Anyone thinking about renting from Timbercreek DON"T.
It doesn't matter what city you live in Mississauga, Hamilton, London, Ottawa, Toronto and Richmond Hill. They are all the same. They love to get the rent checks, but don't want to put any of that money back into the properties to maintain them. They don't fix major issues water leaks, mold and foundation issues. I have read all three pages they all the same, and all true. I live in one of their sick building syndrome places and many people you here are sick, and the health issues are very much the same. The town of Richmond Hill sent us letters saying rent was to go down 5 to 8 dollars. Well since that when people move out they fix up the unit (hide the mold) and then up the rent, in a year a 2 brm went from $1350. to $1365. to $1380 now $1395. Anyone who lives in TC buildings and having issues call your towns health department and town bylaw department it will help. if you would like to chat power.in.[protected]@outlook.com

Worst landlords ever...do your homework people. You can see complaint after complaint Afghanistan them in all their buildings...they are awful. Do not rent from TC.
Oh my god another issue is drug dealers galore living I their buildings and they don't care. They promote friendly, family living...what a joke that is. The police are here constantly. You smell weed and other illegal drugs. Hey have mice, bugs, holes in wall and refuse to fix the issues telling you you caused it. Them you complain and they evict you, they violate people's rights all the friggen time and get away with it as people don't sue them but just get fed up and move out. Can't keep buildings rented. Decent people get the hell out quickly. Read what people are saying about them. Wish I had... Google Timbercreek Asset Management Complaints and you will see over 100 on various websites. One woman is actually taking them to court in my building in Supreme Court. They let her live in raw sewage under her bathroom and did nothing and then black toxic mold set in and that almost killed her small child. She is a lovely person. She is standing up for her. Rights and now they are making up stories to evict her by their dumb ### lawyer. She did nothing. Wrong yet they think they can bully her and other tenants who complain. Then put their dumb ### message we care please call our customer service number. That does nothing but get you bullied even more. I hate my apt and am moving. Never ever rent from Timbercreek Asset Management. Take them to court like this smart woman is and take pictures of the mold and leaks and crap. Build your own case against them. They deserve to be held accountable. I am going to take them to court tool and guess what they can't evict me as I am moving and given my notice. LOSERS TC. Oh and you'll love this.The supers daughter is a drug addict and TC let her stay and she causes issues all over the place. Swearing at tenants and screaming at people. Even got herself arrested for slashing another tenants tire. Bet she never got an eviction notice...hate hate hate these crooks.
Im living in there building in richmondhill and am slowly dying. My health has declined so bad. I used to be active now.i can barely get out of bed. My physical appearance is shocking to before i moved here. They are killing pep with there buildings. Its disgusting. Trying to get out hopefully soon
Totally agree...they deserve the slumlord of the century award?. They hire crappy and unexperienced staff. They make them lie or threaten to fire them. They do so called upgrades and show up you a different apartment than the one you will be living in. Then when you complain they make up bs to try and evict you. Their senior management don't return calls or emails. The CEO is the biggest crook out there Mr Tamblyn. They had buildings in Ottawa condemned for mold and now will in Richmond hill. They violate your rights. Any lease can be Broken under the RTA with 60 days written notice yet they tell you you must sublet it pay! Do your research people. The landlord and tenant board hate Timbercreek as they have had soooooooo many comp, aunts? Do not do not rent from them. You will end up with major health issues ie stroke, heart issues respiratory and so will your pets from the mold. Go look downstairs in the basement and lockers at the ceilings. You can see all the water stains and mold. This causes Black Toxic Mold which is life threatening.
