TNT Holdings consignment note: [protected] long overdue

Dear TNT Customer Service,

We have been customer of TNT for 3 years.

We are now undergoing trouble for consignment note [protected]. Arrived in Jakarta since 28 May 2017. Have been told to wait until 12 days and then TNT staff told that needs formal clearance process. Waiting 12 days just to be told that, are you really serious? Then finally delivered on 19/6/2017 (more than 20 days since arrival in Jakarta). Happy? Not yet. They told that they have made mistake and the goods need to be delivered back to TNT because custom clearance process is not yet finished, maybe not even started. Now they will take the goods back. I can only hope and cry. My customer has been accusing me of liar because of this.

Hope can be resolved as soon as possible. I have repeatedly beg your TNT staff to accelerate the process of this AWB.

Anybody reads this can help resolving this issue please?

TNT Holdings consignment note: [protected] - loss of 1 out of 3 cartoons

This is a letter I receive from TNT 3 weeks goods being collected. Three cartons were collected, two small ones delivered to my customer in Dalby and the large carton worth $1000.00 lost. After being a loyal customer with TNT since 2008, this is their response. I personally feel it is shameful and seek your intervention please.

TNT Holdings charles barkley

TNT announced that it was providing a show for Charles Barkley to host a show on race in America. Really? Are you serious? Barkley is as ill prepared to host a show about race as Donald Trump is to serve as president of the United States. He's disqualified. Barkley is too ignorant to talk about race. Any black man from the south that does not know his own history is unqualified to speak on the topic. I totally lost all respect for Barkley's intellect when he said he did not know anything about slavery. That's unbelievably ignorant. When he brags about not having a college education, but he has people who work for him who have degrees demonstrates a contempt for intelligent interaction. TNT is pandering to the worst segment of society by allowing this buffoon a platform to talk about a topic that he's unprepared to discuss. If you must allow this show, you should also allow intelligent individuals to challenge Barkley such as Eric Michael Dyson, the Black Lives Matter leaders, Joy Reid or any number of people who have demonstrated a level of intellectual comprehension that this sensitive subject requires.
The topic of race is much too sensitive and important for TNT to provide a serious platform for Charles Barkley.
Also, those other two "intellectual giants" Kenny Smith and Shaq should not speak on the subject. It's obvious that Kenny and Shaq don't want to upset their corporate sponsors. Ali must be turning over in his grave to hear such nonsense.

TNT Holdings failure to compensate for or accept complaint about lost consignment

The logistics company TNT lost my passport renewal application (shipment number [protected]). It contained my driving licence as evidence of my identity. Contrary to the policy on their website, they did not send me a claim form or explain clearly what I should do next.

I requested that TNT provide compensation for the lost driving licence to cover the cost of a new one (£20 = c.260 LE). They initially accepted, but then refused to accept a bank statement as proof of purchase (the government department that processed the licence does not issue receipts because it is done entirely online).

I contacted TNT and explained amicably that the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) does not issue receipts; instead, the DVLA confirmed that I should show TNT my bank statement because this is equally valid as proof of purchase.

TNT did not accept this and continued to demand the original receipt; I explained again that it does not exist because it was never issued and that a bank statement functions as proof of purchase in its place. I asked them to refund me the money or, if this is impossible, they should at least follow their policy and allow me to make a formal complaint. My requests for a claim form (as per TNT's policy) or for my complaint to be forwarded to the relevant employee were ignored.

TNT Holdings claim of wrong invoice amount (invoice no. [protected])

Dear Sirs,

I am looking for a help because we were not able to solve the problem with the Polish branch of TNT. We believe that mistake done by the TNT employee /or wrong procedure/ cannot be passed the buck on a client.

Description of the case:

January, 25th 2016:

1.
We asked our customer service consultant for the cost of air delivery of a parcel from Poland to the Netherlands. We specified: time of delivery in Amsterdam (next day), the dimensions and weight.

2.
After receiving the quote (same day), we made the order using TNT service line which we usually use.

January, 30th

We received the invoice with 4 times higher amount.
Invoice NO: [protected]

The answer for our complaint was: in order to get the price offered by a customer consultant we should not only make the order, but inform him about that as well.
Our point of view: we would do that if we were informed about such a procedure. The problem is that no one informed us about that – “the information that the offer is valid only if…” should be a part of the e-mail with the quote. Unfortunately we were not informed about that.

Further discussions:

Our customer consultant confirmed that we should be given a discount (mail from February 25th). However he offered us the compensation in a future shipments, not a correction of the current invoice.

We do not agree on this, because we too rarely use the TNT services. We don’t see the fault on our side (see: Our point of view). That’s all.

Therefore we expect the correction of the current invoice.

TNT Holdings dubious customs charges philippines

A small value item was shipped to Quezon City and was paid for by the shipper.
When delivered an exorbitant charge (supposedly customs) on a TNT logo document was presented to the receiver.
The document was padded with extra charges and included shipper's freight charge as dutiable.
Bottom line was that a USD 40.00 item ended up with a USD 42.50.

Again why trust anything that goes to the Philippines to be going smooth.

Having sent many a small value item to this location and never ever had any troubles with DHL

TNT Holdings political ads

It is disgusting that your network plays the same political adds twelve times in a row. This situation takes around ten minutes off of your programing. It begins to sound like the Soviet Union Propaganda. How much money do they pay you? Is it worth losing your audience? NBC owns you and they are the second biggest losers on TV. The first worst network is comcast, a NBC owned network.
Your lack of control is akin to the losers in the Republican party.
Drop the Soviet Union look alike.

TNT Holdings lost consignment

Hi,

In essence TNT have lost 19 boxes a total of 950 units. I cannot trade as my complete inventory is nowhere to be found. This could result in loosing my business. I'm getting nowhere in terms of locating this stock and at a loss as to know what to do next.

Thanks for your quick response, as I mentioned on Friday, yourself Lauren and call centre staff I’ve spoken to have been brilliant.

Its TNT’s freight forwarding that’s in question. I can’t help feeling I’m not getting the full picture here.

We cannot fault our supplier, her service has been excellent. We ship 1000’s of units via this company and not once had a problem. All the parcels were clearly labelled with correct barcodes and therefore would have been scanned at each hub. The last known place for the latest box arrived in Germany, yet 19 other boxes cannot be found! I could understand maybe 1 or 2 boxes may go missing but 19 boxes, someone knows where these are!

These comments are in no way a reflection of my view of your service. However, I do wish to make a formal complaint regarding the freight forward handling of these units. Please can you provide a name and contact details with whom I can log this complaint to.

In the meantime, I’m extremely grateful for all the efforts from the call centre team to locate these items and await your updates later today.

Whilst the call centre team have been fantastic, TNT freight forwarding logistics has an extremely poor reputation for loosing parcels. As mentioned on our call I can’t understand how 19 boxes can just disappear in TNT’s system. This has the potential to severely damage my business and reputation that I’ve worked years building.

I appreciate you are doing all you can to resolve this issue but the impact of not finding this significantly large order could put myself as a sole trader out of business. TNT Holdings vehicle parts package

We would like to air our complaint about the very poor service that we received at TNT staff and area manager. Firstly, what happened is that we order a vehicle parts in NSW since the parts is very hard to find in our area and TNT in Sydney delay the pick up date and they are not reliable when picking up the goods on the designated timing. Secondly, they damage my package, unfortunately because they don't even care if the package is fragile and don't have any insurance coverage on it and even though it has a big note written at the packaging that it has a glass inside and the seller keep reminding the driver to be extra careful the things still happened the driver accidentally brooked the glass at their depo in Sydney and the account manager said that since our package is not insured they are not liable for it and much worse they will not replace or pay for the damage. However, we are terribly disappointed for their poor services after all our effort to get the parts and now we need to pay again at our own expense for the same parts that TNT damage. In addition, we are terribly disappointed by the incompetence, lack of professionalism, and lack of customer care by the TNT account manager in our area who handle our corporate account. Hoping that they have conscience because the money we spent is a hard earn money.

TNT Holdings Lost the consignment-[protected]

On 12 june 2015 i posted one suitcase ( consingment note numer-[protected])from TNT pliverpool in UK to netherlands, soon after i have been informed the consigment have been lost. However on 25 june 2015 i received an email with the pictures ( the picture was took on 16 june2015 by TNT UK)of the consignment from TNT UK, asked me to confirm if the consignment belong to me, i confirmed immediately it is mine. But now i have been informed the consigment have been lost again. Further more during this peroid i called TNT UK several times, they just transfored my calling from one to others, it liked to play a game, and i asked them to call me back, but they don't agree, they said i should check &find the consigment by myself. What is the service, what i paid for? i also tried to contact with TNTUK per mail, same as calling no one help me.
After check the value of the consigment(lot of clothes with famous band in that suitcase, which indicated on the pictures in attachments, actually all my colthes and shoes are in that consigment) in this case i claim for 1000 pounds for. I am looking forward your answer.

TNT Holdings missed documents

Please do not trust TNT express (one of the bad courier service provider ).Once We book the online for delivery of goods and make payment.Delivery man come and collect the parcel and they miss the parcel somewhere .When you ask them about the status, they will say, it is with customs and we (TNT) do not have any right to check with customs about the status of the parcel.One of the rediculous service provider.

TNT provides one of the worst quality parcel delivery services.I had very bad experiance .Please do not trust.They missed the parcel and saying "customs hold".And they are saying they do not have any control over customs.Please do not trust such parcel delivery services.Please opt Royal mail service instead.Thanks.

TNT Holdings lost my package

I ordered some shoes from sneakerboy based out of Melbourne austrailia and they use tnt shipping services. The package was shipped to a tnt warehouse in hong kong, and now it is "lost" there. I have worked for the USPS for years i dont understand how one can lose packages, especially when i read tnt reviews and theyve been losing items such as 56" tvs, computer desks and car parts. Why is this horrible shipping company still in existence? The customer service reps say theyve emailed the hong kong office numerious times to no response, they cant fwd me a cc email of them requesting for my package because its "against their policy apparently. However i just seem someone got an email from them on this complaint board. Lol they are just full of it. 0/10. I will never do business with them or a company who uses them for shipping.

I JASMINE WAS CHEATED BY TNT COURIER COMPANY. THEY ASKED ME TO PAY 441 POUDS FOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND 5675 POUNDS FOR OTHER SEVICES AND 1888POUNDS FOR TAX. I HAVE PAID ALL THESE AMOUNTS AND NOW I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING

TNT Holdings cheating of sales team

This is about TNT Hong Kong. As a company account holder, who has used TNT courier services for more than two years I was cheated by TNT sales team.
Complained many times about their initial high tariff but no action was taken. So finally I held a payment and asked for a meeting. During the meeting I was promised that the tariff will be reviewed. After the meeting I was asked to pay the outstanding so I receive the new tariff. Right after I paid the outstanding balance. Instead, not only the tariff hasn't been reviewed, but also my account has been kept frozen, without my knowledge. After I got to know, I am being asked by the same sales person, that I must pay deposit to have my account open and working!

TNT Holdings delay and no accountability

I had an urgent order to ship from a factory in Fiji to a customer in Bermuda. I used TNT - certainly not the cheapest way to send goods, but supposedly the fastest, and time was important. We'd worked really hard to get the products together and delivery was for a specific sports event.
I checked after a week and found that the goods had not arrived, but were sitting in the UK, having been mis-routed via NZ and other stops, by someone with no idea of geography. Despite my daily pleas, my parcel spent a further 23 days in Nuneaton while TNT passed my query around and no one wanted to take responsibility.
Another 8 days has passed, they have found the parcel and it is on the move again, but still not with my customer (who, let's face it, wont be my customer ever again. I've lost not only this sale, but any future sales from him).
I have emailed TNT UK daily, and am constantly fobbed off. No one will discuss compensation of any kind and I have suffered the severe financial loss that was no fault of mine.
How can TNT cause this damage to my business with absolutely no consequences?
Still waiting for someone with authority from TNT to contact me, meantime I am left feel totally powerless and exploited.

TNT Holdings damaged item

My item was damaged but TNT refused to reimburse me on the damages despite providing photos and proof of damage. They denied all responsibility. I am in the transportation industry too and know how they work. They wait 21 days before replying to you and write your a letter using a standard template to reject you. Makes my blood boil. Worst reliability and customer service ever. In fact, my item arrived one week late as well, because TNT routed it to the wrong destination. They tell me if I want to claim my delivery charges, I have to settle that with my sender, which I think is utter rubbish, as it is no fault of the sender. Have used Fedex and DHL multiple times. Never has such a problem. Avoid TNT at all costs.

TNT Holdings did not arrive

Telephoned TNT this morning to return the hired suit from Daughters wedding the guy that took all my details and gave me a consignment number apparently did not do any of the work. Spoke to TNT after 5.00 tonight to find out why they did not pick up the items no records. The staff were not helpful, said that they would put it through again but guess what they refuse to pay the added charge that will be incurred for the lat4eness of the items. They admitted that the consignment number I was given sounded like one of theirs, but take no responsibility. What ever happened to customer service, they are at fault why can't they fix it free of charge. I am not asking for a pay out just asking them to ensure no charges are put on me for their mistake

tnt couirier servives sent us a email saying we had a bank daft and that it would only cost us 150.00 usd we payed the 150.00 now they are saying that they want now 5100.oo to our package in which we do not we sent so far 150.oo t 1200 dollar twice they said they was robbed to more money we want are money back

TNT Holdings mistake

i did order from computer company in USA my order was 22000$ and i use my account in tnt to do the shipping from USA to egypt, the tnt fprworder made a mistake in shipping documents and the USA customes hold the goods now for 7 weeks, i lost alot i did contact tnt egypt many time no use see there reply

Kindly here below EZ reply and clarification regarding this matter as follow ":

US Customs refuses to communicate with Ez Export on this case as they will only deal with Evertek. All communication is going through Evertek’s lawyers and US Customs, no one else can be involved as this is a legal matter at this point.

Last night we received an update from Evertek stating that the paperwork is currently in the hands of a US Customs agent that deals with Fines and penalties and we are expecting the letter of “notice of seizure” to be received within one week time. At that time, Evertek’s lawyers, who have been and can be the only ones in contact with US Customs, and where all the communication has been through from the start of this seize, can petition an early release against a deposit of the fine/penalty.

We are (Ez Export) waiting on this letter from Customs, and Evertek’s lawyers have been pushing them to expedite this letter, since day one.

To give you an idea of the “mistake” that Ez Export has done, we had to go through roughly 70 line items over 4 pages to sum up all schedule B/harmonized code that was over $2500.00 to declare this to US Customs, these were individually stated and the Schedule B’s had to be grouped together by us and be reported. US Customs stopped the shipment due to the destination and description of goods for inspection. Upon inspection he requseted Evertek to supply him with the documents. Once we were notified of this by Evertek, we went back to the AES and found the following MINOR discrepancy and corrected it in the report. Usually this would have solved the problem and the shipment normally would have been released on the spot as the discrepancies were very minor. The discrepancies are below:

For one schedule B, we reported 35 qty and a value of $2538.90, when it was in fact 49 pcs and $2723.22.

For another Schedule B we reported 8 qty and a value of $3694.16, when it was in fact 10 qty and $4998.16.

I hope above explanation of the “mistake” for your understanding that the only party responsible for this mess is US Customs, as they had no real reason to seize the shipment. Please understand that there is a customs hold which can take up to 2 weeks max, or customs can seize a shipment for a major infraction, which can be a lengthy process. In no way is this case is a major infraction. I hope the above is clear and that you is able to understand.

I want to assure you that Ez Export is not sitting on their hands on this issue. We understand everyone’s frustration and at this point we are at the mercy of US Customs for this to be released. This is not a huge error that Ez Export has done, the reasoning for US Customs to stop the shipment is not justifiable at this point.

TNT Holdings delivery

This is the worst company in all world! I ordered bounce castle from amazon and they delivered it to wrong address! And now TNT denied that. But i got tracking info and there is evidence that they are laying for me. I just don't know why they are doing like this. I spent a lot of money it's more than £300 pounds.

DON'T USE TNT SERVICE BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

TNT Holdings tnt is full of miscommunication and misinformation

My company used TNT to ship inventory from China to the USA. We agreed to the service for the shipment, received the shipment in a timely manner and signed off on the agreed amount and paid it promptly.

We then confirmed with TNT to ship more inventory of similar size and value to and from the same destinations; TNT ended up taking several weeks longer to deliver and half of the inventory was lost and arrived damaged. They never provided an invoice for our company to sign off on upon the arrival of the shipment and now they are demanding a large payment from us which we ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AGREE TO.

We had precedent which we used as reliance on the verbal quote for more shipping service of the same weight, size and value - shipped between the same destinations on the same time table. They have yet to produce any documentation that shows that we agreed to their inflated pricing. We would never have agreed to anything that was 3 times the amount of what we had paid for previous shipments coming from the same destination with the same contents.

In addition, rather than shipping our products direct from China to Los Angeles they instead shipped it to Belgium from Hong Kong then to JFK, New York where they then loaded onto a Conway truck (not owned by them) and drove it across country to LA, California - due to this shipment route and amount of time it took we were forced to re-order these products and have them shipped via a reliable shipping company, NOT TNT - We lost thousands of dollars due to their poor service. We now refuse to pay for something that WE NEVER AGREED TO.

We complained to the company for months and begged for them to help us resolve this issue; We even escalated this issue all the way up to their director, Karen Malone who told us that this wasn't her problem. Karen Malone confirmed during our conversation that her employees had given us misinformation and that in fact TNT had NO documentation that we had ever agreed to these terms but yet she still refused to offer any resolution. We are a small company and we refuse to be bullied by these large corporations. It is now out of Karen's Inbox.

BUYER BEWARE! TNT is full of miscommunication and misinformation.

I received an e-mail requesting 2200 pounds to be sent to the British Inland commission for a permit fee for a lottery prize of 450000 pounds. this was suppossed to be a non-residential tax fee I am paying on the money. I believe this a scam
