I purchased 2 tickets from this online company for Neil Diamond at the o2 arena for £270, I never received my tickets! along with thousands of other people who have paid their hard earnt cash and not received any goods! The man behind the scam is David Spanton and he is under investigation, but the website is still up and running leaving people vulnerable to the same situation I'm in, it makes me sick that this man can get away with this, he scammed people in the 90's when he sold thousands of football tickets that no one received and now he is back! please don't buy tickets off this website! you won't receive them. The website looks so professional and even has a address of 88-90 Hatton Gardens, London EC1N 8PN, but police have been there and no such company exists!

I ordered Tickets through TicketIndex.net for Neil Diamond at Hamden Park for the 2nd July 2011, and realised too late that I was scammed after I had paid £255.00 for 2 tickets, I see by the Web site there still selling tickets, this should not be allowed, I go to loads of concerts, and buy on-line with no problems. This is a first for me.

Bought two tickets for my husband as a present for the concert on 4 july, still not got tickets. Just been online to chase and read about this scam. I even spoke to a really nice bloke on the phone when I booked them. I'm really disappointed that people can so coldly take people's money with no intention of providing the goods.

Purchased 4 tickets to Take That in dec 2010. Still no tickets in the mail. The tickets were christmas gifts for the kids. Really disappointed and so angry. What about my money?

What a joke, millions of Take That fans disappointed because this site is a fake. They take your money with no intention of delivering the goods!Be warned, they look like they have disappeared now but we hope to catch up with them and seek justice.

that so called firm have had their website and phone contacts removed by the police and the case is sub justice. It was run by a Mr David Spanton from Islington, London, whom I believe was being held by the authorities, but for further information and help you should read the forums on Safeconcerts.com and check out all the postings by people in the same situation as yourself. I paid by Visa debit card and received all my money back form the Halifax after the concert date had passed. Its an awful thing, but for any future concerts or events, if you become a member of the safeconcerts website, its free, you can check out all the agencies before you part with your hard earned cash. Hope this helps. PS you should also report your crime to Actionfraud.com on line, and you will get a crime reference number as this will help the case and get David Spanton a suitable sentence. Regards

i have bought v festival tickets from them but they havnt yet arrived. i got a bit twitchy and decided to go on the website and find a contact number to ring and ask when they will arrive. The website cannot be found and no contact details either. My emails have all bounced back cannot be delivered. My visa company say im insured but i have to wait until after the event as i cannot prove the tickrets will not come understandibly. But how do i explain to my teenagers that they will not be going to a festival that they have been looking forward to since march? anyone that has contact details for ticket index please can you post on here. thanks

I think the very nice lady u spoke to is the same one who i spoke to. The only good thing is that we were not on our ownm, thousands of people have been duped, someone has been arrested and pending a court hearing, lets hope the judge throws away the key this time, hes done it before and was supposedly banned from operating a scam like this again, it beggars belief hes got away with it this far, making millions out of it. I paid by Debit card and the Halifax put a chargeback refund back on the account, its taken three weeks, but I also rang Action Fraud, and got a crime ref number which helped my case, would there be anyway you could ring your bank and do the same, and lots of people have done this and managed to get refunds from their banks. Same old story, had to find out the hard way, but will be very careful in future who i give my details to.

This has all been very informative but is too late for me having paid out £335 on front row tickets for Neil Diamond 11 July at the O2. Very very cross and disappointed. Did phone to enquire about my tickets spoke to what sounded like a very nice lady (how easily one can be made a fool). She said i would not recieve my tickets until a month before the event which seemed quite acceptable. What can one say i feel very sorry for all in my position.

Report to trading standards, contact your bank or credit card company and see if they can help in getting you a refund.

because our legal system is a joke it would seem. As usual, only in this country, the perpetrators are looked after; the victims always suffer. I have absolutely no faith in the laws of this country anymore, no wonder everyone outside the uk is laughing at us.

I too have been scammed by these fraudsters. After making upteen calls to their 'office', sending emails, my heart sank slowly, realising I had been 'done' out of my hard earned cash, was supposed to have gone to see Take That on Bank Holiday Monday. I even received two phone calls, advising me my tickets would be hand delivered by courier, and had to make sure I was in for two days, but nothing. Lets hope the authorities bang these people to rights, in our economic climate as it is, think its absolutely disgusting that this sort of carry on is happening, honest and hard working people, kids, and some seriously ill people have been very disappointed with all of this, and why on earth is their website still up and running, whats going on there? I have even wrote to Take Thats publicity people, emailed them, advising them of all of our plights, hoping they may get to hear about it and maybe run a couple more concerts to all of us hundreds, or thousands, im not sure of numbers, who have missed our chance, but not heard anything.

Dont understand why the websites are not taken down while they are being investigated. Best place for your tickets is ebay and the sister site of ticketmaster.
