This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I did not put in a complaint before because I was patient and I saw they were issuing refunds. We ordered these items in MAY, did not receive these items, called several times, got transfered and put on hold and then got hung up on. We finally requested for a refund and filed a complaint with the BBB. Not only did they not issue a refund. They decided to send about 1/6 of our items and call it resolved. They sent in the statement to the BBB saying that they had resolved this issue and now the BBB has told us to go to a small claims court or to get advice from an attorney. I am thoroughly fed up with this company and will make sure and go out of my way to make sure that no one I know buys from company ever again.
