TideBuy wrong size

I ordered my wedding dress on December 7th 2011. The dress came in a plastic wrapping. I opened the package and the dress was folded up (not cool). The dress was beautiful BUT the lining of the dress was dirty! If that wasn't bad enough the dress couldn't fit! I was pissed!
I email tidebuy that same day and it took them 3 days to respond back. They said I needed to upload a video of me trying on the dress...I did that and it wasn't enough. They said I needed to take pictures of me in a thin t-shirt of my hips, waist and bust...I did that and it wasn't enough. They said I needed to take measurement of the dress and I did that and it still wasn't enough.

I am normally a size 10 but I ordered a size 14 just to be on the safe side but I guess it wouldn't have matter because my dress was still made too small. Tidebuy then said that it appears that my hips are bigger than what they made the dress to fit but they want me to measure the dress to double check. I did and they said "we realize that the dress hip measurement are smaller than your hips but because their was a wrinkle in the dress when you measured it the measurement is inaccurate". REALLY! a wrinkle made such a drastic change in the measurement! My measurement is as follows 34, 32 and 43. The hips of the dress was 35 and my hips are a 43.
They told me all they could refund me was $20. I paid $210 for a dress and veil that I cannot wear. I was beyound upset. I decided to call the number they provided and at first it seems like the number isn't a working number but u need to google their area code which is 011 cause if you don't put that area code in front of the number you would never get through. I call them and they was RUDE! They can't speak english to save their life! All the women kept saying "no full refund call back monday". I ask to speak to a manager and the got off the phone started talking angrily in her language came back on the phone and said "no manager call back monday".

I have the emails and pictures that I have sent tidebuy and their responses if no one doesn't believe me. Just email me at [protected]@live.com and I will send u the pictures of the dress and their emails etc. DON'T BUY FROM TIDEBUY! DON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT. Horrible horrible. I am sure their are sites that are better and more professional than tidebuy. DON'T BUY FROM TIDEBUY!

Also their site said it takes 7 days to rectify the dispute well they took 3 months. On march 23rd 2012 is when they told me they are going to refund me ONLY $20.(remember I ordered my dress on december 7th 2011) If you don't email them atleast 3 times in one day they are not going to respond to you. They take at least 1 week to respond to your email.

TideBuy I had bad experience made me feel stupid and guilty

I had bad experience made me feel stupid and guilty. Before 6 I decide to purchase dress to my sister for her party, by sudden i notice website has nice picture of dresses and so many thing with cheap cost and free shipment. I bought that dress and wait for 25 day then the dress arrive my country and my city I contact with them they ask me to go to the famous place to get that dress (even the company for shipment was bad they did not come to my home). I got that dress which covered with black plastic not even in box, from the covered I felt that that will be bed. I open it and i really shocked I was about to cry it's worse dress i have see in my life this is not what i chose totally different bad martial and design .they are cheating people.

Don't even think to buy from tidebuy. I am having a very bad experience with them. They sent me the dress after almost a month as I placed the order. The dress is very bad sewed, very poor quality. I have e-mailed them, but there answer was like "please keep the dress, we hope you are a good customer". How can I keep the dress if I will not wear it as it's very poor made? I have called them. Very poor English speakers Chinese (with American names). No result. Now they tell me that one month has passed away and there is nothing to do. One month of no customer help and theres nothing to do further. Very disappointed and bad experience. Be AWARE! don't go with this company

TideBuy it is the worse and most unreliable online shop I have come across

Even though I received the dress I ordered when expected and it looked as expected, the zip is faulty. I have therefore been trying to send it back to get a refund but they are doing everything they can to discourage me- they pretend like they do not understand what the problem is or that they cannot see the pictures I send them to show them where the problem is... It's been 15 days since I have opened a dispute and each reply I get is more frustrating than the previous ones. At this rate, I have no idea whether I will get a refund or not, but the best advice I can give you is DO NOT BUY from TIDEBUY because if there is something wrong with your item, it is unlikely that you will easily be able to return it and get your money back... It is the worse and most unreliable online shop I have come across.

TideBuy won't cancel order and refund, won't respond

I placed an order for three prom dresses on January 16, 2012 and a second order for a fourth dress (two for each of my girls to try on and decide which dress they liked/fit better for their senior prom) on February 27, 2012. To date I have only received two dresses, neither of which look like the pictures shown on their web site. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging through their instant chat feature on their website but I get no response. Tidebuy.com states that production time for the dresses is 22-28 days. One of the dresses ordered on Jan 16th has still not been received and it has been 56 days. Out of frustration, I have asked that all my orders be cancelled and that I return the two dresses I have received so far. I am met with resistance with respect to returning the dresses and absolutely no reply to my request to cancel the orders. I have spent $653 with Tidebuy and I want it back. This company has awful business practices. I am not even sure where to go to get help of file a complaint to rectify this matter.

Please let me know why my order can't be completed. I have finished and put my credit card information then, the page crashes and don't let me place the order well. I don't know why because tideway ships to Puerto Rico.

My daughter purchased a dress from this site and before 24 hours were up found out she could not attend her prom so we cancelled the order in accordance with their "cancellation policy" which read "Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund". We notified their customer service via email and also canceled the order on the website but received NO response. Concerned with this we contacted PayPal about the vendor and they filed a dispute. Tidebuy has never responded to our emails and shows our order as disputed and not canceled on their website, They have also now changed their "cancellation policy" to read 12 hours instead of 24 - however, I made screen shots of their site when I canceled so I could show Paypal with the dispute. Paypal will refund my money but these guys are CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The above complaint is correct about Tideybuys extremely poor business and customer service. In addition to my problems with tideybuy, BillMelater (a paypal service) is billing me for items that were returned to tideybuy which were returned because the order site would not allow me to cancel a second order place in error. I refuse the package at the post office and the package was return to the company. Tiebuy refuses to credit my account with BillMelater and BillMelater has not address the issue with them but continues to harass me about a purchase that was return and Tidebuy has acknowledged the return. Please post how I should go about filing a complaint against both companies.

I paid more than USD1500 for this wesite.
I never had such this bad experience with my online shopping like this before.
I was pissed off too, i stupidly ordered more than 10 dresses from them. As i thought the price was so cheap as what it look on the website. up till now i still haven't received another 6dresses it more than 50days already. some dresses which arrived was not look the same as the dress on the website what i received was just look so ugly cheap, cheap material and many headaches along the way.

BETTER DONT BUY FROM TIDEBUY, so you wont be so headache like i do. pay for reasonable price than stupidly cheap and expect gorgeous look...no way only stupidly cheap look arrive..

TideBuy formal dress

I have ordered a dress on 5 January 2012 for a family wedding from Tidebuy.com. On the picture it was shown as really smart. When I received the dress yesterday 22 February 2012 (much later than shown on the website), the colour was different from the one in the picture, the jacket is a size or two smaller; the dress has at least 6 stains on it; the sequins are not like the dainty ones as shown on the picture but they are really big and some of them are even scratched, and the worst of it all is that the quality of the sewing is horrible! There are even parts where it shows that the dress was re-done...the dress definitely cannot be worn! I am really disappointed about the money I have paid $ 168. Can I sue them and have a refund at least? Attached there are photos...

Hi I was about to try Peri dresses but look at morilee.com and it tells you that all those site that sell their dresses are counterfeit and cheap. It have over 30 website like tidebuy and tbdresses.com that copy their dresses and sell them for cheap but the dresses are made horrible. You may want to check it out. Now I am rethinking ordering my dress online.

Hello, I also have purchased my wedding dress from Peridress. The dress arrived in time. It looks amazing! Very good fabric and exquisite seaming handwork! I am in love with it! Thanks for Peridress’s dress and their best price! I will purchase more dresses from Peridress in the future.

Hi. Maybe next time you can try peridress.I bought a bridesmaid dress from peridress.com. of chiffon fabric arrived today and I couldn’t help wait any longer to try it on before the mirror. I must say it is very gorgeous than the picture on the website, the exquisite beading work is one of the most beautiful details on the bridesmaid dress. It fits me perfectly and the dress size and color is exactly of I required. I think Peridress is a reliable bridal shop online for your dress selections. I love peridress. And I will do further business with peridress.

TideBuy the product was not made proper, and extremely badly

I want to warn all potential buyers on the site of TIDEBUY. I bought a wig for my wedding day. I took an advance of over two weeks so I can get it in time (according to their promise between 2-8 days delivery) wig came after dozens of emails only a month after the deadline. The product was not made proper, and extremely badly. Severely disappointed again after countless emails without any responds from their part. Finally i received a reply that they are willing to "compassion me" ... And give me a credit of $ 10 for the next time I'll buy there ... Completely ridiculous . I had paid nearly $ 300 the Wig worth for the garbage… maybe ten dollars. So please! If anyone thinking of buying there please run away like from fire burn from this site where people liars and never get close to the product you order.

TideBuy terrible dress wont refund!

I cant believe how terrible this dress is and website! If i don't get a refund or e-mail within the next week I will try and get trading standards on them. Most of my school year was going to buy from them now i will warn all their customers off if they don't help me out with the problem they've made. The dress is shocking quality and size! I've had a complete nightmare i ordered a size 16 ( a size up from me so it wouldnt be too small ) its come as a size 6. Unreal. I complied with all their instructions and they are just messing me around until the refund date goes out of date. I sent them photos 3 times now and they still say they "cant see them" even if the sizing thing is my fault the quality of the dress and the zip doesnt work either! Fuming.

I bought 2 pair of shoes with Tidebuy and they delivered 2 horrible pairs completely different from what I ordered. I email them complaining and they said there was nothing they could do as the shoes they sent me were even more expensive the ones I ordered! They have no respect with the clients in my opinion!

Tidebuy is the worst website I've ever buy from. I bought a dress and sunglasses the dress' size not as I required, the cloth is full of spots, the model is not as the picture as the waist is on my legs and the finishing is very poor. Sunglasses was broken because of the poor wrap. when I opened a dispute they told me that they can give me 20$ for the dress to repair (the dress' price is 137$) as coupon not as money so that I can use it only to buy again from their stupid site. even their manager has not time to see her costumers problems. It's an awful site don't buy anything from it. Even I can't write bad reviews neither on their website nor on their facebook page.

If you want to purchase dress on line, I really want to recommend Peridress to all of you.
It is my real experience from peridress.
I have ordered one wedding gown and two bridesmaid dresses with Peridress. I am very pleased with all of the services put in these dresses, from exquisite tailoring to quick delivery. Now I have the package in my hands. I must say that they are so beautiful and no need to subject to any alteration. How superb the craftsmanship is! All beading details are just gorgeous! I appreciate all staffs' great patience with this anxious bride. I will recommend Peridress to my friend. And I also will purchase more dresses from Peridress in the future.

Oh, I am sorry to hear that. I understand your feeling. I think it time to change the web site. I suggest you choose Peridress. It is really a nice web site. It offer pretty nice price, the most important is their dresses are very nice. I just cost $300 for my wedding dresses!

Oh, I also purchased my wedding dress from peridress. My wedding dress came to me 6 weeks after I ordered. When I was unpacked it to show before my figure, I must say I was thrilled to try it on. I found the dress that I wanted in a bridal shop, but it was way out of my wedding budget. I was charging less money and it was the dress of my dreams. It fits perfect. It made it more than affordable. I couldn't be more pleased with the timely service and care with such an important event. Now, I just want to say 'Thank you ' to them. They gave me a surprise. I have saved a lot of money.

I'd like to recommend Peridress to you. Normally, I don't leave comments after making an internet purchase, but I have to let other brides know how amazing and wonderful wedding dress it is! When I found it on their website I could not believe my luck. I was searching the internet looking for something similar, when I found Peridress. I was a little bit of nervous about purchasing such an important item on the internet, but after the express package came here! My dress arrived one week early and created to my exact specifications! Thanks for all of their help and making it possible for me to have the dress of dreams I will recommend them to any of my friends which get married in the future. Ive had exactly the same problem. Ordered 17th November for occassion on 10th December. Eventually arrived 23rd December after numerous e-mails. Dress was draped all wrong and had tear that could be clearly seen. Sent photos, and like you they said they didnt get them. Sent more photos, was offered $5 refund, said no and would contact trading standards was then offered $20 refund. I tried to cancel the dress when I realised it would not arrive on time but was told only would get 10% refund. The dress is definately the size that was ordered, as like you I ordered a size bigger than I take and it does not fit. I contacted paypal but was outwith the 45 days (only by a few days). Have you contacted trading standards and what did they say about it.

Oh. I am sorry yo hear that. I order my wedding dress from Peridress. I really love the dress Peridress sent to me. It is well made of good satin fabric. The perfectly cut silhouette is so simple, even more beautiful than the picture on their website. When I placed an order on the select wedding dress, I felt a little bit skeptical about its real quality when reached. As result, it took my breath at the moment of unpacking the express package! Now my friend in the accompany of purchasing the dress was considering her wedding dress also from them, not only for excellent dress quality but also for nice and warm hearted services! We will highly recommend the online dress boutique to all relatives who had wedding plane in the next spring!

TideBuy it looked great but... yes there is a big but

We were looking for good online value and found tidebuy on facebook. It looked great but... Yes there is a big but!

First, we (My fiance sarah and me) clicked like and they promise a $20 coupon. We never received it. There were many complaints on their pages about this. Even worse, more than 50% of the posts on their wall were people complaining - one lady received a wedding dress with a hole in the top layer, rips on the seams which were not sewn straight and rough scissor marks. Another received a dress that should have have lots of white or clear beads on the front - the dress she received had all black beads. There were many other complaints. For some reason, during november, nobody from tidebuy seemed to monitor the posts and a most of the comments were negative. Then this week, tidebuy began to monitor the wall again and removed all the negative comments so that what people now see is only the positive ones. In other words, tidebuy do not want people to know the truth.

Tidebuy is not a factory. It is a portal where hundreds of factories sell their products. All the images shown there are stolen from big designers and these factories make cheap copies of them. Some are quite good but many are a disaster. So while some people are lucky and get reasonable quality, many are not. It's like a lottery. Personally, for an important event such as a wedding or a prom, I would prefer to pay a little more and be sure of what we're getting than take a chance of being one of the many hundreds of unhappy customers.

Absolutely dreadful, I will continue to fight my corner with them I am not prepared to throw away hard earn money on this rubbish, this mornings email they wanted me to take the dress outside to take pictures of it in daylight, they say its Lilac (thats what I ordered) and it is purple, they say its a UK size 14 and it wont go over my thighs and the jacket doesnt fit my ten yr old grandaughter, and as for the workmanship well dont think I have to say anything about that, I am not going to go away I will take this the whole road...

But if you ask for a full refund, you should send the dress back, and so sorry to tell you that the shipping cost will be at your own cost according to our return and refund policy, I don't think it will be a good deal to you, please think about it, we really appreciate your kind understanding, thank you very much.

I purchased a dress for my daughters graduation ball. It took a long time to receive it and when it did finally arrived I was horrified. It was totally the wrong color ( we ordered deep blue and got pale lilac), it looked nothing like the dress we ordered and the workmanship was disgraceful. I emailed tidebuy immediately with pictures of the dress we ordered and the one we received. I waited 8 days and having received no reply I contacted paypal who withdrew the money I was charged from tidebuy and investigated by claim. They found in my favor and returned my payment in full after I returned the dress. I found that shipping companies very expensive so I sent it by registered post at a fraction of what I was quoted from a shipping company. I will never order anything from this company again and would advise other people not to buy anything from them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB SITE. This is the last message that I have sent about a horrific dress, it has literally taken me months to get responses back from them. And their return policy is a joke! And this is the 4th email I have sent them in 3 months, all say just about the same thing!
You word is not good enough, they want pics and all sorts of other crap! So now I am fighting with them to get almost $200 USD back. And now I am getting the credit card company involved.

I WANT A RESPONSE TODAY PLEASE, TO THIS EMAIL, THIS IS THE EMAIL THAT MATTERS

NO invoice was included in the shipping of this dress. SO how am I supposed to give you an order number when someone at YOUR company clearly cannot do their job.

The first picture is the picture you have on YOUR web site, and is the dress WE THOUGHT WE ORDERED.

The last two pictures are of the dress WE RECIEVED IN THE MAIL. These two dresses ARE CLEARLY NOT THE SAME. They are not even close to the same color. The lace on the skirt is cut straight on the bottom in the picture it is not cute straight in person. There are jewel embelisments arounf the top of the dress that are NOT PICTURED AT ALL on the web site.

THIS TWO DRESSES ARE NOTHING ALIKE. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SEND THE DRESS BACK, AT COST TO YOU, BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A HASSEL, AND BECAUSE YOU SOLD LOW QUALITY MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE ADVERTISING THAT YOU SELL. SO YOU IN REALITY LIE TO YOUR CUSOMTERS, AND HAVE NOW COST ME A DRESS FOR A WEDDING. I WANTEDTHE DRESS IN THE PICTURE, I DID NOT GET ANYTHING CLOSE TO THE DRESS IN THE PICTURE.

Anyone considering purchasing through Tidebuy should steer well clear and avoid the stress and hassle of dresses that differ from the one that they order, not matching description or picture. I even ordered larger than necessary to be sure the dress would fit and it still did not. I requested a refund based on the fact that it was not as described or pictured but was told that I should feel sorry for whoever made it as they had tried their best and that I should try to have more understanding and try to like it! how ridiculous I The website states a returns policy, but believe me, there is no returns policy as you are either ignored or made to feel bad without ever actually getting what you want, your money back!

This company is awful. I had a destination Wedding, but had an at home reception and I order a short white $#*!tail dress from this site. I got it and it was very cheap looking and the zipper was very difficult to zip up. It would zip but it was difficult because it would get stuck. I emailed to take it back because i don't think i should have paid $160 for a dress that's zipper is hard to zip, and they wouldn't take it back. So I decided to wear it since I paid so much for it, and I was ready to get dressed for my recpetion and I put the dress on and again i had it zipped and the zipper broke right before my recpetion so I didn't have a dress to wear. I emailed them pictures and they said the following:
Due to your dress was custom handmade, little sewing issue is allowed. For freshly made zipper, this is a very common issue. We advice you to keep the beautiful dress which is specifically designed and handmade for you like no other dress in the world. Please note that we are not a re-seller, which means we don't have any products in stock. We are a manufacture that make your dress exactly according to your purchase request. All the dresses are custom make so we don't resell dresses. So return means all the energy and cost we have spent on the dress will be in vain.

Do not buy a formal dress from Tidebuy.! the quality of workmanship is like a two-yr old made the dress and when you try to complain about it you're told "too bad " and that is if you can manage to communicate with them on their website which resets itself every few seconds so no matter what you try to message them. it does not go through! I was not charged shipping costs..Thank God for something! Lesson learned. DO not buy from this company!

I ordered a prom dress from here along with a friend, hers arrived pretty quickly but was of poor quality and of a different fabrice.
It took over three months of constant emailing and pathetic replies from the company to finally recieve the dress. And it doesnt look the same and had loose threads and poorly cut fabric.

They asked for photos of the problems with the dress but they will not upload to their site and they say they cannot do anything about it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WASTE OF MONEY!

I ordered my WEDDING DRESS from this company. When I received it, I noticed there was a red stained on the inner layer (its satin with lace over it). Went through all the correct channels to try return the dress. Was first told the red stain was blood & to basically f*ck off & get it cleaned. Am exchanging emails with them for the last 2 weeks and there customer servic is appauling. They have no interest in keeping customers happy. Anyone out there even thinking about ordering off this site I would highly recommend that you rethink your decision...

I bought two dresses from this site. When the dresses arrived they were terrible quality and were not as the picture showed. One of my dresses had a pin sewn under the chiffon and cannot be removed and the other dress wasn't even made from the same material shown in the picture. I tried to get a refund on the dresses however they wouldn't listen and kept saying they are perfectly fine when they obviously weren't and I showed them photo proof. The dresses also didn't fit. So I'm stuck with 2 dresses that are crap and 2 small so unwearable and I'm pretty sure no one else will wear them so i have wasted a lot of money.

TideBuy please, stay away from these guys, don't repeat my mistake

The dress I ordered from this company only remotely resembles the catalog picture and is impossible to wear. It is stiff and ugly, and very poorly constructed. It was made, according to the return address, in some village (!) and doesn't have any tags on it.I submitted the complaint on the quality and hope to get a refund, although very little hope for that... Please, stay away from these guys, don't repeat my mistake!

TideBuy do not trust this website, it is a waste of your money

I shopped U$S700 worth of dresses. This website is a complete scam.They took 40 days to ship the products because supposedly they undergo the dresses through a quality inspection. What quality inspection?.. I got the dresses and they look nothing like the pictures. They are poor imitations of the real brands that sell these dresses. The finishing is poor, the seams are poor, the quality is poor.

I spend a lot of money and now i'm stuck with dresses that I won't wear because they are fake imitations of the pictures that they post on their website.

Do not trust this website. It is a waste of your money!

I was pissed off too, i stupidly ordered more than 10 dresses from them. As i thought the price was so cheap as what it look on the website. up till now i still haven't received another 6dresses it more than 50days already. some dresses which arrived was not look the same as the dress on the website what i received was just look so ugly cheap, cheap material and many headaches along the way.

BETTER DONT BUY FROM TIDEBUY, so you wont be so headache like i do. pay for reasonable price than stupidly cheap and expect gorgeous look...no way only stupidly cheap look arrive..

TideBuy wedding dress woes

The 1st dress I received from Tidebuy looked nothing like the original on their website. It was in fact made out of satin instead of organza as advertised. There was not nearly enough fabric in the skirt and there was a puckered seam where the skirt met the bodice. All in all I felt the dress was poorly constructed. I had also paid for a separate petticoat – which was badly made, and was coming apart. I complained and after several emails showing photo’s of the dress they agreed it was in fact made out of the wrong fabric. The 2nd dress arrived and to my horror it was again made out of heavy bridal satin with no organza on the dress what-so-ever. It does not resemble the original dress – the silhouette is completely different – again not enough fabric in the skirt. This time there was puckering at the side seam of the bodice. The separate petticoat became a piece of net sewn into the skirt – it cannot hold the skirt out since the fabric is too heavy, so the skirt collapses in on itself when worn. I will concede that the fabric used was a nice quality heavy bridal satin – however it is not what this dress is advertised to be made out of. The workmanship is not good. The fit is OK – but the bulky seams with all the layers of heavy satin make me look bigger than I really am. Not exactly what a bride wants! You can actually see the stitching where the bodice meets the skirt straining to hold all the layers together. I complained and sent more photo’s. This time I was told that the dress WAS made from organza and the side seam would be fixed with a press. I replied giving them examples of organza from their own website and told them the side seam could not be rectified with pressing as the outer fabric of that panel was actually larger than the seam it was trying to fit into – giving it a baggy appearance. They are now ignoring my emails requesting a refund. And yes my emails have been directed to their service department. I attach pics of the original and the dress I received.

TideBuy we will not be ordering anything from them, or this way again

My daughter order a dress for her prom from Tidebuy this month for $124. She received the dress, and it was significantly different than what was pictured. The style was similar, but the details were wrong. She felt that the dress pictured was beautiful, and the one that she received was ugly.

I emailed Tidebuy. Tidebuy does not have a satisfactory return policy. I.E. If you are willing to pay the return freight to China, you can get a credit. The return freight is between $108 and $135 dollars. With the cost of the dress at $124, its a loss.

My daughter made a review on the Tidebuy website about her experience. Within 24 hours, her review was deleted. It is clear that they do not want anyone to know when they make mistakes. Censorship in action.

We will not be ordering anything from them, or this way again. I want you to know since there is a significant risk ordering from Tidebuy.

Please read all rules and regulations from this sight so there are no surprises..I didnt and will not receive my daughters prom dress on time...also I tried to get my money back within the 24 hour time frame but the email service waited until after the ALL OF MY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE time frame was 48 hours in which time I could only receive 17.00 back of a 117.00 dress...you can rip on them all you want but unless you plan on swimming to China, your words fall on deaf ears...HORRIBLE public relations...When the dress arrives I will let you know if it is any good..I hope it isnt because that is the only way one can get their money back...Thank God I used paypal it is my only hope...

TideBuy do not believe tidebuy's return policy

The dress I received is uwearable for reasons too many to list here, including colour, workmanship, size. They will not entertain my request to return the dress (at my expense) for a full refund.

For a couple of weeks, they responded to my emails by simply restating their return policy without addressing my concerns. In retrospect, think that this was a deliberate tactic (successful as it turned out) to run down the 45 day window for lodging a dispute with PayPal.

They eventually discounted the obvious problems with the dress in the pictures I provided as being due to the lighting. They offered me a US$15.00 refund and kindly suggested that I can keep the (unwearable) dress!

I have now noticed that there are no negative reviews on their website. I posted one, along with pictures, but it never appeared. The 'reviews' are all customer questions, not customer feedback. I'm sorry that I did not notice this before I ordered.

I'm happy for those of you who have received satisfactory products from Tidebuy, but be aware that if you are dissatisfied, you seem to have a 0% chance of being fully refunded.

I strongly suggest that you do not deal with this company.Good luck to you if you choose to ignore this advice!

I called them. and the lady on the phone said the picture was to dark, even if she could see that the lenght of the dress was too long!
she wanted me to take a picture in the natur light!
I did that.

tidebuy...biggest con ever. do not order from them. tried to return my neices dress and they dont even have an address on their website the clever sods. if you want a refund you need to go to your bank if you paid by debit/credit card or ring paypal if you paid wth them. no point communicating with tidebuy as nobody there can speak proper english and refuse to give refund even though you supply pics etc. waste of time!

TideBuy poorly made wedding gown

I had ordered my second wedding gown with tidebuy. The first wasnt as pictured so I tried for another style of gown. Foolish now I know. When I recieved the second gown I was shocked by the very poor quality/workmanship. All the embroidery work was tacked on by large hand stitches. All the edges in the gown were not sewn, they were still raw and were fraying. there was rubbish material sewn into skirt that cant be removed without separating the bodice from the skirt. The dress details looked nothing like their dispay photos.The back sash pleats do not even meet together. Their display photo shows they meet toether in a V at the center. Clearly they dont meet or match in their pleats. When I recieved the package in the post I was very upset. I had made contact straight away and asked for a full refund. After many contact emails to tidebuy and photos sent to prove my case for a refund and several weeks later they insult me with a offer of $15 refund on a $169 gown and go about telling me its not so bad and that they spent a great deal of time and money on their service. I am still fighting them for a full refund, sending even more emails to fight my case. I warn you all, dont deal with tidebuy. their customer service and workmanship is discraceful

TideBuy late delivery, poor quality, not complete refund

Dress order December 15, 2010 Dress order was shipped to ship within 15 days, shipped in 45, poor quality, one side of dress alot longer than other side, patches glued not sewn, many not even glued, sticking straight out, some had holes in them, shipped back cost $40.00 now only want to give me $100.00 credit on poor quality/late dress I Paid $210.00 for. My client cancelled order as it arrive 5 days prior to her event date, I ad to refund her entire money and she cancelled her order for 15 bride mais dress costing me even more loss and Now she may file a lawsuit against me.

PAY ATTENTION! TIDEBUY HAS VERY POOR QUALITY AND VERY BAD SERVICE!
Where to complain, where i could complain to receive my money back? The tidebuy dosen t want to refund my money, evea i sent them the prove photo, because, they said I sent the pack the day after of reciving...
The dress was orrible wiyh maron spots and a lot of defects.
Where to complain the international law?
The police online law?

I to ordered a dress for my wedding which is on the 3/3/12 I was told that the dress would be with me by the 25/2/12 as of today's date this dress is still processing on the system. I have emailed them several times this week and they state the dress will be with me for my wedding. Save your money heartache and stress DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM even if they say the order can be completed I even paid the premium to have it made quicker. I now have to wait till my wedding day to see if the dress arrives before I can complain to ask for my money back. Will I get it very doubtful ! Bought a dress locally yesterday as I can't go through any more stress and heartache waiting for my dress to arrive. To contact them is terrible the e mail times out bad information received back from them and their live chat is always down and that's if they bother to answer you.. but they will answer you before you place an order.

I also have ordered a dress (to wear at a family wedding) on the 5 January 2012, it arrived on the 22 February 2012. Colour different, jacket two sizes smaller, 6 stains on the dress, sequins too large and not as per picture, and the sewing and finishing is horrible...it shows that there was a mistake and was changed...the dress definitely cannot be worn! I have sent them emails to complain but still no answer from them... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

Jacket was a different color to the dress- I let that go as it wasn't critical to the outfit. The dress was very good though. Then ordered 2 more custom sized dresses. First one would have fit someone 12 inches taller and the other is past the quoted up to 30 days for processing and another 8 for shipping - and still hasn't arrived! HOWEVER my biggest gripe is trying to contact them online as the email times out, replies are iffy and the live chat is dead and fails to connect. I've added my phone number but they don't call so I live in hope! I will be asking for a refund so see how that goes.

I have asked several times for refund on extra shipping cost and i never got the jacket for a dress i bought im still waiting very very shockingly upset and will not buy anything and NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS WEB SITE disgusting

A 15 day processing time really means that 5 weeks later it still hasn't shipped and I won't have it in time for the wedding it was purchased for. Stear clear of their deals unless you have all year to wait for your item. They have only caused my frustration with all the different responses I have received regarding my order. One person said it was finished then 3 days later I am told they are still making the dress... Forget tidebuy... Not worth the frustrations!

Tidebuy only shipped half my order. I have been waiting over 2 months for a refund. This company is a scam. The products are so bad and cheaply made. I do not reccommend anyone doing business with this company. I will continue to tell everyone how bad this company is with false advertisements.
