They charge your account for their product when they are not supposed to. The only way to get them to stop is by calling them and cancelling. The problem with that is the number is not real. I have called a million times and every time, it automatically hangs up. There is no way to get them to stop. This is a complete scam and I do not know how they are still getting away with it.

Same thing happened to me, its been over 14 days since I ordered 10/10 and I cannot get a hold of them still! Does anyone have a wasy to contact Total Cleanse other than the number you guys are talking about? It does not even ring, automatically disconnects like it is not in service anymore! AHHH. I dont wanna be charged. I ended up getting out of Acai Berry one by looking at reviews of other complaints online, they ended up having 5 different numbers so I am hoping that Total Cleanse does also.

I actually lucked out with that number. I called today and was on hold for maybe 10 minutes but lo and behold someone answered! They cancelled my trial period and they even sent me an email stating the trial cancellation. Now I was not so lucky with the Extreme Acai Berry 500 product. THAT I had to cancel my credit card and file a report through my bank...never again am I going to buy any sort of diet pills or anything unless I know that the product is from a LEGIT website/company!! Hope this is of some help to anyone.

I called this number today and I was on hold for 30 minutes! Finally this guy comes online and i told him I would like to cancel my "free trial". I never receieved the prodcut...I hate the fact these companies drop names like Oprah, CNN, CBS????? So ridiculous...anyways, he canceled charge on my credit card. The interenet is geting scarier scarier in these hard times...next time I will go to the store and buy it!

What number did you guys use to cancel Total Cleanse? I've been trying to reach them and haven't been able to get through. The number I used to cancel the Acai Berry was 1-877-615-4233. I was on hold for 30 minutes and the person I spoke to could've been the rudest person on Earth, but she gave me a cancellation number, so I have somewhat proof if anything every happens again. She also said I was still going to be charged the 3.95 for the free trial, which I was fine with, but it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't gotten anything. I HATE THESE PEOPLE!

i got my pills today from total cleanse and acia berry. I had to call those numbers. it took a while to get the phone to actually ring on the total cleanse line, but it finally did and i had to wait like 10 mins before someone picked up the phone. they were nice tho. cancelled and send me a email telling me it was cancelled. Acai berry did not give me a cancellation number or email either. But I am still going to try these items and see if they work. I went thru the trouble to get them i might as well try them.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered the free trail of total cleanse and acai berry. Neither phone number worked. After many tears the only option was to call my bank and cancel my debit card. Both places charged me over 80 bucks and will charge you again and again!!! Never got my money back. Do not fall for this scam.. I did. I wish I had read about this sooner

I had same issue with Extreme Acai Berry and Total Cleanse. Got the products but telephone numbers included were not working. Acai Berry number was a used car dealer. And the Total Cleanse didn't go through at all. Finally I called the number on the Extreme Acai Berry bottle 18778480 and after being on hold 22 mins did get it cancelled. But... I want someone to post any numbers at all that they have gotten through to Total Cleanse. I resorted to mailing them, and warning my Credit card that I can't get through. Credit card claims they will reverse charges and help me. But I am not sure that is true.
Please if anyone has numbers that go to Total Cleanse, please say what they are. or e mail me with it Thanks

Hello everyone, I order Total Cleanse and Acai Berry also. It was easy to cancell Acai Berry. Total Cleanse on the other hand took patience but I succeeded in getting in touch with someone. I called 18663200038 several times and it did me the same way by hanging up about 7 seconds of not even ringing, but keep trying eventually you will get it to ring and you will hear an automated woman talking.
When you hear her press 0 and get ready to wait because I was on hold for 11 minutes. So I suggest you have some free time on your hands. Hope this helps!

Hello Everyone, I also ordered the Acai Berry and Total Cleanse combination. I was able to cancel the Acai Berry product by calling 1- 801-528-1391 . I found the number under the terms section on their website https://www.extremeacaiberry.com/e_pop/index.php?affID=68&subaffID=233280404&opt=401295. The 800 number they provide did not work when I called it (although its listed on the website). I received a confirmation number that my order was canceled.

I was also able to cancel the total cleanse product by calling the 1-866-320-0038. It rang busy several times, I also experienced the line hanging up with no response. I followed Tammy's guidance and finally got through, the line will ring a few times and then you will hear an automated voice - I waited for about 10 minutes and finally someone came on the line to assist me. I received my confirmation number via email, which comes from no-reply ebiz program (check your SPAM filter). I hope this information helps! none of us ordered the product for a SCAM!!!

i have been trying to get ahold of both acai berry and total cleanse for days all numbers for tital cleanse say my call cannot be completed as dialed .. and i sit on hold for over an hour with acai berry .. i cannot aford to have my bank account drafted for something i have never received this is a complete scam and to top it off another place called fit factory started debiting my account for $30.00 i called them they said that i had signed up for it i told them i had not .. they told me i had 7 days to cancel and i called on the 7th day and they refused to refund my money .. i told htem i had not signed up and that i was aware of a 14 day limit and they still refused to refund my money tho they did cancel . i am beside myself as i cannot aford to lose all this money as i am sure no one esle can either . i live from pay check to paycheck and i am kicking myself for not checking them out first i have no idea how to stop this so that my pay checks dont get taken by this scam .. i work my buns off and i do not make much money to begin with and if they take this i will be broke . if anyone has any more info or ideas plz plz post them

plz also be aware that all these numbers for total cleanse tell you that you cannot get thru at this time and pressing ) does not work it beeps like u have reached a disconnected number .. none of the total cleanse numbers work and acai berry you sit forever

please note the only way to stop these charges is if you used your bank card u have to report it stolen or lost and they will cancel the card and issue you a new one which will have a new number and no charges will be allowed on the old number . yes this is a pain becuz you have to wait 7 to 10 business days for your new card but in the long run it will save you hundreds of dollars. please also note that all teh numbers for total cleanse are false numbers and the acai berry one you will sit for hours waiting for someone to answer if they answer at all . the recording tells you that the best time to reach them is between 6 and 9 pm .. well i do not have days to sit on the phone for hours to get ahoold of these people so i called my bank and reported my card lost ..also plz look carefully at your charges there is possibly charges from a place called *fit factory* i called them as i found a charge from them they said i had 7 days i do not remember signing up for this nor do i remember a 7 day limit i called on the 7th day and they refused to refund my money so they got 29.95 out of my account i am filing a greivence with my bank and they are going to try to recup the charges for me at no cost to me..i have heard so much about both these products i didnt think i would get scammed well .. now i know better .. please be carefull .. i know form now on i will look for pages like this b4 i order anything from anywhere

I also ordered a received both of these items. I called and canceled both on the day that I finally received them. When I finally got through they told me they were canceled. I just checked my account and I have been charged 78.84 and I was told I canceled in plenty of time. I would not be charged one cent more. I was also charge 8.51 from a website I had never been to. Acaiberry gave out my credit card to a sister site. I called would not refund my money but canceled my card. HUM>>>>> I doubt it. I canceled my credit card and am now having to fight a new battle with my bank.
THESE PILLS DO NOT WORK PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

Ok I am going to help all of you that are having problems. I ordered this stuff and cancelled 5 days after.
Try calling the Total Cleanse number, back to back several times. I got through and an automated person came on the line and I was on hold for about 7 minutes. If this is does not work go to: http://sflnutrition.com/
There is a LIVE CHAT session that you can start and they will cancel for you and also send you a confirmation e-mail and transcript of the whole conversation.

If you ordered Acai Berry 500, I got through fine. HOWEVER, you will need to also call the CANCEL the FIT program and the PRICE LIMBO program. When you get this product you are automatically entered into this agreement. If you do not CANCELL you WILL be charged after the trail period of 7 days.

Thank you, Amanda for the website to cancel Total Cleanse, http://sflnutrition.com/. I had a live chat and was immediately e-mailed a cancellation confirmation. I was having the same problems not getting through to the designated number and was in a panic as I had already been charged by Acai Berry 6 days after they shipped me the "14 day trial" (having ordered the product 3 weeks prior with no confirmation that the order had even gon through). I did call Acai Berry at the (801) 528-1391 number and was put through pretty quickly. The rep was very nice, said my card will be credited within 10-14 days, AND I can keep the order that they have already shipped free of charge "due to their error." Also, as for Fit Factory, I accidentally called that number instead of Acai Berry and it wasn't until then that I realized I would be charged for something else, which, by the way is in very tiny fine print if you click on their "terms and conditions" link. They canceled it for me and were very polite. I ordered three "free trial" supplements within a short period and will never do so again! Lesson learned here.

I felt hesitant to order Total Cleanse in the first place but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I wish I had read all this beforehand. After reading about so many people having so much difficulty, it definitely does not seem worth it. I used the Live Chat on http://sflnutrition.com/ to cancel my order. However, my order was already shipped but the agent assured me I was cancelled and would only be charged for shipping, and would get to keep the product. My mind is more at east now. I haven't even tried the product yet, but based on everyone's reviews here, I personally wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

just an idea but what i did was i order several prepaid credit card and only put enough money on the card for the item im buying. you cannot be overcharged if you dont have the funds.
