I seem to be in the same position as many other people are with Thrive. I am having a hard time escaping the mess I have gotten my self into with Thrive for about 4 months now! I have spent close to $2, 000 dollars for Thrive's package deal which gave me 4 weeks of unlimited amount of visits to their video teaching website, 4 coaches that calls you for assistance and appointment set ups scheduling and that's pretty much it. Besides that, I wanted to cancel the package and to get my money back for which I paid for. I was talking to some guy named Scott about it and he said i can't get my money back because of the contract I signed from them. So, I asked him if I could cancel the package without the refund and he said I can not cancel the package either but the package deal can be put on hold. So, I told him that I would put it on hold. So, Thrive went ahead and did that for me but they keep calling me and leaving me messages saying that they want me to sign this hold agreement and fax it to them. Which I my plan I refuse to sign cause they might through a hidden fee or charge on me for having the package deal on hold. So as of now, I continue to contact them back about the hold agreement and hope they give up on calling me for our hold business agreement.
