1-866-320-0038 recording says It is not assigned yet. If I don't send it back within 14 days I will be charged This was a trial offer where I paid only the s & h charge of $5.95.. This must be a Scam...

hi there,
ya, the same thing happen to me just yesterday(nov19th) I tried to call but i got the same recording!!! I was MAD, I had to take a draw from work to pay back the money they took, ( $90.00)I didn't even get my (FREE TRIAL..). I wrote them an e-mail to stop taking money out.. I might have to call my bank to stop them from ripping me off.. HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT???Thanks for letting me vent!!

They took money out of my account in December. I called right away. The guy told me that I would have to wait until I received the product to and return it to them to get my refund. He told me that is would arrive by the 15 of the next month. I never received any thing. I called again another guy told me that I would have to check my next billing statement for a refund. I told him that wasn't good enough I wanted to talk to someone higher up. He told me that the home office deals with the refunds I asked for that number and he said they don't have one. Is there any way to report them to the BBB?
