took funds out of my checking account

Hello, My name is above, and I have a complaint about this payday loan, I did not authorize anyone in this nature to take out 31.98 dollars out of my checking account, and they took it, how do I get it back, now I just called them and they are not opened yet, please help me, thank you

First, I will tell you that my name and e-mail address is false. I do not trust the people you are dealing with because they did the same thing to me. I checked my on-line banking statement today and found out to my surprise that $31.98 had been deducted through an internet scam. I called the number of the said company and they said I received a pay day loan in September. The funny thing is this. I did not accept the terms of the loan so I never received it. The scam still was able to deduct the money from my checking account. They told me in order to get my money back I would have to go to the Police and fill out a form. I simply went to my bank and put a stop on their little scam. I suggest you do the same or they will bill you every month.
