My experience with Superdown was quite disappointing. The website navigation was confusing, making it hard to find what I was looking for. The product quality was mediocre, and the prices were higher than expected. Customer service was slow to respond, and the checkout process was cumbersome. Overall, I did not feel satisfied with my purchase.

As a potential customer considering Tourneau, I must say that the reviews present a mixed bag of experiences. While some customers praise the exceptional sales representatives like Maggie at Bucherer, others express frustration with issues like false promises, poor customer service, and undisclosed policies. It seems that Tourneau's service quality can vary significantly depending on the specific store and salesperson you encounter. Before making a purchase, it might be wise to thoroughly research and perhaps visit the store in person to ensure a positive experience.

Prices at tourneau may not always be the cheapest, but I am happy knowing they will stand by their product and help me get it repaired if the watch ever fails.

My first Tag Heuer came from tourneau and for the past 15 years they have always replaced my watch battery for me. Their level of customer service is pretty much unparalleled.

We got each of our groomsman designer cufflinks from Tourneau. We ordered every guy a pair to match his personality, and they loved it. Quality product and a great selection I hadn't seen anywhere else.

I bought a preowned piaget watch for about 50 percent of what it would cost otherwise. I am confident that I bought the real thing as they always check to make sure it is not a replica. They also guarentee it to be working.

Tourneau online is even better than shopping at their store because the variety is even better. The stores do not always have everything and then you just end up buying what you didn't really want. Go online to the tourneau store instead.

Was lied to for over two years about a watch I wanted, then finally purchased a watch and was told my next watch would be the one I wanted, and my sales associate was fired, been talking to the manger for months but she is never willing to help me out, called and complain asked to talk to the regional manager, and no one called me. I've been calling the store torneau in king of Prussia and the manger is no help at all

I was interested in buying Rolex so I found this website and decided to contact customer service first. I had few questions to ask. So I called their phone number and someone from Tourneau answered.
It was my first Rolex ever and that's obvious I had some questions and I was expecting to get some help and advice from them. But the girl I spoke to was nasty. When I said that I wanted to buy my first Rolex she behaved strange. She used sarcasm, was rude and asked like 10 times "are you sure you can afford that?". I'm totally disgusted with that kind of attitude! Decided not to buy from them.

I took my GMT Master watch to Tourneau store in San Francisco and asked them to send the watch to Rolex for servicing. The agent lied to me and told me he would send it to Rolex. In fact, he sent it to a Tourneau facility, not a Rolex facility. The watch was badly damaged during the "servicing" at the Tourneau facility and after a few weeks it became completely non-functional, as the hour hand stopped moving, among other things. At the time this happened, I was on my way to Europe for an extended period of time, so I brought the watch to the nearest Authorized Rolex Repair Center to where I was in Europe. They refused to honor the Rolex International Warranty. They said that the service performed by Tourneau was "amateur" and they found the following problems: the hands were broken due to poor handling, the dialer was dirty, the ring under the glass was frayed, and the thorn rotor was broken. I had to pay 900 EUR to the Authorized Rolex Repair Center to have them fix the damage that Tourneau inflicted on my watch. I have discussed the matter with Tourneau and Tourneau refuses to give me a refund. I have written two letters to Rolex HQ in Switzerland asking them for help and I have not received any response to either letter. I disputed the charge from Tourneau with my credit card company and Tourneau has fought the dispute and is refusing the compensate me for the charges.

My friend purchased a brand new Rolex watch at the above store as a Christmas gift for me. Went back to the store to have the watch registered and fitted and was very upset to hear that there would install two links for free and any additional link would be a $75.00 extra I had to leave my watch there because they didn't e the links there in stock and Rolex would be closed until January 4th 2016.I feel this is very unfair that I would be charged for links to make the watch fit my wrist and the purchaser of the watch was never informed of this information otherwise would have never bought the watch there the sale per they spoke with is frank. own two other Rolex watches and never had to pay for anything to be added to make the watch fit .This will be my last and final purchase of a Rolex due to the salesman stamping the invoice final sale which would not give me a option to return the watch due to it not fitting me .Myself and my friend are very unhappy with this practice and will find another place to shop from now on. Why was this invoice stamped fiNALSALE?I feel like I was trapped into this purchase there was no signs that had final sale in the store and the watch was not discounted it as full purchase price

I brought my Omega Seamaster to Tourneau for repairs three times. In all instances my timepiece was returned to me with the same problems; random stoppage or lost time. When this condition occurs, one of the following is observed:

1. The timepiece has lost minutes or hours, but it is still running;

2. The timepiece has stopped. In this instance, the timepiece can be restarted by manually winding it one-to-two revolutions.

It is my belief that the service technicians are not properly addressing the root cause of the problem. I am not a watchmaker, however I have constructed a simple test procedure that re-creates the problem:

1. Set timepiece to 12:00am so that the date changes

2. Manually wind the timepiece for about 1 min -- approx. 50 revolutions

3. Lay the timepiece on a table, undistributed, until the timepiece stops running

4. Record elapse time.

5. Repeat step 1-4 if necessary

I also provided Tourneau with the information above. I paid $420.00 in October of 2008 for the repairs. The last repair attempt was completed in Aug. of 2009. Since then my watch stopped working properly in July of 2010.

At this point, I feel that working with Tourneau is a lost effort. Given my experience I can't recommend Tourneau's watch repairs services.

Tourneau told me a watch I gave them would cost $1500 to repair. When I asked them to return the watch they called me back and said they'd do the same repair for $750. I declined again. The watch, an Omega Constellation was old and probably worthless and I was repairing it mostly for sentimental reasons. When I went to the store to pick up the watch a saleswoman told me confidentially that most of the suggested repairs were unnecessary. I eventually took the watch to my corner jeweler who charged me $40 to repair it.

I bought new watch from Tourneau.

Watch was defect as of 1st day wearing it.

Watch still defect after 9 month.

Many (almost countless) emails and phone calls to Tourneau's service department didn't help. They gave me contacts and left me to deal with all the contractors and sub contractors. No real help from Tourneau apart of forwarding emails and sending reminders.

Tourneau never seemed to take ownership of the problem.

After 9 month and givin up communicating with Tourneau, I located and directly contacted the CEO of the watch manufacturer (abroad), telling about my story and issues with Tourneau.

Subsequently the watch manufacturer replaced me the watch within 1 week - no fees, no postage no delay or unnecessary questions asked!

Why was Tourneau not able to do this?

And why did it take Tourneau 9 month to attempt to "move" (without success)!

I would never ever again buy any valuables at Tourneau Las Vegas -
