I will never again deal with Toronto Gold Bullion Inc – Eshan. I have ordered gold and silver bullions and after I transferred money, the vendor suddenly announced that they didn’t have bullions and I needed to wait. What a shame! He told me to wait 10 days, but I have waited 8 weeks. He finally called me and told that they have shipped my bullions. I also noticed that the price of the bullion on the website was $1, 500, but when I checked the invoice, the price was completely different. It was $1, 890. Don’t buy from this company!
VERY RUDE, DISCRIMINATING AND SPEAKING DISRESPECTFULLY TO THE CUSTOMERS!
I wanted to buy gold bars for our company in Dubai so I called up this Toronto Bullion INC for the first time to check for the prices. The customer service agents Lincy and Aira were very friendly and helpful. They said that the guy in charge of the wholesale deliveries will be calling me in few minutes. I had waited for several hours and still this guy dint turn up. After 5 hours of long waiting, on the 3rd call this guy spoke to me over the phone.
Now I asked this guy who is in charge for whole sale deliveries that I would like to import gold bars to Dubai. He immediately interrupted me and said rudely that If I buy or sell from Dubai then he will surely not sell it to me. I was shocked by the way he spoke to me. Then I asked the reason and he said that all people in Dubai are all weird. HE ALSO SAID THAT HE HAD TRAINING IN HIS COMPANY WHERE THEY SAID THAT ALL THE PEOPLE IN DUBAI ARE ALL WEIRD. Further he said that I will have to provide the name, address, date of birth, contact number and occupation of my clients if he has to sell it to me. Also he negatively commented about the citizenship of Dubai. THESE ARE THE STRONG STATEMENTS HE SAID TO ME.
This is very rude, disrespectful and discriminating. Looking at the company’s website I thought your company is very professional but the way your company is treating the customers are so cheap, very offensive. This shows your company’s cheap low standard behavior. It’s very shocking to see that you people behave like this to the customers by making such strong statements without even knowing them. I AM VERY MUCH OFFENDED BY YOUR BEHAVIOR!
