I did not authorize a charge of $76.82 on Oct. 31, 2009, which was posted to my credit card account on Nov. 2, 2009. Now I want a refund of $76.82 from Total White.

Did not sign up for anything for 76.82 nor a membership, and then to top it all off, have not received anything for $76.82. This is simply fraud on the internet. It proves how the public is being deceived by companies on the internet. Companies share credit card names and numbers. Call it stealing. The cold hard fact is that the Total White company is redoing the website. And guess what the original advertisement isn't accessible. They
are lying about the original ad and what it said on the internet! Very rude customer service reps. Their supervisors are never available. They stole my money by charging my credit card for nothing in return. FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING!!! Do not trust the product, whatever it is.
