Failure to deliver services

I recently purchased a powerleveling service for WoW US for 15 levels. After one day, the account was suspended for 72 hours, so I contacted he Live Chat customer service. They proceeded to give me the run around. Here's a snippet of the conversation:

wouh: Don't know the exact status. They said I should have gotten an email in this but I checked, nothing.

wouh: Access to this World of Warcraft account has been disabled by Blizzard Entertainment...
wouh: Those are the options

pl-betty: it will be unfrozen in 72 hours
pl-betty: if not , you have to contact Blizzard to retrieve the account
wouh: okay, but this pretty much busts the powerleveling. Even if they do unlock it in 72 hours, I don't hink I'm going to chance it again. I need to look into a refund.

wouh: Getting busted for the same thing, twice in one week would be pretty stupid, on my part. There would be no defense for the second time. I'll go for the refund. I'm not looking to rip you guys off. Charge me for three levels, but I'd like to see a return on the rest.
pl-betty: i know .you can think about it at first . if you really want that after the account suspension , we can talk about the details of it
wouh: ...I've thought about it. He stopped leveling around Monday, which means he was banned Monday. It took one day of powerleveling to get me banned. No thanks, I'd like the refund.
