leaning against the wall talking away nonchalantly. There was neither sign nor indication that they were who they were. They were not even making an effort to identify themselves nor looking for their customers. What an attitude! What a start to our tour! If we thought the above-mentioned was bad we were in for another surprise. We have had been on many tours in Europe, Middle-East, China, and South-East Asia – this tour guide was the worst ever. He is not suitable for this industry at all. He is not customer oriented, rude and at times condescending. Worst still, he spoke English in an accent that we couldn’t understand most of the time – we heard some English speaking passengers at the back of the coach asking for him to speak clearer and louder but these didn’t change anything at all. The guide gave all his instructions/directions on the coach and expected his group to understand, know and remember what and where to go at every destination/stop location. Luckily we could understand both Chinese and English and were better able to know what he was speaking about. His English version was not as thorough as his Chinese version. He claimed to have 10 years’ experience – but we believe it’s not more than one year’s experience repeated 9 times! We saw other tour guides from other companies leading their group out of the coach and pointing out the directions to the tourists. Yes, tourists were told to be punctual and occasionally there were some who were a few minutes late - but that doesn’t justify the guide to be rude and even threaten to abandon those who would be late. He is so different from another tour guide from Global International who took us on the first part of a 6-Days tour from SF to LA – this guide even went out of the coach to look for the tourists and even phoned for those who were a little late (not more than 3-4 minutes). For your information, at one of the stops we met another tour operator (Salt Lake City Express) and were very impressed with the lady who was the bus driver. She was so friendly and a total contrast with what we got from Seagull. Tours4fun has to take note lest their image and reputation are affected. Performances of their partners / sub-contractors must be monitored for quality of good service. I have written a review on Tours4fun webpage and didn't get any response whatsoever - except to inform they have credited me with 50 points for the review. How could such incidents be allowed to happen to foreigners / tourists who are visiting USA? Are these incidents expected of companies in the service industries? What actions should or being taken to improve or rectify such poor image given of American companies? Consumers Beware!

Tours4Fun discriminational and unprofessional rude behaviour of tour guide

This is first time in my whole life seeing such a rude and unprofessional tour guide of Tianabo Travel Ltd who had a discriminational behaviour against my family and me.
Of course I got the tour through Tours4fun but tour guide is the employee of Tianbao, on Sep 5 2015 we started our trip with the Tianabo Travel, I asked her that the bus is warm and she said it takes time but no difference even after 1 hour any how I did not complain any more, on the first day our seat was in middle of the bus and she explained that she will change all the seats to back and front which was a good idea, our seat no 20, 23 and 24 on second day changed to 40 43 and 44 which I checked in the morning on bus window before bringing our luggage to the bus but after 10 minutes when we all came to sit in the bus we saw tour guide changed our seats to the toilet seats no 51 and 55 56 when I asked we want to sit at our seats she denied and tried to tell it was a mistake which was not, this was a direct discrimination as the guide and passengers sitting at our place were Chinese she told us you can complain anywhere and I don't mind, and it is very bad in Canada.

Tours4Fun fraud

This is regarding to the tour we booked from tours4fun on june 2015. Res number: E293317

Unfortunately, we encountered many problems:

1. There wasn't a stop in the Hoover dam, the driver took us to a store located far from it with no observation point, and of course got money from the store owner for it. We were really disappointed that we couldn't visit the dam like promised in your booking.

We had to book another trip that cost us 66Usd per person to the Hoover dam, because we wanted to see it. So we paid extra 132Usd because of this error in the trip.

2. In the reservation form there was no hint for extra 80USD per person for the west rim Grand Canyon, just the 25usd for south rim, although the tour guide told us it's not worthy to go to the south rim, because it's 11 hours trip by bus with no time to spend I the place itself.

3. We couldn't use the Tangir outlet trip...because the end point for it was LA and we are staying in Vegas.

4. In the first day I contacted your representatives that told me that I should go to the meeting point. We paid 50Usd per taxi, waited there for 2 hours...just to go back to Las Vegas strip...and your representatives knew that we were staying there.

5. There was nothing in the web site indicating the tour is in Chinese language...

Hello,

Myself and my family of 5 (adults) from New Zealand did a tour through Tours4Fun and visited San Francisco from Los Angeles return. We had an enjoyable Tour and did everything that was listed on the Itinerary. Perhaps we were lucky that we had no problems ? Our tour guide was Chinese and translated, most of the time, to english. For any one reading, you really need to read EVERYTHING, about these tours so that you fully understand what's what. Yes, it is for Chinese, but for the most part they do translate to english so be aware. You need to read all about OPTIONAL fees and MANDATORY. That way you have no surprises. I'm not completely convinced after using Tours4Fun that they fully understand the Tourism Business? because i too asked for a full Itinerary, disclosing the name of the Tour Company, and Hotels because i like to do review checks before hand so i'm at the very least, aware of what to expect. Obviously, when you consider the price, you get what you pay for, and for my Group, it was to visit San Francisco, Yosemite and get back to Los Angeles. Yes, the start times are early, and the days can be long, but if you've done your homework then you would know your travel distances and be able to estimate how much time is spent in the bus versus how much time is spent out of the bus. After having taken this Tour, i was pleasantly surprised and happy. I am currently about to take another and will comment again. Kia Ora from New Zealand.

Buyer, beware! By "international tour" they mean Chinese and the people who were foolish enough to think it was going to be actually international.

Tours4Fun paid for 2 tours and did not get it

I paid for 2 tours to the Gran Canyon with tours 4 fun. The tour guide spoke Chinese and his English was very limited. He spoke Chinese at least 80% of the trip. We were not given the opportunity to ask questions. The bus driver did not speak English. We were placed at the back of the bus. We were the only non bilingual passengers on the bus. We were not told the tour was only for Chinese people before we booked the tour. The web site was misleading because they had a picture of a white lady that shows when you need to connect with the chat line for help. I did not know it was a website for Chinese people. The tour guide did not wait for my mom and I to get off the bus. He was holding up a Chinese flag and he was marching up a hill when we got off the bus. We were discriminated against because we were not Chinese. We should not have had to march behind a Chinese flag in the United States. The tour guide was not honest when he asked for an additional 14.00 dollars. I told him we did not take a tour and we had been misled because this tour was not for us. He apologized and said the money was not for the tour it was for the bus driver and the office staff, which was not true. He had me paying the extra money for the bus driver and his services per their website. We were not taken to an area where we could have watched an i-max movies of the Gran Canyon in English. The tour was cut short because the tour guide had another event waiting when we got back at the hotel.

Tours4Fun poor quality

We recently experienced the Tours4fun 3-Day San Francisco / Yosemite Bus Tour in and out of LA and were very disappointed with the experience on many levels. The tour was apparently run by Golden Tours who advise Tours4fun are merely booking agents.
Firstly we left LA late as result of all the back and forth collecting people for other tours.
Next, the bus we initially thought was only a transfer bus but was ultimately our actual travel bus was very old and uncomfortable and not suitable for long distance travel. There was little padding in the very upright seats, no safety belts and we were warned not to use the on-board toilets. There was no climate control air conditioning with only one setting of on fully cold (freezing) or off ( stuffy and sweating).
Our safety was jeopardized during the trip when we encountered a rain storm and the bus started leaking water from the roof at the emergency escape and at the side window wetting myself and other passengers. At this point the rain wipers would not work on the outside and the demister would not clear the inside of the windscreen forcing the driver to pull over, leave the door open and only then drive slowly on the highway with fresh air clearing the windscreen from the inside.
The bus driver and our tour guide continually had differing opinions on what route to take and their debating was loud and audible by us even in the back of the bus. This debate lead to the driver taking numerous wrong turns and wasting time finding our destination particularly in/around Fremont and in Yosemite NP.
Our tour guide Eddie, of Asian background, attempted to lighten the mood at times but his lack of grasp of English in both understanding and pronunciation frustrated us and communication was a real issue throughout the trip - it was regularly observed that explanations in Chinese would last many minutes but were followed by a quick 5-10 second English equivalent resulting in us feeling left out.
Accommodation outside of San Francisco was of a high quality but precluded us from readily enjoying the San Francisco nightlife as if it had been in San Francisco.
Food stops were predominantly at Asian establishments which satisfied the predominantly Asian tourists on the bus but the dozen or so of us wanting normal western food had to make do.
I was unfortunate to get food poisoning at the buffet at lunch on our return day which impacted me for the next 4 or 5 days.
The highlight of this trip for us was Yosemite National and it was disappointing how rushed our stay was after spending so much time travelling there. 20 minutes for breakfast and viewing at the base of the waterfall and 5 minutes at the top was really inadequate for such a highlight.
The other issue we were frustrated with was the expectation of attending an "optional" day trip in San Francisco - one we did not want to attend as we had previously travelled to in the past and we knew exactly what parts of town we wanted to spend our free time at. There was intense pressure from Eddie to participate in the day tour despite our assurance we had no intention to attending.
Lastly, we were astounded at the demand for substantial further payments for "service" fees and substantial tips, regardless of our experience or service provided, on top of the tour fees booked and the already additional out of pocket fees for park and attractions. These were not present on the website at the time or stipulated at the time of booking and brought this apparent value for money tour up to the price of the premium tour operators.
In hindsight and aware of the difficulties we encountered, we would not have travelled on this tour and we recommend anyone thinking of travelling to weigh up the hurdles we encountered before forming a decision.
Our factual review of our trip experience on the Tours4fun and TripAdvisor websites have been removed/blocked so we are trying to highlight our concerns on other websites now.

Tours4Fun buyer beware

Buyers beware, all great deals on Tours4Fun are not equal! Tours4 Fun subcontracts their trips. While one company may provide the services that were advertised, you might end up with the company we were unfortunate to get. Our trip “From Hell” would require too much space to describe in its entirety, so I will only give you the highlights.
Apparently Itinerary is only “suggested” and can be changed without any regard to the passengers. We were looking forward to going to Niagara Falls on the first day and seeing the light show at night. This did NOT happen. Instead we went directly to Montreal. Our one and a half day stay in Montreal was the best part of the trip. Unfortunately we arrived there in a small shuttle bus that only sat 14 people. My legs were crammed up on the wheel-cover the entire trip. From there it was all downhill!
Our next stop was in Toronto. The Itinerary said we would only be there one night, but we stayed at the worst hotel we have ever been in for two nights. I have enclosed pictures to show the filth, mold, and rust in the room. Unfortunately, you can’t see the awful smell from the heavy smoke in our “non-smoking” room. Prostitution is also legal in Toronto and we saw plenty of it at this hotel. Even the waitress in the coffee shop advised us to be careful since there was no security at the hotel and it was unsafe to leave anything in the rooms. Several calls and e-mails to Tours4Fun resulted in NO change even though we stated that we were fearful for our safety. To say that this is comparable to a Sheraton is a joke! When we questioned the driver, his comment was that the trip was cheap and if we wanted something better, we should have paid more! Tours4Fun sets the price and this is what they offered!
Our stay in Niagara Falls was all of three hours on the last day. No light show at night, no overnight stay, just a mad rush to see it all before our eight hour drive home in a shuttle bus with no bathroom.
I won’t describe the ride home except to say that the bus was stopped twice by the police for various traffic violations and passengers in the front said that the speed of the shuttle bus exceeded the speed limit to the point that we were all fearful for our safety.

Tours4Fun no response from them so far

I ordered tour from the company Tour4Fun. After I made the order, no one from this company contacted us and informed about the tour dates, flight and etc. I decided to send them email and asked about it. I sent email 3 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received any response. I asked them to return money, which I paid as deposit, but again they didn't reply. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Tours4Fun bad tour bus experience

We took a 3 day, 2 night tour from Orange County to Solvang and San Fransico with Tours4Fun. . It was a Terrible tour! The tour guide spoke 90% Chinese and English used was difficult to understand. That is until the tour guide demanded a $18 tip each from my husband, myself and our 12 year old child. Then his English was used. Every stop for food was at questionable Asian buffets. The driver was nice but because of late returns to the hotel and early departures, he did not even have 8 hour break to sleep and eat before trips. This made safety a concern on the bus. There was no response from Tours4Fun when our complaint was made. I hope others learn from our trip and avoid using this company! Very disappointing!

I took an escorted tour from Tours4Fun to Canada (E Ticket #E-124701). The cost was approximately $300 for an escorted bus tour including hotels. We had to pay additionally for attraction tickets which totaled $218 plus a tip of $7 a day for guide ($28). The advertisement said the hotels were comparable to Holiday Inns which they were not. Two out of the three hotels were dumps (dirty and filthy). Two were in the middle of industrial areas and there was no where to go at night. You could not leave the tour as the bus was always moving and the hotels were not booked until that evening. It was like being held hostage. The ad said the bus had a bathroom. We were not allowed to use it as they kept it locked, and we were on the bus a minimum of seven hours a day. The tour escort was not knowledgeable about the places visited. We were only at each place 60-90 minutes which was not enough time to see anything. It was a ripoff to have to buy tickets to these attractions. At night we were always dropped off in the local ChinaTown to eat. We could not go far as we had 75-90 minutes to be back on the bus. Every time we were dropped off we heard that bus could not park here and be sure you are back on time. Two days in a row we had to be up and on the bus very early. Saturday at 5:30am (on bus) and Sunday at 6:00am. That was not mentioned in ad at all. I do not have a good head for distances and did not realize everything was so far away.

Tours4Fun lies, lies and more lies

Terrible company that lies repeatedly. Nothing but Chinese food on the tour -- good at first but terrible later --, air conditioning didn't work, tour guide only spoke Chinese, seats were uncomfortable, restrooms were closed and locked on the bus, smell was terrible (no bathrooms probably contributed to this), tour guide was extremely rude and Tours4Fun claimed they had nothing to do with all this. Wouldn't even help to get a refund and said they would call the vendor but we heard nothing back. Never, ever, ever go anywhere with this company if you value your vacation time.

Tours4Fun enforcing attractions and dinners

7 Day East Coast: US with Airport Transfers (2 Nights in New York & D.C.)
Our tour date was 9/12 to 9/18 (7 days)
Tour guide: Linda

The good part:
1. The hotels booked were nice and comfortable.
2. Time management was good.

Main problems faced:
1. Optional attractions enforced as mandatory: We felt cheated that we were not told that lot of attractions were optional. Our guide did not inform us clearly that these were optional attractions. In fact on day 1 she even lied that these were mandatory. The truth came out only during mid trip, when we started off from washington to niagara, and she started to collect the money for the attractions.

2. Optional dinner forced as mandatory: We were cheated onto believing that the dinner arranged for us was mandatory. This happened 3 times during the trip. Each time were taken to chinese restaurants. We felt uncomfortable eating on a shared table with other members of our trip. We felt the food was mediocre too.

3. Bad english: The guides english was vey bad and this ruined most part of our trip.

Tours4Fun the worst tour i've ever joined

I would like to raise a complaint about the tour package we purchased from Tours4XXX during Aug 1 - 11 for the Europe Tour -

11-Day Italy, Switzerland, and France Tour Package (Paris Departure)

The tour was handled by another travel agency GoXXXXXXGo, we joined an English Speaking Tour with an english speaking tour leader named Chxxg but the tour group was mixed with another Chinese speaking tour group led by another Chinese Tour leader named Jxxxy. This Jxxxy dominated in most of the tour arrangement including communication with Bus Driver, Hotel Room arrangement, etc.

Though Chxxg is an excellent Tour leader, but since most of the arrangement was handled by Jxxxy therefore Chxxg's hand was tied and he could not do anything by himself.

During the tour, we found that the air conditioning on the bus was not working and after at least 3 days when we arrived Rome, the temperature was so hot to be tolerated therefore we raised complaint to our tour leader Chxxg, Chxxg reflected this to Jxxxy and Jxxxy promised to have the bus fixed on the other day or would have another bus to serve us. However, on the second day, the bus was still not fixed with one side of the air conditioning and fan not working at all. I raised the concern to our tour leader Cxxxg again and when Jxxxy heard that we told Cxxxg that Jxxxy did not make his promise to change the bus, he yelled at me and asked me either to leave the group or not to raise any complaint. Jxxxy also said that I can beat up the bus driver as he was informed by the bus driver that the bus could be fixed on that day. Though the bus was replaced by another one on the next day, I was entired disappointed with the manner and altitude of this Tour Leader Jxxxy.

I raised a complaint to Tours4XXX and this is the formal response:

********************************************************************************************************************************

Sorry for late reply, as we took some time to check with GoXXXXXXGo company and finally we have got the tour detail.

They mixed the English and Chinese tour group without notifying us as lack of English participants, now they have found this will be a big problem, so they will begin to arrange a separate tour coach for English group if the participants is over 10 people from September, the English group leader will be Cxxxg as always.

And during the tour on Tuesday, Jxxxy told their company the air conditioner did not work suddenly, bus company promise to fix it, and it did work again after repairing, but unfortunately, it did not work again on Wednesday, they found another coach soon, but it takes time to catch up the tour, finally changed it in the morning of Thursday. Jxxxy handled all the things, so he may be worried a lot at that time and the talking to you was really inappropriate. After we forwarding your complain, GoXXXXXXGo has warned and punished him according to their company's regulation. We also gave them the pressure for the tour guide management.

From the response above, it clearly indicated that Tours4Fun will still mix English group with Chinese group together if English Group size does not exceed 10 Pax, meaning there is still a potential for the english tour group to be suffered by the mannor of the particular notorious Chinese Tour Leader, I shared this to warn others who plan to join this tour about the subsequent risks.

Tours4Fun tips

No fun at all! Our family booked this tour from Las Vegas. The first day of the tour was to bring us to our hotel (Stratosphere) for the night in Las Vegas. The bus ride was about 15 minutes. Yet we were charged $5/ person as tip. This was recurring every day of the tour. The tour is preferentially geared for non English speaking tourists. Tour guides will speak so many things in Chinese and would do a one- liner in English. They would always bring us to Chinese buffet for meals. We could not eat Chinese food all the time. I feel they should be truthful and advertise correctly. It wasn't at all fun. I would not recommend this tour.

Tours4Fun wrongly described

Rocky Mountain Tour . If you are an English speaking westerner say away from this company. The tours are NOT as stated, they are 98% Chinese and just 2% in English. The tours are rushed, most of the accommodation is on the lower end of the spectrum but OK and all meals are Chinese, in fact the only places you stop for food are Chinese Food Halls. The Tour Guide demands his and the drivers tip, the driver was OK and we would have readily given him one but as for the guide forget-it The guides manners in fact left a lot to be desired, we were the only English speaking westerners on the tour and had it not been for a young lady from Singapore, who spoke Mandarin and a young lad from Kora we would have been completely out on a limb. Never again will we use this company.

Tours4Fun tour

Don't book a tour with tours4fun.com. I booked a Crand Cannyon and Hoover Dam Tour. First of all I didn't depature in Los Angeles, I got picked up in Las Vegas, what is actually more expensive and the 3rd day I didn't go back to LA. This is more expensive, especially because I travel alone. The singe room extra charge is almost double the tour price.
Then I was booked on a Chinese tour with Sea Gull Holidays. 3 European (I met there 2 girls from Norway) and the rest of them was Chinese. The Guide barley spoke English. He explained a few main points and that was it. A Chinese girl translated me the Chinese spoken and it was really interesting. But he never mentioned the interesting stuff in English.
At the first day there was an optional night tour. It was not half worth of the money. All the atractions, vulcano show etc, can easily walked by yourself and that cost you only 7 dollar for a 24 hours bus ticket on the strip.
I booked online the West Rim Tour but the guide told me I booked the South. What was not true. I said I wanna go to the West, doesn't matter what his sheet said. Then there was a fee for the national park, 69 $, what was never mentioned. Other people who "booked" West didn't know that.
So more or less the fee was secluded. But I paid. We had 4 hours at the Canyon, what was actually okay. Then "Hoover Dam" was just crossing the dam and then 20 minutes for pictures. What a fraud!
On the way back he told us there is a service fee arround 18 dollar (6$ a day) Everyone paid. I said, that I don't wanna pay the fee because I was never satisfied with the service. HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I TALKED TO HIM IN ENGLISH!
He tried to force me to pay. He said that it is for him and the driver, it would be the salary. And if I don't pay, he has to pay this. I told him that it is not my problem and discussed with him. He talked to me for more then 10 minutes about respect and something. At the end I paid 6 dollar for one full day. He really tried everything that I pay.

This tours are cheating on their customers! A tour guide who doesn't speak English!
NEVER BOOK A TOUR AT TOURS4FUN!

I was on a tour from Oct 23 – Oct 28th 2017 and was one of 5 Americans on a bus of 60. Our tour guide spoke broken English, our bus driver spoke none. Our driver ran red lights, didn’t pick us up when or where he said he would, didn’t help passengers on or off the bus and never helped with luggage. Our tour guide had incorrect history dates and the sightseeing was lack luster.
When the description says you will see Ground Zero in NYC or the Lincoln Memorial in D.C that means that the bus will drive by it. We didn’t stop at either location although we were sure to stop in a bad part of Philly for an all you can eat buffet at 9:30 PM. While at the restaurant I found out that the tour has been stopping there every Thursday and Sunday for the last 12 years. Funny how that wasn’t on the itinerary.
The bathrooms on the bus were locked and not available for use and the hotel rooms were nowhere near the site seeing. Your hotel the first night will be in Newark, NJ, the walls will be thin, the hotel rooms dirty. You will take the bus into China Town in NYC on day 1 at 7:30 AM and nothing will be open except for an Asian bakery.
Tours4fun.com will not even be the company to take you on your tour, they out source to Paradise Vacations, an Asian run company that has a New York office, only none of the employees speak English. This explains why Tours4fun.com was unable to provide me with a detailed itinerary before the trip.
The price…it’s too good to be true. Don’t do it. You will need a vacation from your vacation.

I went on this tour expecting it to be fun! THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! The tour was extremely unorganised, and when we were met at our destination with a snow storm, we were not told that the tour had in fact been cancelled and rescheduled so we were waiting on the freezing streets of New York City for hours with no communication. We asked for a refund and when this was refused we decided to just go on the rescheduled tour.
We were met with a very rude tour guide by the name of Bin. He demanded that we pay him service charges every day which we refused as we did not get the service that we expected, nor did he come anywhere near close in earning these 'tips'. He lied to us on numerous occasions, charged more than the required amount for different 'attractions' and said that this was the only money he got from doing these tours and tried to guilt us into paying him, later admitting that he did in fact get paid from the company. He also lied to us about certain parts of the tour, misleading us to believe that the events were going to be far more interesting than they actually were, for example, we were told we were going to a presidential museum, which you would expect to be a proper museum for the history of the presidents of the U.S.A; in fact, this was actually just the Madam Marauds wax museum, which we had already been to. I did not appreciate being lied to at this point and therefore refused to pay for a falsely advertised tourist attraction.
When we went to Niagara Falls, Bin publicly harassed us for the money which we refused to pay without getting into contact with the company as we were extremely disappointed in the tour. He then harassed us once again on the bus and at the end of the tour publicly slandered our names and made extremely racial slurs towards us and our country of Australia. This man is the worst public service tour guide that I have ever had any contact with. This company is horrendous. It is catered specifically for people of Asian ethnicity, and does not cater for anyone else. We could barely understand the tour guide and they only went to Asian restaurants. I have no problem with Asian people or the food/culture but it should be specifically stated on the website, and I think that when in the U.S.A you should speak the native language of the country and dine in the American cuisine. I will NEVER EVER EVER! use this company ever again, no one I know will ever use this company and I wish I had have taken out legal action against Bin for the racist treatment towards my friend and me. This tour was one of the worst and most disgusting things that I have ever endured and I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. Shame on you Tours4fun and your employees. You are repulsive and just thinking about your tour makes me furious.
