Do not ever consider doing business with Timeshare Release Now or A+ Consulting /Documentation Services. They are the same company and in our experience are run by the same person Dustin Lemelin, who goes by Dustin Michaels. We never spoke to anyone else but Dustin. He will lead you to believe he and his "associates" have legal authority to get you out of your timeshare but in our experience that is not true. He has no more legal authority to get you out of your timeshare than you do. So don't be fooled like we were by his persuasive sales pitch. He draws up very simple cancellation letters (that you can do yourself), charges $2, 100, and the letters he sent out did not even make it to the resort/company. They came back to us.
It is very sad that he continues to rob people at a times when they are in such a vulnerable position. I read about of all of these other people he has scammed and it is so wrong and unfair. I pray Dustin will realize how wrong it is to take money from innocent people who believe in him to find out they are now further in debt. Please do not do business with Dustin Michaels of Timeshare Release Now or A+ Documentation because in our experience he will not and cannot deliver the services he claims!
Your accusations are slanderous towards us as they are not true. We did not get a refund on June 5th nor did we get a refund any day in June and I have objective proof. This is not a debatable issue...the proof is in the documentation which I have. We only received a refund after the credit card company reviewed your information and my information (both submitted and reviewed by a dispute committee) and came to the conclusion that I deserved my refund because services were not rendered. In fact I have the cancellation letter you sent to the resort which came back to us. So please do not say slanderous things about me like "I lied to the CCC because that is just not true. Also your contract says you provide "legal advocacy" and your brochure refers to "our legal team" and this is very misleading information. I have plenty of documentation that things did not happen the way you describe. My complaint just accompanies many others on this website. I am sure you are a bright intelligent person who has the potential to do more with his life than this. I will continue to pray for you.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

The so called "Professionals" at TRN do nothing but landblast anyone who says anything negative about them. It is so childish.

PHONY! COMMENTS, We have been in business for over 4 years, with not 1 complaint EXCEPT THIS ONE! We have 100% success rate with phone numbers on our testimonials. But you have the proof that you received ALL your money back from the resort, Example. Down payments. Must be nice to be out of a 10 year note and a lifetime of payments. Pat on the back FOR DOING IT YOURSELF. You signed an agreement with our company to cancel your Timeshare, bottom line! Now you saying you did it on your own. In fact, we actually have records of contact to the resort the next business day after you signed our agreements, and we contacted the CCC company to dispute the charges, Wife said "No, let's give resort chance to refund the money", I said verbatim, why would the resort take your money to refund it right away. After the timeshare was cancelled, STILL having communication with you both. You WAITED till 2 months after everything was settled to start the dispute process to get your money back and to claim you did the cancel on your own. Hmm, funny you say that. Why would you contact us, sign our agreement, and pay us if you can do it on your own? No and we are praying for you, KARMA! Ever heard of that, It gets you when you're least expecting it.

Each time, no one could open his file cabinet or they were not hooked up to electronic files (they had just moved across the street to a new building. The person I delt with was a DUSTAN MICHAELS from TIMESHARE RELEASE company. Funny how the name is a little different. March 2016 Dustan, after many profanities and threats that if I put a "Bad Review" against his company said he would pursue legal action against me also said that, As the 100% guarantee states he would return my money when the 18 months were up. 25 months later STILL NO RETURN OF MY $3600! NO FURTHER CONTACT MADE BY HIM! He stated in 2016 that he was studying Law, I believe that you have now learned that is illegal!
Today I received a Foreclosure on my name from the Timeshare he was paid to disolve for me! Where is your proof to me that you returned my money? I have recordings of you stating you are "sick and tired of fighting for these stupid people whom are grown adults signing up for these bogus timeshares that they cannot use"! PLEASE SUE ME FOR THIS NEGATIVE REVEIW! If that is the way I can get this truth publicly stated than be it! I speak the Truth . It is Unbelievable the responses you are giving on this web site! My name is Oliver Grant, Im not sure if you have the right company. If your talking about Timeshare release now out of Portland, Maine your high. This company was actually the 1st company that has actually helped us, and answered the phone EVERY TIME I called. They canceled my timeshare under 6 weeks and I got a full refund of ALL money I paid to the timeshare resort. Dustin Michaels or Lemelin whoever you are stating is the owner of the company and he has helped over thousands of families out of their timeshare problems. I actually brought this complaint to his attention the other day and he told me you contacted them and received FREE SERVICES, and got canceled in under 5 weeks. Faster than I was done. Dustin mentioned you received a Full refund of your down payment also. Now I would believe him because he has done nothing but been truthfully honest and provided proof anytime I called him out. So i'm not sure why you would even think to take punches at a company after they have helped you for FREE. You're not right up there, they walked you away from a lifetime of payments. GROW UP!

FAKE REVIEW!This is complete BS, and its funny you clearly mentioned that you received a Deed in lieu Foreclosure from the Timeshare Resort but you want a refund!? Of course you do...Probably every 1 out of 50, think they did it on their own and want a refund after the Timeshare is cancelled or foreclosed, same thing. Whether its a Cancellation, surrender, quit claim, deedback, deed in lieu foreclosure, all means TERMINATION. The job was successfully completed and now you're trying to seek FREE SERVICES by simply making up a slanderous reviews with all false information to try n make us look bad and the fact you still admitted it was CANCELLED in your review is sad and you just look like an idiot now. Secondly, if you felt like you weren't helped and dissatisfied with the services, why wouldn't you just relax and get a full refund, instead of slandering a business & forfeiting the 100% money back guarantee? We will respectfully ask you to remove fraudulent remarks against our company, trying to stone wall us after we helped you cancel your contract and got a FULL refund of your down payment. Without proof that we have NOT PROVIDED SERVICES, this is not a Legitimate complaint nor any of your claims are TRUE. Stating we make you believe we are legally representing you, that is a crock of BS. You contacted our offices in distress to cancel your Timeshare, we canceled your Timeshare. You also signed a contract with us clearly stating "A+ is not engaged in the practice of law and the client acknowledges that A+ is rendering consulting and doc. preparation assistance. A+ does not guarantee the recoupment of funds. Sad that you're a Registered Nurse in the state of VA and pull behaviors like this against a company that HELPED YOU! You even paid us to cancel your Timeshare, then Lied to your credit card company to get your money back. You just cant get enough, sad there is people out there like this.
You signed an agreement with us on May 17th, 2015 and was CANCELLED June 5th, 2015. WITH A FULL REFUND OF YOUR DOWN PAYMENT.

Legal Counsel for Timeshare Release Now, has reviewed your Case File. You signed up with our company in May 2015, and was cancelled as of June 2015 with a FULL REFUND of your down payments made to Resort. This is defamation and slander against company whom which provided services to you as requested. People these days have the odasity to stonewall a company after they helped you out. Sad!
