Took the money, but never sent the product!

I ordered the Third Watch DVD Set through Google Web Site from NaxpMedia on 12-05-2007. I paid for shipping to insure that it would arrive for Christmas. They assigned an order no. 2122 and reserved a shipping number through UPS Tracking no.1Z55V9Y70397875946. UPS has not received this for shipment and and I have not been able to contact them either by Email or Telephone. Why does Google list a crooked company such as this. I am out $58. dollars and much agitation. I will also report this to the BBB including a complaint about Google. I fought that I will ever hear or see anything from either company as it is now 2-17-08.
