Numerous emails later with promises of "delivery next week"..."delivery at end of this week"..."Christmas overload" etc I still have not received them as of 22nd Feb 2013. I was in Switzerland when I purchased the items online so my delivery address was to my daughter's home in Clarens Switzerland. Now I am back in Australia...10 emails and 1 phone call to them (by my son in law) I am still fobbed off ever so politely. Judging by their web site they have extended their sale and I would hate for someone else to be caught.

Since 12 Sep 2013. I've bought about 7 pairs of shoes and sandals. No items were received. What recourse can we have? What's going on?

This is a Hoax there is no company as such and they are FRAUDs they take your money and don't delivery the items. I am a victim to their fraud

I have also ordered with this company and yet to receive my order. I approached the credit company and complained. We should all contact the credit companies and file a complaint against this company. They should revoke their capability to obtain any payments by credit card

I placed a order for 10 pairs of sandals in June 2013 and till now, I did not received any news from the company. I've long given up hopes of getting the items or refund back. I think the company has closed down. Couldn't access the website anymore. Is there anywhere that we can file an official complaint? This is fraud.

Placed an order in the UK in December. Have now gone back to NZ - still no shoes. If they ever get sent my mother will have to pay for postage to send them to me. Now I can't even log onto the Tobias Mayer website to track progress - keeps telling me I need a password and log in details!

I am in the same situation, placed an order first of September, 2013 and there are no shoes or refund. Numerous emails and definite date for refund did not eventuate. Who can help us?

Same situation here we have paid 800 dollars for shoes that have not been sent. Numerous emails and phone calls not responded to. Is there a complaint board we can approah sure they can't get away with this theft?

Do not buy from these people. Ordered 5/6 pairs Birkenstock on 23/12/2013. They took the money promptly gave me a tracking number which was not trackable. When I emailed them I was told there were delays and goods would be sent in 1-2 weeks. They will not respond to emails . The order was cancelled and money should have been returned to me. I have emailed the Birkenstock company and informed them that this business is not doing the right thing and maybe Birkenstock will get a bad reputation because of the way this on line seller is treating customers. I only wish I had found this site before I placed order. I have been ordering online for years and this is the first problem I have ever had. I am usually very vigilant but missed the 45 day case open deadline with paypal because of an accident. I think this company delays and tells fibs until they know the customer cannot take up a complaint because 45 days has passed. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY OBLIGING AND APOLOGETIC EMAILS.

Same here.
Bought 8 pairs of shoes in August 2013
3 were delivered. Eventually.
The web site kept showing my shoes as "in store".
When I managed to get them on the phone, the answer was always "they will be delivered in 10 days".
Requested cancellation and refund of the rest in January.
They promptly confirmed by email, promising a refund within 14 days.
Guess what? I haven't seen the money yet.

I am in the same situation, placed an order 28 of Aug and there are no shoes or refund. Numerous phone calls and emails and definite date for refund did not eventuate. Please do not order on their site.

I have placed my order on 15th Sep 2013.
20 emails sent. Finally, I requested for refund.
But now still no shoes no refund. really disappointed.
I also don't want someone else to be caught.

Ive been placing the order on 12sep but yet my product hasnt arrived. I sent emails to them and even call them by international call but still no respond! I wonder how can a online company can be such like that! I am really disappointed and i even hv no idea what can i do! I wish they can deliver my product or give me refund!

I have exactly the same problem, i made my order on the 6th of february and paid via credit card, they immediately withdrew the money, but they don't even bother themselves to answer. i strongly advise everybody to not deal with this company. and hope that my message reach everybody before falling in their trick.

I too am getting mucked around by these guys with little correspondence (if any) and repeated claims of receiving goods within the next two weeks. Tobias Mayer is NOT a reputable, reliable or speedy supplier of goods. I am yet to see anything after almost two months since I placed an order. Not acceptable. There are plenty of international vendors that can provide a much higher standard of service and actually deliver your order! I hope you have your shoes by now - or receive them sometime soon!
