AFTER READING THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT TMART.COM AND HOW TMART.COM IS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO FIND THIS BUSINESS ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. I TRIED TO CONTACT TMART.COM WEBSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE . THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME THEIR ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. I RESEARCHED TMART.COM ANH HERE THE INFORMATIONS I FOUND :

I reived my parcel this morning in perfect state...

It was slow (for the shipping process) but finally was Ok. So Tmart is far to be a scam site.

For your order, I have double check it with our related staff. They said that we can not ship items out. Because the AVS Code in your order showed anomalous.
Would you pls tell us why the billing address in your credit card is not the same as the one you register in our web. Pls check this link for reference

I orderd some tatto equipment like a month ago and still havnt recieved it now i finally get into my email 4 the tracking number and its saying my order has been cancelled!! please Help!!!

I bought a pone form Tmart and I could get any network to support the computer software on it so Tmart said they would give me a refund if I sent the phone to them. So I paid for that too. Now they have my money for the phone and they have the phone as well. they wont answer any of my emails and I have had to contact the UK governments trading standards office. I cant believe that in this modern day companies can get away with what is basically just STEALING from someone.

I ordered a tablet almost 2 weeks ago and yet I have not revived it nor have I even got an email about it I paid almost $200 bucks because I needed it for school I been trying to find a number to call TMART but yet they don't have one I even sent them an email over 2 days ago you think they would replay no they didn't I'm starting to think this place is a rip off I want my tablet or my money back now

I will wait a few more days but I am not happy here you could if emailed me or called I didn't even get a recite with my first order how am I going to get my warranty for this tablet I bought from you just in case it needs fixed will it come with the paper work for the warranty dept ??

I still have not recived my 10" 16 g white dual camera that I paid over 200 bucks for I messaged you and you said my tablet was shipped off the 16 th and its still not here its beenover 15 days I've had stuff shipped from china quicker that your company you found my order the other day now your asking me for all the info do you not no what is going on in your company you have all my info 88011339 the tracking number you have me was a fraud I called ups what company gives fake info to its customers I recived my 2 tablet cases one wasn't even the right one so I could return it if your company would provide its customers with and address and phone number what good does a 10.1" tablet cover do me with out my tablet you have my money you said it shipped what's the problem here

Tmart I recived the tablet today in a big yellow envelope when I opened it the box was tore up and their was no recite for my purchess nore was their a tablet charger or plug what use does a tablet due me with out the charger no warranty info or book was in the box ever product comes with a book and charger and warranty info I am so disappointed with your company I will never order anything from your company again nore will I suggest your products or company to anyone I want my money back customer service should be number one here an your company lacks that you need to post an address and phone number for me to return this incomplete product for return

Tmart how can I get the tablet back to you to get a refund a tablet with no charger or no book and no warranty service that i paid for does me no good and where is my recite at
