If you've ordered a FREE Trial of Total Cleanse you also agreed to their terms and conditions which are: If you enjoy product do nothing you will be billed $78.84 at end of 15 day trial period. IF FOR ANY REASON you decide it's not for you you MUST call 1-866-320-0038 and return the unused portion. Unless you call to cancel you'll continue to get a 1 month supply every 30 days and be billed $78.84 plus $5.95 for shipping.
Not only did I call and cancel but I also went to their live chat at www.mytrialsupport.com. You can print out a copy of this chat session which you can use as proof of cancellation if they bill you even after you've cancelled. To make sure they can't continue to bill me I also called my credit card company and they put a hold on my account and are sending me new cards with a new account number. Protect yourself and call to cancel if you do not want this product!
