THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! Bought tickets for Wicked on 4/9/08 and as of 5/14/08 no tickets have arrived for the 5/15/08 show. I left 2 email messages and 3 voice messages with no response. I had to wait 10 minutes on hold each time I left a voice message and never spoke to anyone. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I'll let them hash it out with Tickets My Way. Fortunately, my wife went to the box office directly and purchased tickets. Otherwise, we would have missed the show. Find a credible source to buy tickets...
