We have been on a Family Plan with TMobile for several years. The original plan was in my daughter-in-law's name and my husband, daughter and I were under she and my son's account. No big deal. Then the fun begins... My son and daughter-in-law were moving out of the US, so we needed to switch the plan to US being the primary account owners instead of them, which we were assured would be no problem. As the process went along, we found that they were unable to make those changes. FOUR HOURS and multiple TMobile employee/"service" providers later, we finally got the old account terminated and the new one opened. We thought that was the end, but it was only the beginning. I sat in the same room as my son tried several attempts at paying the final bill. He paid the final bill once only to find, a few weeks later, that there was another final bill. He complained and tried to explain that they had assured him that he had paid it, but he ended up reluctantly paying a second FINAL bill. TODAY, 8 weeks later, I received a bill for them, at MY address, saying they were going to collection for not paying their FINAL bill. I explained all of the above to them. To no avail. They weren't even going to talk to me because I didn't know my daughter-in-law's last four digits of her SS #, but I convinced them that they are OUT OF THE COUNTRY and the so-called "final" bill was not going to get PAID any other way. I paid it, "in full" and got a confirmation number, but, as I have seen/watched this happen TWICE before... HOW can I trust Brittany W to actually be telling me the TRUTH when she says there is a $0.00 balance? I, seriously...

T-Mobile billed me $110.16 for unauthorized termination fee. When I did not pay, they took the payment with a checking account I had previously used. When I called them, they said I mailed a check or used on line banking. I NEVER do either. They are LYING THIEVES!

Worst coverage I've ever had. Went out of town here in ohio. Went to bucyrus, celina, Frankfort kentucky, upper Sandusky. No service the whole trip. Went to Arizona to Maricopa.no service. Parts of Tucson. No service. Can't get help fro attorney general. Don't use tmobile. No coverage

I placed a order in the night two days ago, and after that they send me mail to infor me and show me my reference number.
And today after two days waiting they told me that I am not able to get the contract.
Me and my family in stress and everything mess up...

Dropped emergency calls to daughter and paramedics. Mother could have died in the ER without daughter knowing. Serious ongoing reception issues, all documented.. They state "coverage is not guaranteed, early termination fees stand" False advertising showing people using phones.

I WAITED A DAMN HOUR JUST TO GET TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO HELP U..

Unbelievable, overcharging me for no reason, Trying to speak to customer service for months to dispute my bill, all I am getting is same repeated annoying music and automated voice messages, holding time for hours, and call ends, what a joke, nothing has been resolved. what a Ripooff,

why are yall sending me this bill saying that I have an over due bill, if I'm not with T mobile. I dont want these bills coming to my house no more.So please don't send them no more.

Afni is trying to collect from me $109.00 for t-mobile service I have never owned a t-mobile cell phone or used any kind of these services with this company

they should have a class action lawsuit against them...personally i hate them...now they are selling their own customers cell numbers to debt companies...sue the pants off of these mothers!...oh and verizon too...they do it as well...so they eat up your freaking minutes...put them out of business...sonsof[censored]es!

I purhased phone plans from Suncom and after T-mobile purchased them they will not honor the plans. I have spent endless hours arguing with them. Now they are saying that I called and changed the plan. I have my original contracts and they are liars and crooks. Im looking for who to report them to for legal help

I have also received a collections notice for $1600.00 when they were supposed to send us a refund for services we bought. Ha what a scam. Shame on T-Mobile for allowing such scammers to promote their product. I am reporting both companies to the Better Business Bureau and our Cities news station.
